The server firstly verifies the identity information of the customer, and if the verification fails, an instruction of refusing unlocking is directly sent to the vending machine; if the verification is passed, further confirming the balance information of the payment account; if the balance is zero or negative, or the balance is not enough to pay the commodity sold in the vending machine with the lowest price although the balance is certain, directly sending an unlocking refusal instruction to the vending machine, and if the balance is sufficient or at least enough to pay the commodity sold in the vending machine with the lowest price, sending an unlocking instruction to the vending machine.
In a preferred embodiment, when the customer identity information is verified to be passed and the balance is determined to be less (for example, less than 100 yuan) although the balance is enough to pay the commodity with the lowest price sold in the vending machine, the server further judges whether the customer has the unpaid commodity, if so, the server returns a payment prompt message to the customer to request the customer to pay a bill for completing the unpaid commodity, and after the payment is completed, the server confirms the balance information of the payment account and sends an unlocking instruction to the vending machine only when the condition is met.

The weight sensing device is preferably a load cell, which is in effect a device that converts a mass signal into a measurable electrical signal output. Under the above situation, after the customer closes the cabinet door, to the F goods shelves, the total weight data of all commodities is found not to change through the total weight data of gathering when the comparison intelligence lock is opened and the total weight data of gathering when the intelligence lock is closed, therefore, the RFID read write line on the F goods shelves can not check the commodities on it, that is to say, deem that the customer does not get any commodity from the F goods shelves. Referring to fig. 2, in order to find the above-mentioned settlement error in time and thus improve reliability, in the method for improving the counting speed of the vending machine according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the following step is further included after step S108:
step S109, detecting whether a customer is on the front side of the vending machine; if so, executing step S112; if there is no customer, step S110 is performed.
And step S110, indicating the RFID reader-writer on the goods shelf of which the total weight of all the goods in the vending machine is unchanged to count the goods on the goods shelf, and comparing the counting result with the last counting result.

Specifically, a two-dimensional code reading device 309 for identifying customer identity information is arranged at a position on the front surface of the vending machine, and the two-dimensional code reading device 309 is connected with the processing unit 305. In a preferred embodiment, the two-dimensional code reading device 309 is integrated on the electronic display screen of the vending machine.
A third possibility is to receive the customer's purchase request by reading magnetic stripe information on a credit or savings card carried with the customer. In particular, a bank card reading device is provided at a position on the front face of the vending machine, said bank card reading device comprising a keyboard for the user to input a password, said device being connected to the processing unit 305.
The two-dimensional bar code/two-dimensional code records data symbol information by using a pattern with color alternation, which is distributed on a plane according to a certain rule, of a certain specific geometric figure; the concept of '0' and '1' bit stream which forms the internal logic base of computer is skillfully utilized in coding, a plurality of geometric shapes corresponding to binary system are used for representing literal numerical information, and the information is automatically read by an image input device or an optoelectronic scanning device so as to realize the automatic processing of the information: it has some commonality of barcode technology: each code system has its specific character set; each character occupies a certain width; has certain checking function and the like. Meanwhile, the method also has the function of automatically identifying information of different rows and processing the graph rotation change points.
The two-dimension code application can be divided into a read class and a main read class according to different service forms. The read type is usually applied in a way that an application party encrypts and compiles service information into a two-dimensional code image, and then sends the two-dimensional code image to a mobile terminal of a user in a short message or multimedia message way, and the user performs reading authentication on the two-dimensional code image on the mobile terminal through a special reading device arranged at a service network point when using the mobile terminal, and the two-dimensional code image is used as a certificate for transaction or identity recognition to support various applications. The main reading type is usually applied in a manner that a user installs a two-dimensional code client on a mobile terminal, and uses the mobile terminal to shoot and recognize a two-dimensional code picture containing specific information printed on media, newspaper and the like, and obtain the stored content of the two-dimensional code and trigger the mobile terminal to initiate various associated operations such as request, network connection, name card reading, telephone dialing and the like.
The invention preferably uses the main reading type two-dimensional code, and for the two-dimensional code arranged on the vending machine, the two-dimensional code is used for uniquely identifying the vending machine and also contains information such as the address of the vending machine. In order to facilitate the customer to scan the two-dimensional code, the two-dimensional code is arranged at the front side of the vending machine, which is convenient to scan. The two-dimensional code generated on the mobile terminal carried by the customer comprises the unique identity information of the customer and/or the information of the payment account.
In a preferred embodiment, to save energy, the lighting system inside the vending machine cabinet may be set to a default off state, and the lighting system may be activated for illumination only after receiving a purchase request from a customer.
The information extracting unit 302 is configured to obtain the relevant information of the customer.
The information for verifying the identity of the customer mainly comprises a user name of an app with a payment function, a real name corresponding to the user name or a user main name of a bank card, a login password, an identity card number and the like, and the information for confirming the sufficient account balance mainly comprises an account name, a payment password, an available balance and the like of a payment account such as a payment bank, a WeChat, a bank card and the like. In a preferred embodiment, when a shopping request of a customer is obtained, relevant information of the customer is obtained from the shopping request, and after shopping is finished, commodities selected by the customer at this time are stored in a customer profile associated with the customer identity information as historical shopping data, so that a unique customer profile recording shopping habits of the customer is constructed for each customer and uploaded to a server, and management of the customer information is realized.
The information sending unit 303 is configured to send the relevant information of the customer to a server.
In the present invention, the server is connected to the internet, through which a plurality of vending machines distributed at different locations can be accessed. The vending machine establishes a connection to the internet through a network communication device (e.g., fiber optic, network, power line, etc.) or a wireless communication device (e.g., Wi-Fi, bluetooth, NFC, cellular communication, etc.) to interact with the server. Since the information of the interaction relates to the sensitive payment account information such as account name, payment password, available balance and the like of the payment treasure, the WeChat, the bank card and the like, in a preferred embodiment, the information interaction adopts an encryption mode such as a symmetric key or an asymmetric key. The primary functions of the server may include: information to verify customer identity and/or information to confirm sufficient account balance; the prices of sold products in a plurality of vending machines at different places are controlled and modified in a centralized manner; a product information center as a plurality of vending machines, which comprises information of products to users or purchasing processes related to the product information; regularly checking and centrally managing the stock condition of a plurality of vending machines; and so on.
The information receiving unit 304 is configured to obtain an unlocking instruction or an instruction of rejecting unlocking, which is sent by the server based on the verification result of the relevant information of the customer.
The server firstly verifies the identity information of the customer, and if the verification fails, an instruction of refusing unlocking is directly sent to the information receiving unit 304; if the verification is passed, further confirming the balance information of the payment account; if the balance is zero or negative, or although there is a certain balance, the balance is not enough to pay the commodity sold in the vending machine with the lowest price, an instruction of refusing to unlock the lock is directly sent to the information receiving unit 304, and if the balance is sufficient, or at least sufficient to pay the commodity sold in the vending machine with the lowest price, an unlocking instruction is sent to the information receiving unit 304.
In a preferred embodiment, in the case that the customer identity information is verified and it is determined that the balance is sufficient to pay the least priced goods sold in the vending machine but less (for example, less than 100 yuan), the server further determines whether there are not yet paid goods for the customer, and if it is determined that there are not yet paid goods, returns a payment prompt message to the customer to request the customer to pay a bill for completing the unpaid goods, and after the payment is completed, confirms the balance information of the payment account, and sends an unlocking instruction to the information receiving unit 304 if the condition is satisfied.
The processing unit 305 is configured to open the smart lock according to the unlocking instruction and instruct each weight sensing device to collect the total weight of all the commodities on the shelf, instruct each weight sensing device to collect the total weight of all the commodities on the shelf again when the smart lock is detected to be closed, and instruct the RFID reader on the shelf where the total weight of all the commodities changes to count the commodities on the shelf, so as to obtain the types and the number of the commodities taken away by the customer on the shelf.
In a preferred embodiment, the processing unit 305 is further configured to enable an unlocked state of the intelligent lock to last for a certain time after the intelligent lock is opened, determine whether a container door of the vending machine is opened within a certain time, and close the intelligent lock if it is determined that the container door is not opened.

The settlement unit 307 is configured to aggregate the types and the amounts of the commodities taken by the customer on the shelves and pay a settlement.

The processing unit 305 is further configured to receive a detection result of the customer monitoring unit 308, if the detection result indicates that no customer is located on the front side of the vending machine, instruct the RFID readers on the shelves where the total weight of all the commodities does not change to count the commodities on the shelves, compare the result with the last counting result, determine whether there is a situation where there are commodities that are missing or the categories and the quantity of the commodities are inconsistent according to the comparison result, if so, send an alarm message to the server, switch to another mode in subsequent shopping, and instruct the RFID readers on all the shelves in the vending machine to count the commodities on the shelves; and if the detection result shows that the customer is on the front surface of the vending machine, waiting for the next customer to initiate a shopping request.

1.
