Abstract

At present, line maintenance by using a rail grinding technology has become common knowledge of rail maintenance at home and abroad. With the continuous increase of railway operation mileage in China, the limited skylight time and the specificity of polishing operation bring great challenges to line maintenance. The existing rail polisher can only polish the upper surface of the rail, and an operator is required to manually adjust the polishing amount of the rail polisher, so that the efficiency is low, the quality cannot be guaranteed, and the improvement of the polishing equipment efficiency and the polishing quality becomes the key point and the difficulty of rail polishing at home and abroad at present. The working principle of the rail grinding wagon of the invention is as follows: the fourth driving motor 20 drives the driving wheel 19 to rotate so as to drive the rail grinding wagon to move to the rail to be ground, and the grinding wheel driving motor 2 drives the grinding wheel 1 to rotate so as to grind the rail; the first driving motor 3 drives the first screw pair 4, a screw nut of the first screw pair 4 drives the first sliding block 6 to move on the first guide rail 5, and the first sliding block 6 enables the polishing system to realize reciprocating movement along the direction of the steel rail, so that the flatness of polishing the surface of the steel rail is ensured; when the polishing amount is required to be increased, the second driving motor 7 drives the second screw pair 8, a screw nut of the second screw pair 8 drives the second sliding block 10 to move on the second guide rail 9, and the first sliding block 6 enables the polishing system to realize feeding in the direction perpendicular to the steel rail; when the side surface of the steel rail needs to be polished, the two third driving motors 15 drive the two driving gears 16, the two driving gears 16 drive the driven gears 14 to rotate, the mounting arm 11 is driven to rotate, and the polishing system fixed on the mounting arm 11 rotates along with the rotation, so that the grinding wheel 1 polishes the arc surface of the side surface of the steel rail.
