Background
The technical scheme of the application is that a coal rock identification device is arranged on the coal mining machine, the coal rock identification device is arranged on a rail trolley, the rail trolley is connected with the coal mining machine through a connecting rod, the rail trolley runs on a coal baffle, full automation of the coal mining machine can be realized, unattended mining work can be performed through the device, and the safe operation of a coal mine can be effectively improved, and the labor intensity of workers can be reduced.
In the actual use process, as the coal baffle is formed by splicing a plurality of steel plates, the upper plane of the spliced position of the two steel plates is possibly not on one plane, so that the rail trolley moving on the upper plane is blocked, and the connecting rod connecting the rail trolley and the coal mining machine can be bent when serious, so that the coal and rock identification device cannot be used.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a video acquisition and connection device of a coal mining machine, which is arranged on the coal mining machine and can stably acquire the working process of the coal mining machine.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the video acquisition and connection device for the coal mining machine comprises a camera, a track trolley for installing the camera, and a connecting rod for connecting the track trolley with the coal mining machine, and is characterized in that one end of the connecting rod is connected with a fixed seat through a joint bearing, the fixed seat is connected with the coal mining machine, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a camera connecting seat, the upper end of a screw rod is fixed on the bottom surface of the camera connecting seat, the lower end of the screw rod penetrates through a middle connecting plate and is connected with a nut fixed on the middle connecting plate in a matched manner, and a fixing ring is arranged in the middle of the screw rod between the middle connecting plate and the camera connecting seat; two ends of the fixed tensioning device are respectively connected with the fixed ring and the middle connecting plate; and a damping device is arranged between the track trolley and the middle connecting plate.
The damping device arranged between the middle connecting plate and the rail trolley consists of dampers which are arranged between the middle connecting plate and the rail trolley in a crossing or/and vertical mode, wherein the number of the dampers is 2 or more, and the dampers are spring dampers or hydraulic dampers.
The trolley consists of a bottom plate, horizontal rollers arranged on the bottom plate and parallel to the bottom plate, and inclined rollers forming a certain included angle with the bottom plate, wherein each inclined roller consists of two pairs of rollers which are opposite and the included angle between the two pairs of rollers is 90-120 degrees.
The horizontal roller and the inclined roller are composed of a bracket and rollers arranged on the bracket, and the bracket is fixed on the bottom plate.
A vertical roller perpendicular to the bottom plate is arranged on the rail trolley; the vertical roller consists of a fixed shaft and a roller arranged on the fixed shaft, wherein the upper end of the fixed shaft is fixed on the bottom plate, and the roller is arranged at the lower end of the fixed shaft.
Wheels are arranged at the lower ends of the vertical rollers.
The wheels are composed of three wheels which are uniformly arranged on a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is connected with the lower end of the vertical roller through an axle fixed on the bottom plate.
The fixing ring consists of a nut matched with the screw rod and hooks uniformly distributed on the nut, one end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the fixing ring through the hooks, and the other end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the hanging lugs fixed on the middle connecting plate.
The fixing ring consists of a screw rod annular plate and nuts for fixing the annular plate on the screw rod, holes are uniformly distributed on the annular plate, one end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the fixing ring through the holes, and the other end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the hanging lugs fixed on the middle connecting plate.
The fixing and tensioning device is a basket bolt or a tension spring.
The technical scheme of the invention is characterized in that:
1. through the flexible connection between the connecting rod and the fixed seat, the phenomena of uneven height of the coal baffle plate and blocking or derailment between the track trolley and the coal baffle plate during turning can be effectively solved;
2. the combined roller of the horizontal roller and the inclined roller and the special damping structure are additionally arranged on the track trolley, so that the trafficability and the damping performance of the track trolley are effectively improved, and the quality of pictures shot by a camera is ensured;
3. the screw rod is added between the camera connecting seat and the track trolley, so that the height position of the camera can be conveniently adjusted.

Description of the embodiments
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, the right end of the connecting rod 2 is connected with the fixing seat 1 through the joint bearing 13, the left end of the connecting rod is connected with the camera connecting seat 3, the device is connected with the coal mining machine through the fixing seat, and the camera for video acquisition of the coal mining machine is fixedly arranged on the camera connecting seat. Because the connecting rod is connected with the fixing seat by adopting the joint bearing 13, the connecting rod can swing up and down and left and right in a certain range relative to the fixing seat, and the swing of the camera caused by the position difference between the coal cutter and the coal baffle in the running process can be eliminated.
The upper end of the screw rod 4 is fixed on the bottom surface of the camera connecting seat, the lower end of the screw rod passes through the middle connecting plate 7 and is connected with a nut fixed on the middle connecting plate in a matched manner, a fixed ring 5 is arranged in the middle of the screw rod between the middle connecting plate and the camera connecting seat, and two ends of the fixed tensioning device 6 are respectively connected with the fixed ring and the middle connecting plate; the fixing and tensioning device adopts a basket bolt or a tension spring.
The fixing ring consists of a nut matched with the screw rod and hooks uniformly distributed on the nut, one end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the fixing ring through the hooks, and the other end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the hanging lugs fixed on the middle connecting plate.
The structure of the fixing ring can also be formed by a ring plate sleeved on the screw rod and nuts for fixing the ring plate on the screw rod, holes are uniformly distributed on the ring plate, one end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the fixing ring through the holes, and the other end of the fixing and tensioning device is connected with the hanging lugs fixed on the middle connecting plate.
The purpose of the fixed tensioning device installed in the middle of the screw rod is to ensure that a camera at the upper end of the screw rod is relatively stable, and meanwhile, the position of the camera can be adjusted by rotating the screw rod.
A damping device 8 is arranged between the track trolley 9 and the middle connecting plate 7, and consists of 4 dampers which are arranged between the middle connecting plate and the track trolley in a crossing way, or consists of 2 or 4 dampers which are arranged between the middle connecting plate and the track trolley in a crossing way and 2 dampers which are arranged between the middle connecting plate and the track trolley in a perpendicular way, wherein the dampers are spring dampers or hydraulic dampers. The purpose of the shock absorber is to absorb shock of the track trolley in the running process of the track trolley on the coal baffle plate of the coal mining machine.
The trolley 9 consists of a bottom plate, a horizontal roller 10 which is arranged on the lower plane of the bottom plate and is parallel to the bottom plate, and an inclined roller 11 which forms a certain included angle with the bottom plate, wherein the inclined roller consists of two rollers which are opposite and the included angle between the two rollers is 90-120 degrees. The horizontal roller and the inclined roller are composed of a bracket 9-1 and a roller 9-2 arranged on the bracket, and the bracket is fixed on the bottom plate.
In order to ensure the stable running of the rail trolley, a vertical roller 15 perpendicular to the bottom plate is arranged on the bottom plate, the vertical roller consists of a fixed shaft and a roller arranged on the fixed shaft, the upper end of the fixed shaft is fixed on the bottom plate, and the roller is arranged at the lower end of the fixed shaft. The vertical rollers may be provided in one or two pairs as shown in fig. 2, with the vertical rollers being located on either side of the coal deflector 16 for the purpose of preventing derailment of the trolley.
The lower end of the vertical roller is provided with wheels 17 which are formed by three wheels uniformly arranged on a bottom plate, and the bottom plate is connected with the lower end of the vertical roller through a shaft fixed on the bottom plate. The purpose of the wheels is to prevent articles such as coal or coal cutter cables from accumulating on one side of the coal baffle plate and interfering with the running of the trolley. When a pile is present on one side of the coal deflector, the trolley can be lifted over the pile by means of wheels.
The roller consists of a cylindrical roller body, bearings arranged in inner holes at two ends of the roller body and roller shafts matched with the two bearings. The horizontal roller and the inclined roller are fixed by the roller shaft and the bracket 9-1 which are matched.
