本发明涉及园林绿化施工技术领域,尤其涉及一种耐磨塑料园林工具。
背景技术
由于园林工具常要挖土、铲泥,极易被磨损,影响使用和美观。

为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种耐磨性强、使用寿命长的塑料园林工具,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种耐磨塑料园林工具,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:TPE胶粒20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯10-40份、芳纶纤维10-25份、古马隆树脂5-10份、色母粒1-2份、氢氧化钡2-4份、聚乙二醇1-1.5份、防静电剂0.5-1.0份、有机锡0.2-0.4份、防紫外剂0.3-0.4份、矿物盐1-3份、润滑剂0.1-0.3份、聚酰亚胺0.5-1.5份。
进一步的,所述氢氧化钡由氢氧化镁替换。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为氯化石蜡。
进一步的,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:TPE胶粒25份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯25份、芳纶纤维15份、古马隆树脂8份、色母粒1.5份、氢氧化钡3份、聚乙二醇1.2份、防静电剂0.75份、有机锡0.3份、防紫外剂0.35份、矿物盐2份、润滑剂0.2份、聚酰亚胺1份。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过古马隆树脂和氢氧化钡的协同作用使得耐磨性强、韧性好、寿命长。

一种耐磨塑料园林工具,由以质量份数计的以下成分组成:TPE胶粒20-30份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯25份、芳纶纤维15份、古马隆树脂7.5份、色母粒1.5份、氢氧化钡3份、聚乙二醇1.2份、防静电剂0.75份、有机锡0.3份、防紫外剂0.35份、矿物盐2份、润滑剂0.2份、聚酰亚胺1份。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种耐磨塑料园林工具,其特征在于:所述润滑剂为氯化石蜡。
