Abstract

本发明公开了一种大型发电机转子轴承润滑油的滤油装置,主要用于大型发电机的转子轴承润滑油清除油污使用,它主要由法兰盘7、管壁8、虑芯9组成;其工作原理是:轴承润滑油从上油箱1通过下油管3落入下油箱2内,再有油泵5将下油箱2内的带有污染物的轴承润滑油抽入上油箱1内,形成一个循环,带有污染物的轴承润滑油每次要经过滤油装置4,滤油装置4过滤大颗粒及小颗粒的污染物,粉状铁粉污染物每次经过永磁铁滤网11时,永磁铁滤网11的磁场吸引铁粉并将其粘附在永磁铁滤网11的外壁上,起到过滤铁粉的作用,这样每经过一次循环,轴承润滑油中的大颗粒、小颗粒及铁粉等污染物就被过滤一次。

本发明主要用于大型发电机的转子轴承润滑油清除油污使用。
背景技术
已申请的发明专利“一种大型发电机转子轴承润滑油的滤油方法”,申请号:2018110858159,需要一种滤油装置,对进入发电机转子轴承的润滑油进行过滤,使润滑油的清洁度达到规定的要求。
发明内容
本发明就是这种滤油装置,它可以大大提高滤油周期,节省时间成本,它主要由法兰盘7、管壁8、虑芯9组成,管壁8的上下端固定有法兰盘7,管壁8所包围的空腔内安装有虑芯9;虑芯9由多个滤网10、永磁铁滤网11、上环12、多个中间环13、下环14组成,上环12与第一个中间环13之间、每个中间环13之间各安装一片滤网10,滤网10由上至下的目数是逐渐增大的,最下一个中间环13与下环14之间安装永磁铁滤网11,永磁铁滤网11成方格网状或者条形格栅状或者螺线形等其它形状,上环12、多个中间环13、下环14均有孔,将上环12、多个中间环13、下环14上下叠加并安装滤网10及永磁铁滤网11,用螺栓穿过上环12、多个中间环13、下环14的孔并用螺母固定形成虑芯9;所述滤油装置的工作原理是:轴承润滑油从上油箱1通过下油管3落入下油箱2内,再由油泵5将下油箱2内的带有污染物的轴承润滑油抽入上油箱1内,形成一个循环,在这一循环过程中,带有污染物的轴承润滑油每次要经过滤油装置4,滤油装置4的目数小的滤网10过滤大颗粒的污染物,目数大的滤网10过滤小颗粒的污染物,粉状铁粉污染物每次经过永磁铁滤网11时,永磁铁滤网11的磁场吸引铁粉并将其粘附在永磁铁滤网11的外壁上,起到过滤铁粉的作用,这样每经过一次循环,轴承润滑油中的大颗粒、小颗粒及铁粉等污染物就被过滤一次,经过多次过滤及清洗更换虑芯9的滤网10及永磁铁滤网11,就可以很快将轴承润滑油过滤干净达到使用要求,最后拆除虑芯9,其余设备将作为轴承润滑油的冷却循环设备保留下来。

具体实施方式
参见图1至图5,轴承润滑油从上油箱1通过下油管3落入下油箱2内,再由油泵5将下油箱2内的带有污染物的轴承润滑油抽入上油箱1内,形成一个循环,在这一循环过程中,带有污染物的轴承润滑油每次要经过滤油装置4,滤油装置4的目数小的滤网10过滤大颗粒的污染物,目数大的滤网10过滤小颗粒的污染物,粉状铁粉污染物每次经过永磁铁滤网11时,永磁铁滤网11的磁场吸引铁粉并将其粘附在永磁铁滤网11的外壁上,起到过滤铁粉的作用,这样每经过一次循环,轴承润滑油中的大颗粒、小颗粒及铁粉等污染物就被过滤一次,经过多次过滤及清洗更换虑芯9的滤网10及永磁铁滤网11,就可以很快将轴承润滑油过滤干净达到使用要求,最后拆除虑芯9,其余设备将作为轴承润滑油的冷却循环设备保留下来;需说明:滤油装置4可以在发电机设备管道进出油处安装多个;永磁铁滤网11在虑芯9上安装一个或者多个。

Claims (1)

1.一种大型发电机转子轴承润滑油的滤油装置,其特征是:它主要由法兰盘(7)、管壁(8)、虑芯(9)组成,管壁(8)的上下端固定有法兰盘(7),管壁(8)所包围的空腔内安装有虑芯(9);虑芯(9)由多个滤网(10)、永磁铁滤网(11)、上环(12)、多个中间环(13)、下环(14)组成,上环(12)与第一个中间环(13)之间、每个中间环(13)之间各安装一片滤网(10),滤网(10)由上至下的目数是逐渐增大的,最下一个中间环(13)与下环(14)之间安装永磁铁滤网(11),永磁铁滤网(11)成方格网状或者条形格栅状或者螺线形等其它形状,上环(12)、多个中间环(13)、下环(14)均有孔,将上环(12)、多个中间环(13)、下环(14)上下叠加并安装滤网(10)及永磁铁滤网(11),用螺栓穿过上环(12)、多个中间环(13)、下环(14)的孔并用螺母固定形成虑芯(9);所述滤油装置的工作原理是:轴承润滑油从上油箱(1)通过下油管(3)落入下油箱(2)内,再有油泵(5)将下油箱内的带有污染物的轴承润滑油抽入上油箱(1)内,形成一个循环,在这一循环过程中,带有污染物的轴承润滑油每次要经过滤油装置(4),滤油装置(4)的目数小的滤网(10)过滤大颗粒的污染物,目数大的滤网(10)过滤小颗粒的污染物,粉状铁粉污染物每次经过永磁铁滤网(11)时,永磁铁滤网(11)的磁场吸引铁粉并将其粘附在永磁铁滤网(11)的外壁上,起到过滤铁粉的作用,这样每经过一次循环,轴承润滑油中的大颗粒、小颗粒及铁粉等污染物就被过滤一次,经过多次过滤及清洗更换虑芯(9)的滤网(10)及永磁铁滤网(11),就可以很快将轴承润滑油过滤干净达到使用要求,最后拆除虑芯(9),其余设备将作为轴承润滑油的冷却循环设备保留下来。
