The terminal may determine an annular region for icon presentation, which is referred to as a target annular region, and may determine the corresponding target annular region according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, the third annular region, and the priority of each fourth annular region that can be presented. The third annular region that can be shown therein can be the first annular region and the entire second annular region. When the icons of the background applications cannot fill all the second annular areas, some second annular areas do not determine the corresponding second background applications, and even if the second annular areas which do not determine the corresponding background applications are used as target annular areas, icons of the background applications are displayed subsequently, the displayed icons are empty and have no icons. Thus, to enhance the user experience, each fourth annular region that can be exposed can be a first annular region and a second annular region that defines a corresponding background application. The third annular region is one of the fourth annular regions.
When determining the corresponding target annular region according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, the third annular region, and the priority of each fourth annular region that can be shown, specifically, it may be determined whether the priority trend corresponding to the rotation direction is increasing or decreasing, if the priority trend corresponding to the rotation direction is increasing, it is determined whether an annular region with a higher priority than that in the third annular region exists in the fourth annular region according to the priority of each fourth annular region, if so, the annular region with a higher priority than that in the third annular region is used as the target annular region, and if not, the annular region with a lowest priority in the fourth annular region is used as the target annular region.
And if the priority trend corresponding to the rotation direction is descending, determining whether an annular area with the priority lower than that in the third annular area exists in the fourth annular areas or not according to the priority of each fourth annular area, if so, taking the annular area with the priority lower than that in the third annular area as a target annular area, and if not, taking the annular area with the highest priority in the fourth annular areas as the target annular area.
After the terminal determines the target annular area, icons of the corresponding second background applications can be displayed at each display position according to the second background applications corresponding to each target position in the predetermined target annular area and the corresponding relation between each target position and each display position.
If the target annular area is a first annular area, displaying icons of corresponding first background applications at each display position according to the first background applications corresponding to each target display position in the first annular area, which is determined in advance.
And if the target annular area is a second annular area, displaying icons of the corresponding second background applications on each display position according to a predetermined second background application corresponding to each target hiding position in the second annular area and the corresponding relation between each target hiding position and each display position.
As shown in fig. 3, the number of background applications is 56, and icons of background applications prioritized at 29 th to 42 th are displayed in the first annular area by a rotating operation applied to the first annular area. And hiding the icons of the rest background applications. As shown in fig. 3, the non-displayed icon is hidden at a position next to the current last display position, and the background application of the subsequent non-displayed icons is continuously displayed, and like a spiral, it may be referred to as a spiral arrangement display.
As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, which are schematic diagrams illustrating the icons of the background applications by the terminal, in addition to displaying the icons of the background applications in the annular area, a one-key clear button, that is, a "broom" button in fig. 4A and 4B, may be further provided to perform one-key clear on the processes and the icons of the background applications. As shown in fig. 4B, in order to make the user more intuitively see whether there are any background applications that are not currently displayed, after all background applications are displayed, a mark, i.e., "+" in fig. 4B, may be added at a position next to the display position of the icon of the last background application, indicating that all the icons of the background applications have been displayed.
Example 6:
in order to enable a user to clearly know whether a background application corresponding to an icon displayed in the first annular region has a high priority or a low priority, and further improve user experience, on the basis of the foregoing embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, before hiding an icon of each background application in a currently displayed third annular region, the method further includes:
determining whether the third annular area is the last annular area corresponding to the rotation direction or not according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation;
if not, the subsequent steps are carried out.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal identifies the rotation operation on the first annular region, the terminal may first identify a rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, and determine whether to hide the currently displayed background application icon according to the rotation direction. The terminal may determine, according to a rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, whether the third annular region is a last annular region corresponding to the rotation direction, if so, not hide the currently displayed icon, but keep the currently displayed icon unchanged, and if not, hide the currently displayed icon.
When determining whether the third annular region is the last annular region corresponding to the rotation direction according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, it may be to determine a priority trend corresponding to the rotation direction, determine whether the third annular region is the last annular region of the priority trend in each exposable fourth annular region, that is, if the priority trend is increasing, determine whether the third annular region is the annular region with the highest priority in each exposable fourth annular region;
and if the priority trend is descending, judging whether the third annular area is the annular area with the lowest priority in each fourth annular area capable of being displayed.
Therefore, if the currently displayed icon is already the background application icon in the annular area with the highest priority or the lowest priority, the currently displayed icon is not hidden, the last icon is shown, and a user can know the priority of the background application corresponding to the currently displayed icon conveniently.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the annular regions in the embodiment of the present invention are semi-annular regions, each two semi-annular regions are regarded as one turn, and as shown in fig. 5, all turns are overlapped to form a spiral arrangement.
The number corresponding to the icon in each circle is generated from the same position of the previous circle plus 28. Thus, when the first annular region is rotated, the sequence numbers of the icons appearing later and the sequence numbers appearing earlier are sequentially arranged, the n turns are stacked from bottom to top in the order from 1 to n, and the sequence numbers are spirally arranged, so that the sequence is called a spiral sequence.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, when the number of background applications is less than 28, the first circles are arranged in sequence one by one according to the sequence of the first circle sequence number in fig. 2, that is, the inner circle region is arranged first and then the outer circle region is arranged. When the number of the background applications is greater than 28, according to the second circle sequence number arrangement diagram in fig. 3, on the basis of the first circle, each sequence number is added with 28 to generate a new sequence number to arrange the second circle. By analogy, when the number of tasks is greater than 28 × n (n is the number of turns), the sequence number of the n-th turn is a new sequence number generated according to 28 × n. And displaying the icons of the background application according to the sequence numbers after the user slides the disc.
The user checks the icons of the background applications through the sliding disc, does not directly display the thumbnails of the tasks, namely page content, and even if the background applications are many, the performance cannot be affected.
Example 7:
on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal displays the first annular region, in order to enable a user to distinguish an icon of an application in the current display interface from an icon of a background application, the displaying an icon of each first background application in the first annular region includes:
an icon of each first background application is exposed in a first annular area of the multitasking management interface.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the display request of the background application, the multitask management interface may also be displayed, and then the first annular region is displayed in the multitask management interface, that is, the icon of each first background application is displayed in the first annular region of the multitask management interface.
Example 8:
in order to make the task open more quickly and conveniently, on the basis of the above embodiments, in an embodiment of the present invention, the receiving a background application display request includes:
detecting whether the operation acting on a display interface of the terminal is matched with a preset display operation or not;
if so, it is determined that a background application exposure request is received.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal is pre-stored with the preset display operation, the terminal can detect whether the operation acting on the display interface of the terminal exists, and if the operation acting on the display interface is detected, whether the operation acting on the display interface is matched with the preset display operation can be judged; if yes, determining that the display request of the background application is received, and if not, determining that the display request of the background application is not received.
The preset display operation may be a double-click operation, or the preset display operation may be an operation corresponding to a preset graphic, such as an "o" letter, and when the preset display operation is an operation corresponding to a preset graphic, and when it is detected that an action is matched with an operation of the display interface of the terminal, it may be determined whether a graphic formed by the operation acting on the display interface is matched with the preset graphic.

The communication bus mentioned in the above embodiments may be a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The communication bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown, but this does not mean that there is only one bus or one type of bus.

Claims (17)

1. A method for displaying an application, the method comprising:
receiving a background application display request;
displaying an icon of each first background application in the current first annular area;
wherein, if the background application comprises a second background application except the first background application, the method further comprises:
according to the pre-stored priority of each second annular area to be hidden, the following steps are sequentially carried out on each second annular area according to the sequence from high priority to low priority:
determining whether a second background application with an undetermined hidden location exists;
if yes, selecting a second number of target second background applications from the second background applications of each undetermined hidden position according to a second number of icons capable of being hidden in the second annular area and the priority of the second background applications of each undetermined hidden position;
determining a target hidden position corresponding to each target second background application according to the selected priority of each target second background application and the priority of each hidden position in the second annular area, wherein the higher the priority of the second background application is, the higher the priority of the corresponding target hidden position is;
wherein the method further comprises:
receiving rotation operation on the first annular area, and hiding icons of each background application in a currently displayed third annular area;
determining a corresponding target annular region according to the rotating direction corresponding to the rotating operation, the third annular region and the priority of each fourth annular region capable of being displayed;
and displaying icons of the corresponding background applications on each display position according to the background applications corresponding to each target position in the predetermined target annular area and the corresponding relation between each target position and each display position.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to said presenting the icon for each first background application in the first annular region, the method further comprises:
and aiming at each identified background application, selecting the background applications with high priority as the first background application according to the first number of the icons which can be displayed in the first annular area and the priority of each background application.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said exposing the icon for each first background application in the first annular region comprises:
determining a target display position corresponding to each first background application according to the priority of each first background application and the priority of each display position in the first annular area, wherein the higher the priority of the first background application is, the higher the priority of the corresponding target display position is;
and for each first background application, displaying the icon of the first background application at the corresponding target display position according to the determined target display position corresponding to the first background application.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and storing the corresponding relation between each target hiding position in the second annular area and each display position in the first annular area.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to hiding the icon for each background application in the currently exposed third annular region, the method further comprises:
determining whether the third annular area is the last annular area corresponding to the rotation direction or not according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation;
if not, the subsequent steps are carried out.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein said exposing the icon for each first background application in the first annular region comprises:
an icon of each first background application is exposed in a first annular area of the multitasking management interface.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-6, wherein the annular regions comprise an inner annular region and an outer annular region, the inner annular region and the outer annular region having the same center position;
the priority of each position in the inner ring area is higher than the priority of the presentation position in the outer ring area.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving a background application exposure request comprises:
detecting whether the operation acting on a display interface of the terminal is matched with a preset display operation or not;
if so, it is determined that a background application exposure request is received.
9. A display device for an application, the device comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a background application display request;
the display module is used for displaying the icon of each first background application in the current first annular area;
wherein, if the background application comprises a second background application except the first background application, the apparatus further comprises:
a hiding module, configured to perform the following steps for each second annular region in sequence from high priority to low priority according to the priority of each second annular region that is prestored for hiding:
determining whether a second background application with an undetermined hidden location exists;
if yes, selecting a second number of target second background applications from the second background applications of each undetermined hidden position according to a second number of icons capable of being hidden in the second annular area and the priority of the second background applications of each undetermined hidden position;
determining a target hidden position corresponding to each target second background application according to the selected priority of each target second background application and the priority of each hidden position in the second annular area, wherein the higher the priority of the second background application is, the higher the priority of the corresponding target hidden position is;
the receiving module is further used for receiving a rotating operation of the first annular area;
the hiding module is further configured to hide an icon of each background application in the currently displayed third annular area;
the display module is further configured to determine a corresponding target annular region according to the rotation direction corresponding to the rotation operation, the third annular region, and the priority of each fourth annular region capable of being displayed;
and displaying icons of the corresponding background applications on each display position according to the background applications corresponding to each target position in the predetermined target annular area and the corresponding relation between each target position and each display position.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
and the selecting module is used for selecting the background applications with high priority as the first background applications in each background application according to the first number of the icons capable of being displayed in the first annular area and the priority of each background application aiming at each identified background application.
11. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the presentation module is specifically configured to determine the target presentation position corresponding to each first background application according to the priority of each first background application and the priority of each presentation position in the first ring area, where the higher the priority of the first background application is, the higher the priority of the corresponding target presentation position is;
and for each first background application, displaying the icon of the first background application at the corresponding target display position according to the determined target display position corresponding to the first background application.
12. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the hiding module is further configured to store a correspondence between each target hiding location in the second annular region and each display location in the first annular region.
13. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for determining whether the third annular area is the last annular area corresponding to the rotating direction or not according to the rotating direction corresponding to the rotating operation;
and if the judgment result of the judgment module is not yes, triggering the hiding module.
14. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the presentation module is specifically configured to present an icon for each first background application in a first ring area of a multitasking management interface.
15. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the receiving module is specifically configured to detect whether an operation applied to a presentation interface of the terminal matches a preset presentation operation;
if so, it is determined that a background application exposure request is received.
16. A terminal, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a communication interface, a memory and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the communication interface and the memory complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
