The invention aims to solve the problems, and provides a lifting type batch delivery letter box and a delivery control method thereof, wherein the lifting type batch delivery letter box adopts a three-axis motion pick-and-place structure to realize quick batch delivery with simple operation and with a storage area and an active area, and solves the defects of long time limit, low delivery time rate, low delivery rate and the like in batch delivery.

The automatic picking and placing device is characterized in that a batch delivery triggering device is arranged at the position of the picking and placing opening, the batch delivery triggering device is connected with the goods shelf structure and the triaxial picking and placing device through control of a control unit, and the internal adjustment action of high automation can be realized through the combination of a conventional control unit (such as a PLC (programmable logic controller), a servo unit and the like) and a control program.
The goods shelf structure comprises a rack, a row of trays are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rack, the lifting device is arranged in the middle of the rack, and the picking and placing opening is correspondingly arranged in the middle of the front panel of the cabinet body. The lifting device comprises a driving roller and a driven roller which are correspondingly arranged on the rack in parallel from top to bottom, and the driving roller is provided with a driving motor; the synchronous belt is arranged between the driving roller and the driven roller through the synchronous belt wheel, the synchronous belt is provided with a clamping body for placing and driving the tray to move, synchronous longitudinal movement transmission is more stable, movement tracks are more accurate, and meanwhile, the structure of the synchronous belt is more suitable for the front-middle-back layout, so that the distance between the tray and the pick-and-place opening is smaller when the tray moves to the pick-and-place opening.
The tray is arranged on the rack and the clamping body of the synchronous transmission belt in a detachable way through the plug-in type structure.
The three-axis pick-and-place device comprises an X-axis track which is movably arranged on a Y-axis track, and a pick-and-place hand which can move in the Z-axis direction is arranged on the X-axis track, namely, the three-axis pick-and-place device which moves in the up-and-down, left-and-right and front-and-back three-axis directions is adopted, so that the problem that the pick-and-place device cannot move in the left-and-right direction in the original design is solved, the whole movement range can be covered by adopting a single pick-and-place device, the three pick-and-place devices are changed into one, the operation failure rate is reduced, and the processing cost is reduced.
The front end of the picking and placing hand is provided with an electromagnet for sucking the tray, and correspondingly, the tray is provided with an electromagnet suction block.
The delivery control method for the lifting type batch delivery letter boxes is characterized by comprising a confirmation step, a delivery step and an operation step;
the confirmation step is to select a batch delivery mode of the lifting type batch delivery letter box and click and confirm customer information corresponding to the express to be delivered one by one;
the step of delivering the express mail is to sequentially put the express mail to be delivered from a picking and placing port on the front panel of the lifting type batch delivery letter box body, at the moment, a lifting device of a goods shelf structure in the lifting type batch delivery letter box body moves to the picking and placing port on the front panel of the box body in sequence with trays thereon, and each tray correspondingly receives one or more express mail from the picking and placing port;
the operation step is that the three-shaft type picking and placing device in the lifting type batch delivery letter box body takes out the tray connected to the express on the lifting device from the lifting device and operates to the position for storing the tray on the rack in the lifting type batch delivery letter box body for storage.
The three-axis picking and placing device is used for moving the empty trays on the frame in the lifting batch delivery letter box body to the lifting device when the lifting device is not provided with the trays or the number of the empty trays is insufficient.
The tray adjustment step is performed before the loading step or after the running step.
The tray adjusting step and the operation step are performed simultaneously, namely the three-shaft type picking and placing device takes out and operates the tray with the express item on the lifting device to a position for storing the tray on the rack for storing, then takes out an idle tray from the rack for operation to a position for placing the tray on the lifting device which is just taken out, and circulates until all the tray with the express item on the lifting device is operated to the position for storing the tray on the rack.
The beneficial effects of this technical scheme are as follows:
the lifting type batch delivery letter box provided by the invention adopts a single-port input design, utilizes a three-axis motion pick-and-place goods structure to combine a goods shelf with a storage area and a movable area, realizes the rapid batch delivery of simple operation, enables a person to throw the goods to be only required to put the goods one by one from the pick-and-place goods opening, can automatically cooperate with the goods throwing process by a lifting device, drives a tray on the goods to sequentially move to the pick-and-place goods opening to receive the corresponding goods, greatly saves the operation complexity of the person, can take the goods to be placed, is convenient for automatically adjusting the tray in the letter box by combining the goods taking device capable of moving in the three-axis directions of up and down, left and right and front and back, and can realize the internal adjustment action of high automation by combining a control program by a conventional control unit (such as a PLC, a servo unit and the like) according to requirements; the method solves the defects of long limit, low delivery time rate, low delivery rate and the like in batch delivery, improves the delivery efficiency, and greatly improves the customer experience.
According to the delivery control method for the lifting type batch delivery letter boxes, provided by the invention, the delivery process can be completed only by clicking customer information corresponding to the express items to be delivered one by a person, then putting the express items one by one through the pick-and-place opening, the rest adjustment process is realized by automatic control of the letter boxes, in the whole process, the lifting device drives the trays to move to the pick-and-place opening, the pick-and-place can be realized through a single opening, a plurality of openings are not needed, the goods shelf is divided into a functional area where the lifting device for serving and single-opening pick-and-place is located and a storage area special for storing the trays, and according to the use requirements, the automatic delivery control can be realized by the method according to the scheme only by matching with a control unit with a corresponding control logic program through a conventional real-time detection device (such as a laser probe, a photoelectric sensor, a proximity switch and the like).

The technical solution for achieving the object of the present invention will be further described with reference to several specific examples, but it should be noted that the technical solution claimed in the present invention includes but is not limited to the following examples.
Example 1
As a most basic implementation scheme of the letter box structure of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, this example discloses a lifting type batch delivery letter box, which comprises a cabinet body 1 with a picking and placing port 1.1 on a front panel, wherein a goods shelf structure 2 and a three-axis picking and placing device 3 are arranged in the cabinet body 1, and the goods shelf structure 2 is arranged between the front panel of the cabinet body 1 and the three-axis picking and placing device 3; the tray 2.2 shelf structure 2 comprises a frame 2.1 and a plurality of rows of trays 2.2 which are arranged in the frame 2.1 in a removable way, wherein a row of lifting devices which are also arranged with the trays 2.2 are arranged in the frame 2.1 at the position corresponding to a pick-and-place part opening 1.1 on the front panel of the cabinet body 1, namely the shelf is divided into a functional area where the lifting devices for serving and single-opening pick-and-place are arranged and a storage area which is specially used for storing the trays 2.2; the three-axis picking and placing device 3 is directed towards the tray 2.2 on the tray 2.2 shelf structure 2 and is used for running the tray 2.2, a single-port input design is adopted, the three-axis motion picking and placing structure is combined with a shelf with a storage area and a movable area, so that the quick batch delivery of simple operation is realized, a person throwing the quick parts only needs to put the quick parts into the picking and placing port 1.1 one by one, then the lifting device can automatically cooperate with the picking and placing process, the tray 2.2 on the quick parts is driven to sequentially move to the position of the picking and placing port 1.1 to receive the corresponding quick parts, the operation complexity of the person throwing is greatly saved, the design of the tray 2.2 capable of picking and placing is combined with the picking and placing device capable of moving in the three-axis directions of up and down, left and right and front and back, the automatic adjustment of the tray 2.2 is convenient for the inner part of a letter box, and the highly automatic inner adjustment action can be realized by combining a conventional control unit (such as a PLC, a servo unit and the like) according to the needs; the method solves the defects of long limit, low delivery time rate, low delivery rate and the like in batch delivery, improves the delivery efficiency, and greatly improves the customer experience.
Example 2
As a preferred implementation of the letter box structure of the invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, this example discloses a lifting type batch delivery letter box, which comprises a cabinet body 1 with a picking and placing port 1.1 on a front panel, wherein a goods shelf structure 2 and a three-axis picking and placing device 3 are arranged in the cabinet body 1, and the goods shelf structure 2 is arranged between the front panel of the cabinet body 1 and the three-axis picking and placing device 3; the tray 2.2 shelf structure 2 comprises a frame 2.1 and a plurality of rows of trays 2.2 which are arranged in the frame 2.1 in a removable way, wherein a row of lifting devices which are also arranged with the trays 2.2 are arranged in the frame 2.1 at the position corresponding to a pick-and-place part opening 1.1 on the front panel of the cabinet body 1, namely the shelf is divided into a functional area where the lifting devices for serving and single-opening pick-and-place are arranged and a storage area which is specially used for storing the trays 2.2; the three-axis pick and place device 3 is oriented towards the pallet 2.2 on the pallet 2.2 pallet structure 2 and is used to run the pallet 2.2.
As shown in fig. 3, the shelf structure 2 includes a frame 2.1, a row of trays 2.2 are respectively disposed on the left and right sides of the frame 2.1, the lifting device is disposed in the middle of the frame 2.1, and the pick-and-place opening 1.1 is disposed in the middle of the front panel of the cabinet body 1. The tray 2.2 is arranged on the frame 2.1 and the clamping body of the synchronous transmission belt 2.6 in a detachable way through a plug-in type structure.
The three-axis pick-and-place device 3 comprises an X-axis track 3.2 which is movably arranged on a Y-axis track 3.1, and the X-axis track 3.2 is provided with a pick-and-place hand 3.3 which can move in the Z-axis direction, namely, the three-axis pick-and-place device 3 which moves up and down, left and right and front and back in the three-axis direction is adopted, so that the problem that the pick-and-place device cannot move in the left and right direction in the original design is solved, the whole movement range can be covered by adopting a single pick-and-place device, the operation failure rate is reduced, and the processing cost is reduced.
The front end of the picking and placing hand 3.3 is provided with an electromagnet for sucking the tray 2.2, and correspondingly, the tray 2.2 is provided with an electromagnet suction block.

According to the delivery control method, a delivery person only needs to click customer information corresponding to the express items to be delivered one by one and then put the express items into the delivery control method one by one through the delivery opening 1.1, the rest adjustment process is realized by automatic control of a letter box, in the whole process, the lifting device drives the tray 2.2 to move to the delivery opening 1.1, delivery can be realized through a single opening without a plurality of openings, the goods shelf is divided into a functional area where the lifting device for serving and single-opening delivery is located and a storage area special for storing the tray 2.2, and according to the use requirements, automatic delivery control can be realized by matching with a control unit with a corresponding control logic program through a conventional real-time detection device (such as a laser probe, a photoelectric sensor, a proximity switch and the like).
When the operation of clicking batch delivery is performed on the host interface, and client information (client unit number and house number) to be delivered is clicked and confirmed one by one, the system automatically records the number of clients to be delivered in batches.
The control panel sends out the signal control cell door elevator motor, opens the cell door (figure 1), and the postman puts into first layer tray 2.2 with the letter and report after, manually touches trigger device in the cabinet door, through signal control driving motor 2.5, and middle elevating gear's tray 2.2 is listed as the group and is risen and advance one tray 2.2, and the express delivery person drops into tray 2.2 with the express mail, and the like, until accomplish letter batch delivery, closes the cabinet door and accomplish delivery operation.

The electromagnet is electrified to absorb the electromagnet suction block at the tail part of the tray 2.2, then the trolley starts to move to sort the trays 2.2 with the letters and the newspapers put in the middle tray 2.2 row group to the left and right rows through the transfer ports, and in addition, the empty trays 2.2 at the left and right sides are transferred to the position of taking the tray 2.2 in the middle. So that the middle set of trays 2.2 columns remains empty.
Example 4
As a preferred implementation scheme of the delivery method of the invention, the embodiment discloses a delivery control method for lifting type batch delivery letters and newspapers, comprising a confirmation step, a tray adjustment step, a delivery step and an operation step;

and a tray adjusting step, wherein the three-shaft type picking and placing device 3 in the lifting type batch delivery letter box body operates the idle tray 2.2 on the frame 2.1 in the lifting type batch delivery letter box body to the lifting device.
