本技术发明涉及一种防松的螺杆,螺母连接件。
背景技术
目前,正在使用的,防松螺杆,螺母,有摩擦力方式防松的,有机械结构方式防松的,和破坏螺丝方式永久防松的。但是,摩擦力方式防松螺母的缺点是,普通的螺母,拧得在紧,震动一强会松动,带棘齿的螺母需要很强的力量来安装它,用填充物增加摩擦力的螺母不方便多次使用。机械方式防松螺母的缺点是,要么不方便安装,要么不方便拆卸。这两点唐氏螺纹比较好,即运用了摩擦力又利用了机械结构,二合一方式防松,方便拆装,效果好但也不能完全防松,而且还破坏了螺纹结构。破坏螺丝方式永久防松螺母的缺点是,不能二次使用。
发明内容
为了克服现有螺杆螺母防松连接件的缺点。本技术发明提供了一种组合式的防松连接件。
本技术发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在一个普通螺杆上,在加工一个细一点儿的,反向螺纹,这样就得到一个,双螺纹的螺杆,螺纹相反,配上一大一小,螺纹相反的螺母,一个螺母加棘齿,一个螺母加棘爪,棘爪要可伸缩的,将几个零件一起组合安装。
本技术发明的有益效果是:在安装拆卸方便的前提下,获得防松效果。

具体实施方式:
在图2中,假设,⑪是螺杆的螺帽,⑫是外径12mm的右旋螺纹,⑬螺杆上增加的外径10mm的左旋螺纹,②是12mm螺纹的螺母,③是10mm螺纹的螺母。
由图中可以看出,大螺母的内孔比小螺纹的外径大,这样大螺母可以直接穿过小螺纹,拧在大螺纹上。大螺母先拧紧,小螺母后跟上顶紧大螺母,拧紧。这样是比较类似于唐氏螺纹的结构方式,还只是靠摩擦力防松的。所以在大螺母的右面加一个棘齿,市场上现有的防松螺母有带棘齿的,就像它一样,不必另外设计,在小螺母的左边加一个棘爪,要求棘爪有回弹能力,像自行车后轮飞轮里的棘爪,可以伸缩,以方便松开棘爪和棘齿的扣紧状态,松螺母时用的。
由于棘齿和棘爪绘画太难,所以请到百度上搜索一下图片(棘轮结构),有助与理解这项发明。将螺杆和螺母拧在一起时,大螺母右旋拧紧,小螺母左旋拧紧,于是,大螺母会左旋松退,而小螺母会右旋松退。这时,大螺母右面的棘齿和小螺母左面的棘爪,刚好扣紧,两个螺母互相顶住,大螺母不能左旋松退,而小螺母不能右旋松退,以机械结构的方式起到阻止螺母旋转松退的效果。并且,当人为想要松开螺母时,可以将小螺母的棘爪提起,拉起,按起,不管是什么起,要看小螺母零件的具体设计了,总之,是要将小螺母的棘爪与大螺母的棘齿分开,取消扣紧状态,此时便可轻松的松开小螺母,然后松开大螺母,只要零件不坏,尤其是棘齿和棘爪不坏,此组合式防松螺丝,可以做到轻松拆装,防松,重复使用的优点。
在图3中,大螺母和小螺母是比较近靠螺帽的,而图4中,大螺母和小螺母是比较远离螺帽的,由此可以看出,此组合式防松螺丝,在连接物件时,它的螺母移动距离是有限的。螺杆太长,无法顶紧物件,因为大螺母顶紧物件后,而小螺母无法顶紧或顶到大螺母的话,就失去了组合防松的效果。同样的,螺杆太短,导致大螺母无法拧在大螺纹上,光靠小螺母顶紧的话,也会失去组合防松的效果。所以本技术发明的缺陷是,对螺杆的长度要选择性使用,不能像普通螺纹和唐氏螺纹那样,可以一拧到底。
