The invention provides a pre-sticking positioning device of a drum brake block, which comprises a shoe positioning mechanism and a lining positioning mechanism; the shoe positioning mechanism comprises a positioning base plate which can provide support for the arc end face of the shoe arc plate, a positioning vertical plate which is arranged on the positioning base plate and used for supporting and positioning the shoe rib plate, and a positioning body which can provide positioning for the shoe arc plate in the front-back direction; the lining positioning mechanism comprises a bottom positioning assembly and a side positioning assembly, the bottom positioning assembly is correspondingly arranged on the outer side of a preset arc-shaped plate, and a positioning supporting surface which is level with the bonding initial position of the lower side of the friction lining is arranged in the bottom positioning assembly; the side positioning assembly is arranged on the positioning substrate, a positioning baffle plate is arranged in the side positioning assembly, and the positioning baffle plate can be locked and fixed when the end part of the positioning baffle plate extends to the side surface bonding initial position of the arc-shaped plate and the friction lining. Background
As shown in fig. 1, the drum brake 5 includes a shoe 52 and a friction lining 51, and the shoe 52 is usually composed of an arc 522 and a rib 521 fixed on the inner side of the arc 522, and the friction lining 51 is fixed on the outer side of the shoe arc 522. The existing drum brake pad production enterprises are numerous, but the production modes are basically similar, the connection modes between the arc-shaped plates and the friction linings of the drum brake pad are mostly bonding, however, because the widths of the friction linings and the arc-shaped plates are different and the arc lengths are different, and the arc-shaped plates are not provided with a positioning device, accurate positioning is difficult to obtain in the bonding process of the friction linings, the position accuracy of the friction linings can only be ensured by naked eyes, the interchangeability of the drum brake pad is seriously influenced, and therefore, the pre-bonding positioning device of the drum brake pad is required to be designed to reduce the production difficulty of the drum brake pad, and the yield and interchangeability of the drum brake pad are improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a pre-adhesive positioning device for drum brake pads, which is used for solving the problems of the prior art that the bonding position of friction linings of the drum brake pads cannot be effectively ensured, and the yield and interchangeability are low.
To achieve the above and other related objects, the present invention provides a pre-adhesive positioning device for a drum brake pad, including a shoe positioning mechanism and a lining positioning mechanism; the shoe positioning mechanism comprises a positioning base plate capable of providing support for the arc end face of the shoe arc plate, a positioning vertical plate arranged on the positioning base plate and used for supporting and positioning the shoe rib plate, and a positioning body used for providing front-back direction positioning for the shoe arc plate; the lining positioning mechanism comprises a bottom positioning assembly and a side positioning assembly, wherein the bottom positioning assembly is correspondingly arranged on the outer side of a preset arc-shaped plate position, and a positioning supporting surface which is level with the lower side bonding initial position of the friction lining is arranged in the bottom positioning assembly; the side positioning assembly is arranged on the positioning substrate, a positioning baffle plate is arranged in the side positioning assembly, and the positioning baffle plate can be locked and fixed when the end part of the positioning baffle plate extends to the side surface bonding initial position of the arc-shaped plate and the friction lining.

The positioning body in the present invention may be provided separately as long as it is capable of positioning the shoe 52 in the front-rear direction, and the positioning body in the present embodiment is the positioning baffle 24 in consideration that the end of the positioning baffle 24 may also serve as a positioning reference for the shoe 52 in the front-rear direction.
The side positioning assembly in the present invention is only required to extend the end of the positioning baffle 24 to the initial position of bonding the arc 522 and the side of the friction lining 51, and the other structures are not limited in principle, but considering that the side positioning assembly can be applied to drum brake pads 5 with different specifications, the side positioning assembly in this embodiment includes a positioning baffle seat 23, a bolt 21 (i.e. baffle seat locking device 21), and a bolt 22 (baffle locking device), the positioning baffle seat 23 is rotatably mounted on the positioning substrate 12 by the bolt 21 and can be screwed and fixed on the positioning substrate 12 by the bolt 21, the positioning baffle seat 23 is provided with a positioning baffle slot, and the positioning baffle 24 is linearly movably mounted in the positioning baffle slot on the positioning baffle seat 23 and can be tightly pressed and fixed by the bolt 22.
Considering that the heights and positions of the positioning support surfaces 421 of the drum brake pads 5 of different specifications may be different, in this embodiment, the bottom positioning assembly includes a supporting plate 43 and a positioning support body 42, the supporting plate 43 is installed below the positioning substrate 12, the positioning substrate 12 is provided with a track through hole 41 matched with the positioning support body 42, the bottom surface of the positioning support body 42 is abutted against the upper plane of the supporting plate 43, and the positioning support surface 421 on the upper part of the support body extends above the positioning substrate 12 through the track through hole 41. This structure can move the positioning support body 42 to a proper position along the rail through hole 41 according to the model of the drum brake pad 5, and is convenient and quick.
The positioning support 42 in this embodiment has magnetic properties that can be attracted to the pallet 43.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 43 is mounted on the positioning substrate 12 through the bolts 44, the positioning substrate 12 is provided with a through hole, the supporting plate 43 is provided with a threaded hole, the small end of the bolts passes through the through hole and then is in threaded connection with the threaded hole, and the distance between the supporting plate 43 and the positioning substrate 12 can be adjusted by screwing the bolts 44.
In the present invention, the friction lining 51 may be pressed against the shoe 52 manually, but in consideration of the requirement of automation, the pre-adhesion positioning device of the drum brake pad in this embodiment further includes a pressing mechanism capable of pressing the friction lining 51 against the arc 522. The compressing mechanism comprises an air cylinder 34 and a compressing body 31 hinged at the driving end of the air cylinder 34 through a rotating shaft 33. The pressing body 31 is an arc-shaped connecting rod, the middle part of the arc-shaped connecting rod is hinged with the driving end of the air cylinder 34 through a rotating shaft 33, two ends of the arc-shaped connecting rod are provided with cylindrical pressing bodies 32, and the axes of the pressing bodies 32 are parallel to the axes of the arc-shaped plates 522. The outside of the pressing body 32 is sleeved with a nylon sleeve (not shown in the figure).
In summary, the invention can effectively solve the problem that the friction lining cannot be accurately positioned on the shoe arc plate, and the shoe and the friction lining do not need to be mounted in a complicated way in the positioning process, and the special clamp is not needed, so that the positioning can be realized by pushing the shoe and the friction lining in place, and the invention has high efficiency and convenient operation. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes some practical problems in the prior art, thereby having high utilization value and use significance.
