Abstract
The invention relates to a railway steel rail maintenance device, in particular to an automatic steel rail grinding wagon and a working method. The invention solves the problems of low efficiency and low precision of the prior grinding wagon for grinding the steel rail. The invention discloses an automatic rail grinding wagon, which comprises a frame, a power source system, a driving system and a grinding system; the power source system, the driving system and the polishing system are all arranged on the frame; the driving system drags the frame to move on the steel rail; the power source system provides power for the driving system and the polishing system; the device also comprises a detection system and a control system; the detection system is used for detecting the flatness of the steel rail before and after polishing; the control system comprises a hand-held instrument and a control module, wherein the hand-held instrument and the control module are communicated in a wired or wireless mode; the control module receives the detection information of the detection system and then controls the driving system and the polishing system.

The detection system is used for detecting the flatness of the steel rail before and after polishing; the control system comprises a hand-held instrument and a control module, wherein the hand-held instrument and the control module are communicated in a wired or wireless mode; the control module receives the detection information of the detection system and then controls the driving system and the polishing system.
The detection system comprises a detection module, wherein the detection module comprises a pressure sensor 2, a spring 3 and a roller 4; the roller 4 is arranged at one end of the telescopic rod of the pressure sensor 2, and the spring 3 is sleeved on the telescopic rod of the pressure sensor 2; the number of detection module is a plurality of, and wherein three detection module sets up side by side and constitutes detection subassembly 5 in earlier stage at the front end of the automatic car of polishing of rail, and three detection module's telescopic link perpendicular to horizontal plane. The frame 1 is formed by splicing two U-shaped frames. The drive system comprises four drive wheels 11 and four drive motors 12, the four drive motors 12 driving one drive wheel 11 respectively. A protective cover 13 is respectively arranged on the corresponding frame 1 at the outer sides of the four driving wheels 11. A driving system is started by using a control system, and the driving system drives the whole automatic rail grinding wagon to move on the rail; the anti-interference component 9 removes sand and dust on the steel rail;
2) grinding the steel rail
1.1) the early detection assembly 5 detects the flatness of the steel rail, the control module receives the information of the flatness of the steel rail detected by the early detection assembly 5, and if the flatness of the steel rail meets a preset value, the driving system continues to work; if the flatness of the steel rail does not meet the preset value, the step 1.2) is carried out;
