Abstract
The invention relates to a hanging type positioning and supporting device for a laser wall-mounted instrument, which comprises a fixed base, a sliding rod and a connecting seat, wherein one end of the sliding rod is connected with the fixed base, the connecting seat is movably matched and connected to the sliding rod, and a fastener for connecting and fixing the laser wall-mounted instrument is arranged on the connecting seat. The fixed base is provided with an adjusting bolt which is in threaded connection with a movable block arranged in the slide bar, and the slide bar is fixed through the adjusting bolt and can be lifted or lowered. The slide bar is provided with a through waist-shaped groove, and the quick clamping device penetrates through the waist-shaped groove and is matched and mounted on the connecting seat; meanwhile, the movable supporting screw on the sliding rod is penetrated on the quick clamping device, so that the movable matching connection of the connecting seat and the sliding rod is realized. The invention can conveniently and stably install the laser wall-mounted instrument above the working surface, can adjust the distance between the laser wall-mounted instrument and the wall surface, the horizontal angle and the vertical elevation angle, and can ensure the accurate positioning of the laser wall-mounted instrument.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of supporting devices of laser wall-mounted instruments or various measuring instruments, and particularly relates to a supporting device for hanging type positioning of a laser wall-mounted instrument.
Background
Most of the existing measuring and positioning devices such as the laser wall-mounted instrument or the level meter are directly placed on the ground or are connected with a tripod through threads through a threaded base. In the practical application process, when the laser is directly placed on the ground for use, the height of the horizontal laser line cannot be adjusted; on the tripod, on the one hand, the threaded connection is troublesome, and on the other hand, the tripod occupies a large area and cannot be attached to a wall surface or a working surface when in use.
As is well known, when wall bricks are adhered to a vertical wall, the construction process is generally carried out from bottom to top layer by layer, the larger the accumulated error is, the easier the laser line is blocked, the accuracy is affected, and even the construction process cannot be used sometimes; in addition, the dust amount is large in the construction process such as painting, brick laying and the like, and the problem that dust covers laser lines is easily caused. Because of construction needs, the position of the laser wall-mounted instrument also needs to be changed frequently, which is extremely easy to cause errors and affects construction. In addition, when the laser line of the wall-mounted instrument is close to the working surface, the problem that the laser line is not parallel to the wall surface can occur, and the traditional mode is difficult to adjust; when the ground or the wall surface is inclined, the laser wall-mounted instrument is difficult to project a standard reference state, so that the construction precision is affected; when the distance between the working surface and the working surface needs to be adjusted, the position is difficult to be adjusted quickly.

Further, the adjustable screw rod fixing device further comprises an adjusting bolt, the fixing base is provided with a hole for penetrating the adjusting bolt, the adjusting bolt penetrates through the hole and then is connected with a part on the sliding rod, and an adjusting knob is arranged on the outer side of the adjusting bolt. Further, a transmission block is arranged in the chassis of the connecting seat, a hole is formed in the transmission block, and a nut is arranged in the hole; the chassis wall is provided with symmetrical through holes, a fine tuning screw rod penetrates through the through hole on one side of the chassis wall, the transmission block is strung up through a nut in the transmission block and then penetrates out of the through hole on the other side, and two sides of the fine tuning screw rod are provided with adjusting knobs; the inside of the turntable is provided with a rectangular groove, and the transmission block is matched and sleeved in the rectangular groove; the center of the chassis of the connecting seat is provided with a cylinder, the turntable is sleeved on the cylinder, the center of the turntable is provided with a counter bore, a bearing is sleeved in the hole, a pressing plate is covered on the bearing, and the pressing plate and the bearing are fixed by using screws; the top connecting disc of the connecting seat is sleeved on the rotary disc and can be fixed with the rotary disc through screws and the like. The quick clamping device is loosened to enable the connecting seat to move back and forth along the movable supporting screw rod, so that the position can be quickly adjusted; of course, the clamping state of the quick clamping device can be maintained, and the knob outside the movable supporting screw is moved to rotate the movable supporting screw, so that fine adjustment of the connecting seat is realized.
Further, the fixed base is provided with a groove, and one end of the sliding rod is matched and arranged in the groove; the fixing base is provided with a fixing hole or a fixing magnetic plate. Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 8 show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is a hanging type positioning and supporting device for a laser wall-mounted instrument, comprising three parts, namely a fixed base 1, a sliding rod 2 and a connecting seat 3, wherein one end of the sliding rod 2 is connected with the fixed base 1, the connecting seat 3 is movably matched and connected with the sliding rod 2, and the connecting seat 3 is provided with a fastener 4 for connecting and fixing the laser wall-mounted instrument.
The connecting seat 3 comprises a top connecting disc 5, a rotary disc 6 and a chassis 7, and a fastener 4 for connecting and fixing the laser wall-mounted instrument is arranged outside the chassis 7; the top connecting disc 5 is provided with two lugs, and the lugs are provided with holes 17 for installing the quick clamping device so as to be matched and connected with the slide rod 2. A transmission block 8 is arranged in the chassis 7, a hole is formed in the transmission block 8, and a hexagonal nut 9 is arranged in the transmission block; the wall of the chassis 7 is provided with symmetrical through holes, a fine tuning screw 10 penetrates through the through hole on one side, the transmission block 8 is strung up through a hexagonal nut 9 in the transmission block 8 and then penetrates out of the through hole on the other side, and the two sides of the fine tuning screw 10 are provided with adjusting knobs 15-1 and 15-2. The turntable 6 is internally provided with a rectangular groove 12, and the transmission block 8 is matched and sleeved in the rectangular groove 12; the center of the chassis 7 is provided with a cylinder 11, the turntable 6 is sleeved on the cylinder 11, the counter bore in the center of the turntable 6 is sleeved with an upper bearing 13 and a pressing plate 14, and the upper bearing and the pressing plate are fixed by screws 34. The top connecting disc 5 is sleeved on the turntable 6 and is fixed with the turntable 6 through a screw 16.
The fixed base 1 is provided with a groove 18, and one end of the sliding rod 2 is matched and arranged in the groove 18. The fixing base 1 has a fixing hole 19 and a magnetic plate 20. The magnetic plate 20 may be used to attract the metal frame. For convenient fixing, a fastening screw hole 21 is formed on the fixing base 1 above the fixing hole 19, a positioning sleeve 22 is placed in the fixing hole 19, and a fastening bolt 23 and a knob 15-3 are provided.
The fixed base 1 is provided with a hole 24 for penetrating an adjusting bolt 25, and the adjusting bolt 25 is provided with a knob 15-4; correspondingly, the end of the slide bar 2 connected with the fixed base 1 is provided with a positioning hole 26, a movable block 27 is arranged in the positioning hole 26, and a threaded hole on the movable block 27 is matched with the adjusting bolt 25. After the adjusting bolt 25 passes through the hole 24, the adjusting bolt penetrates into a screw hole of the movable block 27 on the slide bar 2, the slide bar 2 can be fixedly connected to the fixed base 1, and meanwhile, the movable block 27 in the slide bar 2 can be pulled up or down through the adjusting knob 15-4, so that the purpose of adjusting the vertical elevation angle of the laser wall-mounted instrument by lifting or lowering the slide bar 2 is achieved.
The slide bar 2 is provided with a through waist-shaped groove 28. In addition, a quick clamping device is formed by a quick clamping shaft 29, a quick clamping sleeve 30 and a compression spring 31, the quick clamping shaft 29 presses the compression spring 31 into the quick clamping sleeve 30 to form the quick clamping device, and holes are formed in the quick clamping sleeve 30 and the quick clamping shaft 29; the quick clamping device passes through the waist-shaped groove 28 on the slide rod 2 and is matched and installed in the hole 17 on the top connecting disc 5 of the connecting seat 3. In addition, one end of the non-connection fixed base 1 of the slide bar 2 is provided with a hole penetrating through the kidney-shaped groove, and a movable supporting screw 32 is arranged so that the through hole penetrates the slide bar 2 and penetrates through holes on the quick clamping sleeve 30 and the quick clamping shaft 29 to penetrate into the other end of the slide bar 2, so that the connection base 3 and the slide bar 2 are connected together. In order to ensure that the movable supporting screw 32 can rotate and does not fall off, a groove can be arranged at the end of the slide rod 2, the groove is communicated with a hole penetrating through the kidney-shaped groove, a limit sleeve 33 is arranged in the groove, and the movable supporting screw 32 firstly penetrates through the limit sleeve 33 when penetrating into the slide rod 2. The outside of the movable support screw 32 is provided with a knob 15-5 for rotation adjustment.
