A first embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining related search terms, where the flow of the method is shown in fig. 1, and the method includes steps S101 to S104:
s101, counting the article subjects of each clicked article in the search result page when the user performs search operation based on the preset search word.
When a user enters a search term to search for related articles, a plurality of search results are usually obtained based on the search term, and when the user can click on any article to read. Each article will have at least one article theme, such as investment, entertainment, travel, and of course, it can also be words with certain influence, such as names of people and places, for example, the national village. The topic of each article may be determined by the content of the entire article, or may be determined only by the title of the article, which is not limited herein.
S102, determining the article topics meeting the preset conditions in all the article topics.
An article may have one article topic or a plurality of article topics, and when statistics is performed, statistics is performed on the clicking behaviors of hundreds of millions of users, so that a larger number of article topics are obtained. In order to ensure that the related search terms displayed to the user can be more accurate, the article topics are screened once, namely a preset condition is set, and the article topics meeting the preset condition are screened. The preset condition may be the occurrence probability of the article topic, the current popularity of the article topic, or the like, and is not limited herein.
S103, setting the article theme meeting the preset condition as a word theme of a preset search word.
If the article topics meeting the preset conditions are one, the preset search word may have one word topic, and if the article topics meeting the preset conditions are multiple, the preset search word may have multiple word topics. In the specific implementation, because the interface size of the related search words recommended to the user by the search result page is limited, preferably, one article topic meeting the preset condition is determined, and the recommendation of the subsequent related search words is more accurate.
S104, when receiving a search operation based on the preset search word, displaying the related search word related to the word theme of the preset search word in the related search word set at the preset position of the search result page.
After the word topics are set for all the search words, when any user performs a search operation based on any search word with the word topics set, the related search word set determined based on the preset search words is filtered again, that is, the related search words in the related search word set are matched through the word topics, and the related search words matched with the word topics are displayed at the preset positions.
The word theme is set for the search word, the chapter theme of the article clicked after the user searches a certain search word is set as the word theme of the search word, when the user performs searching operation by adopting any search word with the word theme, the relevant search word can be screened for the user on the basis of the word theme of the search word, so that the matching of the relevant search word is more accurate, the real search which is more consistent with the user is recommended, the click rate of the relevant search word is obviously increased, and the user experience is also improved.
A second embodiment of the present invention provides a method for determining related search terms, where the flow of the method is shown in fig. 2, and the method includes steps S201 to S206:

After the word topics are set for all the search words, when any user performs a search operation based on any search word with the word topics set, the related search word set determined based on the preset search words is filtered again, that is, the related search words in the related search word set are matched through the word topics, and the related search words matched with the word topics are displayed at the preset positions.
For example, when a user inputs a search term "rocket" in a search box, because the search term has no word topic, the related search terms recommended in related searches are far away from the real search intention of the user, for example, as shown in fig. 3, because the real intention of "rocket" is a real rocket, the recommended content may include words such as "rocket of long standing number" and "hawk rocket". These words are completely unrelated to the user's actual search intent, only literally with the words of "rocket".
When the method of the embodiment of the invention is adopted to search the rocket, because the word topics of the search words are set according to the article topics of a large number of articles, a related search word set which is closer to the real search intention of the user can be screened based on the word topics of the rocket, related searches in the search result page shown in fig. 3 are changed, and the changed search result page is shown in fig. 4.
The embodiment of the invention can further screen the related search words through the word subjects, so that the related search words displayed to the user are more accurate.
S205, counting the click condition of each related search word according to a preset period, and reordering the related search words in the related search word set according to the click condition.
S206, displaying the related search words in the related search word set at the preset positions of the search result page according to the re-ordered result.
Through reordering, the recommendation precision is more accurate and closer to the use habit of the user.

A third embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus for determining a related search term, the apparatus having a structure schematically shown in fig. 5, and including:
the statistical module 10 is configured to count article topics of each clicked article in a search result page when a user performs a search operation based on a predetermined search term; the determining module 20 is coupled with the counting module 10 and is used for determining the article topics meeting the preset conditions in all the article topics; a setting module 30, coupled to the determining module 20, configured to set an article topic meeting a preset condition as a word topic of a predetermined search word; and a display module 40, coupled to the setting module 30, for displaying, at a predetermined position of the search result page, related search terms related to a term subject of the predetermined search term in the related search term set when a search operation based on the predetermined search term is received.

In order to make the related search word more accurate, the apparatus may further include: the counting module is coupled with the display module and used for counting the clicking condition of each related search word according to a preset period and reordering the related search words in the related search word set according to the clicking condition; and the display module is also used for displaying the related search words in the related search word set at the preset positions of the search result page according to the reordered result. Through reordering, the recommendation precision is more accurate and closer to the use habit of the user.

A fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the method provided in any of the embodiments of the present invention, as follows steps S1 to S4:
s1, counting the article topics of each clicked article in the search result page when the user performs the search operation based on the preset search word;
s2, determining the article topics meeting the preset conditions in all the article topics;
s3, setting the article theme meeting the preset condition as the word theme of the preset search word;
s4, upon receiving a search operation based on a predetermined search word, displaying a related search word related to a word topic of the predetermined search word in a related search word set at a predetermined position of a search result page.

When the computer program is executed by the processor to count the article topics of each clicked article in the search result page when the user performs the search operation based on the preset search word, the following steps are specifically executed by the processor: counting core words of each clicked article in a search result page when a user carries out search operation based on a preset search word; and determining the article subjects of the articles according to the core words of the articles.
After the computer program is executed by the processor to display the related search words related to the word topics of the predetermined search words in the related search word set at the predetermined position of the search result page, the computer program may be further executed by the processor to: counting the click condition of each related search word according to a preset period, and reordering the related search words in the related search word set according to the click condition; displaying the related search terms in the related search term set at a predetermined location of the search results page according to the reordered results.

Optionally, in this embodiment, the processor executes the method steps described in the above embodiments according to the program code stored in the storage medium. Optionally, the specific examples in this embodiment may refer to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and this embodiment is not described herein again. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
A fifth embodiment of the present invention provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device at least includes a memory 901 and a processor 902, the memory 901 stores a computer program, and the processor 902 realizes the method provided by any embodiment of the present invention when executing the computer program on the memory 901, for example, the steps of the computer program are as follows S11 to S14:
s11, counting the article topics of each clicked article in the search result page when the user performs the search operation based on the preset search word;
s12, determining the article topics meeting the preset conditions in all the article topics;
s13, setting the article theme meeting the preset condition as the word theme of the preset search word;
s14, upon receiving a search operation based on a predetermined search word, displaying a related search word related to a word topic of the predetermined search word in a related search word set at a predetermined position of a search result page.
The processor 902, when executing a computer program stored in the memory 901 for counting article topics of each article clicked in a search result page when a user performs a search operation based on a predetermined search term, specifically executes the following computer program: counting core words of each clicked article in a search result page when a user carries out search operation based on a preset search word; and determining the article subjects of the articles according to the core words of the articles.
When executing the computer program stored in the memory 901 and used for determining the article topics satisfying the preset conditions from among all the article topics, the processor 902 specifically executes the following computer program: counting the occurrence probability of each article topic in all searching operations based on a preset searching word; and determining the article topics with the occurrence probability larger than the preset probability as the article topics meeting the preset conditions.
The processor 902, after executing a computer program stored on the memory 901 to display related search words related to the word topic of the predetermined search word in the related search word set at a predetermined position of the search result page, may further execute the following computer program: counting the click condition of each related search word according to a preset period, and reordering the related search words in the related search word set according to the click condition; displaying the related search terms in the related search term set at a predetermined location of the search results page according to the reordered results.
