Background
With the improvement of health consciousness of people, the mask is used as a protection tool which is widely distributed in various fields of life, such as medical treatment, chemical industry, furniture manufacturing and other industries, and people who cause environmental pollution in the industrial process have to take the mask to go out to avoid haze damage. The existing masks are various, the most common mask mainly comprises a sheet type mask and a folding mask, the sheet type mask is formed by tiling and stacking a plurality of layers of filter sheets, the folding mask is formed by arranging a plurality of horizontal folds on the sheet type filter sheets, the folding mask can be pulled up and down when being worn, and because the length of each folding horizontal direction is equal to the horizontal length of the upper edge and the lower edge of each filter sheet, and the folding length is not adjustable, a larger longitudinal depth space cannot be obtained after the folding mask is pulled up and down under the limitation of the folding length, the areas of the two filter sheets are smaller, and the inner surfaces of the filter sheets with small longitudinal depth space can be locally contacted with a human face when being worn, so that the effective filtering; when the two masks are worn, the filter sheet can be slightly stretched, the mouth and the nose are close to the inner surface of the filter sheet, so that the pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the filter sheet facing the mouth and the nose is higher than that far away from the mouth and the nose, the unbalanced pressure distribution causes the air flow and the dust deposition quantity of each part of the filter sheet to be different, the filter sheet cannot be balanced to exert the filtering efficiency, the high-pressure difference, the high-flow and the high-dust deposition position are opposite to the mouth and the nose, the permeation probability of microparticles on the filter sheet facing the mouth and the nose under the drive of high-speed air flow is greatly increased, the impact force of the air flow on the filter sheet during breathing is large due to the close distance of the filter sheet to the mouth and the nose, the permeation probability of the microparticles is increased due to vibration deformation, the filter sheet is; the two masks are finally implemented through a filter sheet, the performance of the masks is mainly embodied on the isolation effect of the filter sheet, the filter sheet is mostly modified at present for improving the filtration performance, when some tiny particles need to be isolated, the traditional method is to reduce the size of micropores of the filter sheet, but the traditional method has disadvantages, when the micropores are reduced to be small, the airflow is not smooth and has a feeling of suffocation, and the pressure difference between the inner side and the outer side of the filter sheet is not reduced, because the total ventilation area is reduced and the airflow velocity at the micropores is increased, the smaller microparticles adhered to the filter sheet under the drive of high-speed airflow can also pass through the micropores to enter respiratory tracts, and the performance is particularly prominent on the filter sheet with smaller area; these problems remain to be improved by technological improvements.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a three-dimensional folding mask, aiming at providing a mask with a large filtering area of a filter sheet and small pressure difference at each position.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a three-dimensional folding mask comprises at least one layer of filter sheet, wherein the filter sheet is connected with a fixing band, and is characterized in that the filter sheet is provided with at least one zigzag primary folding line, at least one zigzag secondary folding line is crossed with the primary folding line, and the periphery of the folded filter sheet is bonded.

In the first and second embodiments of the invention, the first folding and the second folding are both one, and the filter sheet is a layer, which is only one expression form of the invention, and the number of the first folding and/or the second folding can be more than one, and the first folding and/or the second folding can be respectively arranged according to the requirements, such as two or three or even more, so that the expanded space is larger, the shape is more regular, and the structure is more stable; the filter sheet may be provided in multiple layers, such as two or three or even more layers, depending on the filtration needs.
The third embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 3, the three-dimensional folding mask is folded twice into four vertical folds, which are divided into two groups of left folds and two groups of right folds, wherein the two groups of left folds and the two groups of right folds are respectively positioned at two sides of a vertical central line of a filter sheet, the two groups of secondary folds are symmetrically distributed left and right by taking the vertical central line of the filter sheet as an axis, the secondary folds at the left side and the right side are both parallel to the vertical central line of the filter sheet, the primary folds are three horizontal folds, the filter sheets are three layers, the primary folds are simultaneously carried out after the three layers of filter sheets are overlapped, the secondary folds are carried out again, the middle parts of the primary folds and the secondary folds are outwards pulled when the; in specific implementation, the number of the secondary folding paths can also be other even number paths, such as two, six or even more even number paths, the two even number paths are divided into two groups and symmetrically distributed on two sides of the vertical central line of the filter sheet, and each secondary folding path is parallel to the vertical central line of the filter sheet; the number of the secondary folding channels can also be an odd number not less than 3, one of the channels is distributed on the vertical central line of the filter, and the others are still divided into two groups and symmetrically distributed on two sides of the vertical central line of the filter.

As shown in fig. 6, the sixth embodiment of the invention is different from the fourth embodiment in that two groups of secondary folds are distributed in a splayed shape, and adjacent secondary folds in each group are arranged in a splayed shape, so that the trend of the primary folds can be further adjusted, and the space and the specific shape of the expanded filter sheet are more suitable for the shape of the face of a person.
In the seventh embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 7, the first folding and the second folding of the three-dimensional folding mask are respectively arranged in an inclined manner by taking the vertical center line of the filter as a reference line, and the included angles formed by the first folding and the second folding and the vertical center line of the filter are the same, and the first folding and the second folding have three times respectively, so that the space after the three-dimensional folding mask is unfolded is larger, and the effective filtering area is larger.
In an eighth embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 8, after the filter sheet of the three-dimensional folding mask is folded twice in a crossed manner, a stretching support sheet is arranged on the inner side of the filter sheet, the stretching support sheet is composed of a left section 5 and a right section 6, the left side of the left section is fixed on the left side of the filter sheet, the right end of the left section is provided with a through hole 7 matched with the right section in width, the right section is arranged in the through hole, the right side of the right section is fixed on the right side of the filter sheet, the left end of the right section is provided with a limit raised head 8 wider than the through hole, the right section is provided with a ratchet fin 9 capable of being clamped with the through hole adjacent to the limit raised head, when the mask is not used, the left end of the right section is superposed with the left section, when the mask is used, the left end superposed part of the right section is pulled outwards through the through hole, the ratchet fin is clamped with the, and full ventilation is realized.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, after the three-dimensional folding mask filter sheet is folded twice in a crossed manner, an airflow blocking piece 10 is disposed at an oral-nasal portion inside the filter sheet, a gap is left between the airflow blocking piece and an inner surface of the filter sheet, the airflow blocking piece is made of a hard material, can maintain a certain stable shape, and is connected to an upper edge of the filter sheet, so that airflow can be effectively prevented from directly impacting the filter sheet. When the air flow baffle plate is implemented, the air flow baffle plate can be made of air-permeable materials or air-impermeable materials, such as hard plastic sheets or soft filter sheets, two ends of the air flow baffle plate can be respectively connected with the upper side and the lower side of the filter sheet, and two ends of the air flow baffle plate can also be respectively connected with the left side and the right side of the filter sheet, so that the stability is improved.
As shown in fig. 13, the filter sheet of the three-dimensional folding mask is provided with three folds 11 on the basis of primary folding and secondary folding, each fold at least needs to be crossed with the last fold, namely, the secondary folding needs to be crossed with the primary folding, and the third folding needs to be crossed with the secondary folding.
