Background
Today, the aging speed of the population in China is increasing, and the disabled paralytic population has a large base. The long-term paralysis is caused by long-term bedridden, local tissue is pressed, blood circulation is not smooth, bedsores are easy to occur, pain is added to patients, and nursing inconvenience is brought to nursing staff. About 6 tens of thousands of people die annually from the combination of bedsores reported in the literature.
In addition, when a caregiver feeds a patient or the patient performs entertainment such as watching television and reading books, the patient is often required to sit up on his/her upper body. A winding box is fixedly arranged on the upper motor shaft; one end of the steel rope is connected with the winding box in a winding way, and the other end of the steel rope is fixedly connected with the back lifting frame after bypassing the fixed pulley fixed on the frame, so that the back lifting frame is driven by the upper motor.
The power mechanism comprises a sliding rail vertically arranged on the frame, a sliding block which can be vertically and slidably positioned on the sliding rail, a transmission component for driving the sliding block to move and a connecting rod component for connecting the sliding block and the massager.

The transmission assembly comprises a conveyor belt which is vertically arranged and fixedly connected with the sliding block, and a lower motor which is fixed on the frame and drives the conveyor belt through a belt wheel.
The back lifting device further comprises an air pump for inflating and deflating the inflatable rod.
The rack is provided with a buckle for fixing the storage rack.
The upper motor, the lower motor and the air pump are all electrically connected with the single-chip microcomputer.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

When the sliding block moves downwards along the sliding rail under the drive of the conveyor belt, the sliding block drives the massager to move forwards through the connecting rod assembly until the massaging wheel is tightly attached to the back contour of a user; when the sliding block continues to move downwards, as the springs are connected between the two groups of supporting legs in the massager, the springs are stretched and deformed under the back pressure of a user, and meanwhile, the whole height of the massager is reduced, so that the massager is ensured to be capable of continuing to advance along the back of the user, the massage area is increased, and the massage force is increased.
4. The nursing bed can be directly put on a common household bed for use, and the storage rack can be folded and fixed by a buckle when not in use; then the sliding block slides to the uppermost part of the guide rail, so that the massage wheel is accommodated in the rack; the air cushion bed can be coiled and placed in the frame after being deflated, so that the whole occupied space of the nursing bed is greatly reduced, and the nursing bed is suitable for families.

Further description will be given below of embodiments shown in the drawings.
The household multifunctional storable nursing bed as shown in fig. 1 to 4 comprises a frame 1, a back lifting device and a massage device. The frame is square box structure, and the device of lifting the back and massage device all can accomodate in the relevant position in the frame when not using to reduce the whole occupation space of nursing bed. In order to fully utilize the space in the rack, the spare part in the rack is also provided with a drawer 1-2 which can be pulled out.
The back lifting device comprises an air cushion bed 2-1, an air pump 2-2, a back lifting frame 2-3, a storage frame 2-4 and a driving mechanism. The air cushion bed is formed by connecting a plurality of air inflation rods, and is laid on the back lifting frame when in use and supported by canvas (omitted from the figure) fixed and tensioned on the back lifting frame. The air pump alternately inflates and deflates the inflatable rod through an air pipe (not shown in the figure) so as to ensure that the contact part of a user and the air cushion bed is not pressed for a long time, thereby achieving the purpose of bedsore prevention. One end of the storage rack is hinged with the lower part of the rack through a hinge 2-6, and the other end of the storage rack is hinged with the back lifting rack. The driving mechanism is fixedly connected with the other end of the back lifting frame to drive the back lifting frame to rotate around the hinge shaft of the storage frame and the back lifting frame, so as to control the lifting of the back lifting frame and realize the back lifting function. The driving mechanism comprises an upper motor shaft 2-5-1, an upper motor 2-5-2, a winding box 2-5-4 and a steel rope 2-5-3. The winding box is fixedly arranged on the upper motor shaft. One end of the steel rope is wound on the winding box, and the other end of the steel rope bypasses a fixed pulley 2-5-5 fixed on the frame and is fixedly connected with the back lifting frame, so that the back lifting frame is driven by the upper motor to lift, and the lifting angle is controllable.
As shown in fig. 5, the massage device includes a massager and a power mechanism. The power mechanism comprises a sliding rail 3-2-1, a sliding block 3-2-2, a transmission assembly (comprising a transmission belt 3-2-6, a belt wheel and a lower motor 3-2-7) and a connecting rod assembly (comprising a first connecting rod 3-2-3, a second connecting rod 3-2-4 and a third connecting rod 3-2-5). The slide rail and the conveyor belt are vertically arranged on the frame, wherein the conveyor belt is tensioned by two belt pulleys respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the frame, and is driven by a lower motor (one belt pulley is fixed on a lower motor shaft) to rotate in a vertical plane. One side of the sliding block is fixedly connected with the conveyor belt, and the other side of the sliding block and the sliding rail form a moving pair so as to vertically move along the guide rail. The first connecting rod is hinged to the lower part of the frame; one end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the sliding block, and the other end of the second connecting rod is hinged with the first connecting rod; one end of the third connecting rod is hinged to the hinge shaft of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and the other end of the third connecting rod is hinged to the massager. When the massager works, the lower motor drives the conveyor belt to rotate, meanwhile, the sliding block fixedly connected with the conveyor belt vertically moves along the guide rail, and the sliding block drives the massager to move forwards or backwards through the connecting rod assembly so as to massage (one side of the massager far away from the machine frame in the figure is the front, and one side of the massager close to the machine frame is the rear).
As shown in fig. 6, the massager comprises a massage bracket 3-1-1, a plurality of (eight pairs in the figure) massage wheels 3-1-2 and two groups of supporting feet 3-1-3. The massage bracket is in a C shape, wherein the middle part of the massage bracket is hinged with a third connecting rod, and the two ends of the massage bracket are hinged with massage wheels (the two ends of the massage bracket are respectively hinged with four pairs of massage wheels in the figure, which are similar to the conventional massager). One end of each group of supporting legs is hinged on the hinge shaft of the massage bracket and the third connecting rod, and the other end of each group of supporting legs is provided with casters 3-1-5 so as to facilitate the forward and backward movement of the massager. A plurality of springs 3-1-4 (two in the figure) are connected between the two groups of supporting legs. A layer of tensioned canvas is paved on the back lifting frame, and the air cushion bed is required to be in a deflation state before the massager is used, so that a user can obviously feel the massage force. In the working process, when the massager is tightly attached to the back of a user and still receives forward thrust of the sliding block and the connecting rod assembly, the spring generates stretching deformation under the back pressure of the user, so that the overall height of the massager is reduced, the massager can continuously move forwards, and the massage force is increased while the massage area is increased; in addition, the spring can provide a soft and rigid massage force, thereby increasing the comfort of the user.
The upper motor, the lower motor and the air pump are all electrically connected with a singlechip (not shown in the figure) so as to be convenient for a user to adjust at any time according to the needs.
The working method of the invention is as follows:
when the nursing bed is used, the nursing bed is directly placed on a common household bed, the storage frame is unfolded, the upper motor is started to lift the back lifting frame to a proper inclination angle, then the air cushion bed is laid on the back lifting frame, and a user can inflate and deflate the air cushion bed according to the needs of the user. When a user needs to massage, the air bed is in a deflation state, the motor is started to drive the massager to move, and the movement stroke of the massager can be controlled by the singlechip, so that the massage area and the massage force of the massager are controlled.
When the invention is not needed to be used, the air cushion bed is deflated, then is coiled and is placed in a corresponding air cushion bed accommodating area in the frame; then the back lifting frame is lowered to a horizontal position, and the storage frame is vertically retracted through the hinge and locked by the buckle; finally, the sliding block slides to the uppermost part of the guide rail, so that the massage wheels are accommodated in corresponding massage wheel accommodating areas in the frame, and the accommodating of the nursing bed is completed.
