In this embodiment of the present application, reinforcement learning training may be performed according to a reward value corresponding to a sample application program combination and a sample application program combination until a loss function converges to obtain a preset model, and optionally, different reinforcement learning algorithms may be selected according to actual requirements to perform reinforcement learning training, for example, Policy-Gradient algorithm, Q-learning algorithm, DQN (Deep Q Network ), Actor-critique (Actor-critique algorithm), DDPG (Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient algorithm), and the like.

Step 303, acquiring first user characteristic data of a user of the electronic equipment; the first user characteristic data is determined from personally relevant information of the user.
In the embodiment of the application, while the first background application program of the electronic device is acquired, first user feature data of a user of the electronic device can be acquired, wherein the first user feature data is feature data determined according to personal related information of the user. The personal related information of the user may be basic information of the user, such as sex, age, electronic device model, residence, etc., or electronic device information when the user operates the electronic device, such as operation time, network type, network quality, etc., or application information when the user operates the electronic device, such as application startup number, application startup times, and application running time. Alternatively, the user's personal related information may be obtained over a period of time, such as 1 hour, 6 hours, 12 hours, 7 days, 10 days, 20 days, 30 days, and so forth.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in practical application of the electronic device, a user may also switch the application program without switching the interface, for example, first returning from the current application program to the desktop, and then selecting another application program from the desktop, or directly switching from the current application program to an application program that is opened last by a switching gesture, and the like. In addition, the application information may be application information corresponding to the first background application, or may be application information corresponding to all applications in the electronic device.
And step 304, determining a combination of the application programs to be selected according to the first background application program.
In the embodiment of the present application, step 304 may refer to the related description of step 103 to avoid repetition, which is not described herein again.
And 305, taking the first user characteristic data and the to-be-selected application program combination as the input of the preset model to obtain a reward value output by the preset model and corresponding to the to-be-selected application program combination.
In the embodiment of the application, the combination of the first user characteristic data and the application program to be selected can be used as the input of a preset model, so as to obtain the reward value output by the preset model and corresponding to the combination of the application program to be selected. In this way, when the reward value corresponding to the application program combination to be selected is determined, the influence of the personal related information of the user on the reward value corresponding to the application program combination to be selected, such as the preference of the user on the first background application program possibly caused by the basic information of the user, such as sex, age, residence and the like, can be considered according to the first user characteristic data; the influence of the user on the probability that the first background application is the background application switched at this time, such as the application program information including the application program starting times of the first background application, the application program running time, the application program switching times outside the switching interface, the application program switching objects outside the switching interface and the like, can result in the influence on the reward value, so that the determined reward value can better accord with the actual use habits of the user, and the obtained reward value of the combination of the applications to be selected is more accurate.
And step 306, selecting a target application program combination with the reward value meeting a preset threshold value from the to-be-selected application program combinations.
And 307, displaying a switching interface, and displaying the identifier corresponding to each background application program in the target application program combination in a first display area of the switching interface, wherein the target application program combination comprises the first background application program.

Optionally, the preset model is obtained by pre-training through the following steps:

In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, in response to a received first input, a first background application of an electronic device may be obtained, and a to-be-selected application combination may be determined according to the first background application; and selecting a target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through a pre-trained preset model, and finally displaying the identifier corresponding to the background application program in the target application program combination in a first display area of a switching interface of the electronic equipment. Compared with the mode of directly switching the interface, the method and the device have the advantages that the target application program combination is selected firstly, then the switching interface is displayed, the identification corresponding to the background application program in the target application program combination is displayed in the first display area of the switching interface, and the target application program combination is selected from the application programs to be selected through the preset model, so that the target application program combination meets the switching expectation of a user, the user can switch to the required application program without further searching, the user operation process is simplified, and the application program switching efficiency is improved. In addition, the application combination to be selected can comprise first background applications of different types and quantities, so that the problem of overlarge display density caused by the fact that too many first background applications in the target application combination are included can be avoided, and the searching efficiency of a user is improved. It should be noted that, in the application display method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be an application display device, or a control module in the application display device, configured to execute the loaded application display method. In the embodiment of the present application, an application display device executing a loaded application display method is taken as an example to describe the application display device provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of an application display device 500 according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 5, the device may include:

The application display device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device, or may be a component, an integrated circuit, or a chip in a terminal. The device can be mobile electronic equipment or non-mobile electronic equipment. By way of example, the mobile electronic device may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a palm top computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic device, a wearable device, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), and the like, and the non-mobile electronic device may be a server, a Network Attached Storage (NAS), a Personal Computer (PC), a Television (TV), a teller machine or a self-service machine, and the like, and the embodiments of the present application are not particularly limited.
The application display device in the embodiment of the present application may be a device having an operating system. The operating system may be an Android operating system (Android), an iOS operating system, or other possible operating systems, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The application display device provided in the embodiment of the present application can implement each process implemented by the application display device in the method embodiments of fig. 1 to fig. 4, and is not described herein again to avoid repetition.
In summary, in the embodiment of the present application, in response to a received first input, a first background application of an electronic device may be obtained, and a to-be-selected application combination may be determined according to the first background application; and selecting a target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through a pre-trained preset model, and finally displaying the identifier corresponding to the background application program in the target application program combination in a first display area of a switching interface of the electronic equipment. Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of another electronic device for implementing the embodiment of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device 600, which includes a processor 601, a memory 602, and a program or an instruction stored in the memory 602 and capable of running on the processor 601, where the program or the instruction, when executed by the processor 601, implements each process of the embodiment of the application display method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.
It should be noted that the electronic devices in the embodiments of the present application include the mobile electronic devices and the non-mobile electronic devices described above.
Fig. 7 is a schematic hardware structure diagram of another electronic device for implementing the embodiment of the present application.

Optionally, the processor 706 is specifically configured to select m background applications from the background applications to be selected for combination, so as to obtain a combination of the background applications to be selected; the display area occupied by the identifier corresponding to the background application program is a preset value, m is a positive integer, and the m is positively correlated with the display area of the first display area.

Optionally, the processor 706 is further configured to count the number of times that an identifier corresponding to a background application included in the target application combination is selected within a preset time length; updating the reward value corresponding to the target application program combination according to the times; the updated reward value is positively correlated with the number of times; and updating the preset model according to the target application program combination and the updated reward value.
Optionally, the preset model is obtained by pre-training through the following steps:
the processor 706 is further configured to obtain user behavior data; the user behavior data comprises selection behavior data of a sample application program combination displayed on the switching interface within a preset time length; determining an incentive value corresponding to the sample application program combination according to the user behavior data; the reward value is positively correlated with the number of selections of the sample application combination by the user within the preset time length; and performing reinforcement learning training according to the sample application program combination and the reward value corresponding to the sample application program combination to obtain the preset model.
Optionally, the processor 706 is further configured to obtain second user characteristic data of the user of the electronic device; the second user characteristic data is determined from personal related information of the user; and performing reinforcement learning training according to the second user characteristic data, the sample application program combination and the reward value corresponding to the sample application program combination to obtain the preset model.

It should be understood that in the embodiment of the present application, the input Unit 704 may include a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) 7041 and a microphone 7042, and the Graphics Processing Unit 7041 processes image data of still pictures or videos obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 706 may include a display panel 7061, and the display panel 7061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 707 includes a touch panel 7071 and other input devices 7072. The touch panel 7071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 7071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 7072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, and a joystick, which are not described in detail herein. Memory 709 may be used to store software programs as well as various data, including but not limited to applications and operating systems. Processor 710 may integrate an application processor, which primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., and a modem processor, which primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into processor 710.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the program or the instruction implements each process of the embodiment of the application program display method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, details are not repeated here.
The processor is the processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium, such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and so on.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a chip, where the chip includes a processor and a communication interface, the communication interface is coupled to the processor, and the processor is configured to run a program or an instruction to implement each process of the embodiment of the application program display method, and can achieve the same technical effect, and the details are not repeated here to avoid repetition.

1. An application display method, the method comprising:
receiving a first input;
responding to the first input, and acquiring a first background application program of the electronic equipment;
determining a combination of application programs to be selected according to the first background application program;
selecting a target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through a preset model;
displaying a switching interface, and displaying a mark corresponding to each background application program in the target application program combination in a first display area of the switching interface, wherein the target application program combination comprises the first background application program;
wherein, after the obtaining of the first background application program of the electronic device in response to the first input, the method further includes:
acquiring first user characteristic data of a user of the electronic equipment; the first user characteristic data is determined according to personal related information of the user;
selecting a target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through a preset model, wherein the selecting the target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through the preset model comprises the following steps:
taking the first user characteristic data and the to-be-selected application program combination as the input of the preset model to obtain a reward value output by the preset model and corresponding to the to-be-selected application program combination;
selecting a target application program combination with the reward value meeting a preset threshold value from the application program combinations to be selected; the preset model is obtained through training;
the method for obtaining the preset model through training comprises the following steps:
acquiring user behavior data; the user behavior data comprises selection behavior data of a sample application program combination displayed on the switching interface within a preset time length; determining an incentive value corresponding to the sample application program combination according to the user behavior data; the reward value is positively correlated with the number of selections of the sample application combination by the user within the preset time length;
and performing reinforcement learning training according to the sample application program combination and the reward value corresponding to the sample application program combination to obtain the preset model.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the switching interface further comprises a second display area, and wherein determining the combination of applications to be selected according to the first background application comprises:
determining a second background application program displayed in the second display area of the switching interface;
determining background application programs except the second background application program in the first background application program as background application programs to be selected;
and determining the combination of the application programs to be selected according to the background application programs to be selected.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining the combination of applications to be selected based on the background applications to be selected comprises:
selecting m background application programs from the background application programs to be selected for combination to obtain the application program combination to be selected; the display area occupied by the identifier corresponding to the background application program is a preset value, m is a positive integer, and the m is positively correlated with the display area of the first display area.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein selecting a target application combination from the candidate application combinations through a preset model comprises:
the application program combination to be selected is used as the input of the preset model, so that the reward value corresponding to the application program combination to be selected output by the preset model is obtained;
and selecting the target application program combination with the reward value meeting a preset threshold value from the application program combinations to be selected.
5. An application display apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
an input receiving module for receiving a first input;
the first background acquisition module is used for responding to the first input and acquiring a first background application program of the electronic equipment;
the to-be-selected combination determining module is used for determining the to-be-selected application combination according to the first background application;
the target combination determining module is used for selecting a target application program combination from the application program combinations to be selected through a preset model;
the target combination display module is used for displaying a switching interface and displaying a mark corresponding to each background application program in the target application program combination in a first display area of the switching interface, wherein the target application program combination comprises the first background application program;
the user characteristic acquisition module is used for acquiring first user characteristic data of a user of the electronic equipment; the first user characteristic data is determined according to personal related information of the user;
wherein, the module for determining the combinations to be selected comprises:
the second reward value determining submodule is used for taking the first user characteristic data and the combination of the application programs to be selected as the input of the preset model so as to obtain a reward value which is output by the preset model and corresponds to the combination of the application programs to be selected; the preset model is obtained through training;
the second target combination determining submodule is used for selecting a target application program combination of which the reward value meets a preset threshold value from the application program combinations to be selected;
the method for obtaining the preset model through training comprises the following steps:

6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the switching interface further comprises a second display area, and the candidate combination determination module comprises:
the second background determining submodule is used for determining a second background application program displayed in the second display area of the switching interface;
the to-be-selected application determining submodule is used for determining background applications except the second background application in the first background application as to-be-selected background applications;
and the to-be-selected combination determining submodule is used for determining the to-be-selected application program combination according to the to-be-selected background application program.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the candidate combination determination submodule is specifically configured to:
selecting m background application programs from the background application programs to be selected for combination to obtain the application program combination to be selected; the display area occupied by the identifier corresponding to the background application program is a preset value, m is a positive integer, and the m is positively correlated with the display area of the first display area.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the target combination determination module comprises:
the first reward value determination submodule is used for taking the to-be-selected application program combination as the input of the preset model so as to obtain a reward value which is output by the preset model and corresponds to the to-be-selected application program combination;
and the first target combination determining submodule is used for selecting the target application program combination with the reward value meeting the preset threshold value from the application program combinations to be selected.
