本发明涉及一种既能有效地克服无机阻燃剂和有机材料的相容性差,又具有高伸率和抗开裂特点的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,重量比:聚乙烯树脂32~45份、含量为18‑28的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯树脂15~25份、无机阻燃剂22~30份、增韧剂1~10份、有机阻燃剂8~15份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、润滑剂0.1~1份。优点:一是添加了乙烯辛烯共聚物,并对无机阻燃进行界面改性,克服了无机阻燃剂和有机材料的相容性问题;二是添加多种有机和无机阻燃剂,使阻燃效果最佳,使产品具备高速挤出加工性和优异的抗开裂的性能,以及优良的物理机械性能。

一种高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种既能有效地克服无机阻燃剂和有机材料的相容性差,又具有高伸率和抗开裂特性的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,属电缆料制造领域。
背景技术
CN106543514A、名称“一种低成本抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料”,包括以下重量份的组分:聚乙烯树脂15-30份;相容剂10-30份;炭黑母料2-10份;阻燃剂20-50份;硅胶母料阻燃剂2-15份;抗氧剂0.2-2.0份;润滑剂0.2-2.0份。其不足之处:一是由于无机阻燃剂是耐高温溶液加入超微无机金属氧化物精细加工而组成,是把具有本质阻燃性的无机元素以单质或化合物的形式添加到被阻燃的基材中,以物理分散状态与高聚物充分混合,在气相或凝聚相通过化学或物理变化起到阻燃作用,而马来酸酐接枝相容剂虽然可以改善无机填料与有机树脂相容性,提高产品的拉伸、冲击强度,实现高填充,减少树脂用量,改善加工流变性,提高表面光洁度,但是马来酸酐接枝相容剂会使共混物的热变形温度降低,甚至降解,因此聚乙烯树脂与无机阻燃剂之间的亲合性很差,导致所制聚乙烯电缆料的抗开裂性差;二是伸缩率差。
发明内容
设计目的:避免背景技术中的不足之处,设计一种采用偶联剂改性氢氧化镁以及醋酸乙烯树脂作为架桥剂,改善有机高分子树脂和无机阻燃剂之间的亲和性,达到两者相容,采用8碳的乙烯-辛烯共聚物增韧剂提高材料的柔韧伸张回缩性,并通过低剪切的双螺杆混炼挤出造粒,制得而成的一种高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料。
设计方案:为了实现上述设计目的。本发明在背景技术的基础上:1、以改性氢氧化镁和醋酸乙烯树脂作为架桥剂,改善有机高分子树脂和无机阻燃剂之间的亲和性,达到两者相容,因为醋酸乙烯树脂具有低结晶性、良好的填料相容性、粘接性等特点,因此它能够将氢氧化镁和聚乙烯树脂之间实现亲合融合。2、采用乙烯辛烯共聚物作为增韧剂提高材料的柔韧伸张回缩性,因为乙烯-1-辛烯共聚物是含少量>一辛烯的乙烯共聚物,与乙烯与i一丁烯或i一己烯共聚物相比,性能更柔软、韧性好,粘结强度高,薄膜的拉伸强皮和撕裂强度突出,耐穿刺,热封性好。因含有辛烯的柔软链卷曲结构和结晶的乙烯链作为物理交联点,所以具有优异的韧性又具有良好的加工性,使的制成的电缆料适合高速挤出,加工性能优异,有很好的机械性和阻燃性能。3、通过低剪切的双螺杆混炼挤出造粒,制得而成的一种高伸率的抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料。因为低剪切的双螺杆混炼挤出造粒具有能把物料充分混炼又不使配方中的阻燃材料产生热分解的特点,它能解决客户挤出电缆表面光洁性,电缆截面无气孔技术问题。4、偶联剂采用的目的是:作为表面改性剂,提高无机材料在树脂中的分散性和黏合性。5、有机阻燃剂采用十溴二苯乙烷,不同于十溴二苯醚,对人体无害。
技术方案:一种高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是重量比:聚乙烯树脂32~45份、含量为18~28的乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂15~25份、无机阻燃剂22~30份、增韧剂1~10份、有机阻燃剂8~15份、偶联剂0-5%,抗氧剂0.5~1份、润滑剂0.1~1份。
本发明与背景技术相比,一是添加了乙烯辛烯共聚物,并对无机阻燃进行界面改性,克服了无机阻燃剂和有机材料的相容性问题;二是添加多种有机和无机阻燃剂,使阻燃效果最佳,使产品具备高速挤出加工性和优异的抗开裂的性能,以及优良的物理机械性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,称取聚乙烯树脂70份,乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂20份,乙烯辛烯共聚物8份,氢氧化镁30份,有机阻燃剂20份,偶联剂1份,抗氧剂1010 1份,润滑剂1份,采用双辊打样温度165℃,时间5分钟。最终制得的本发明所述的高速挤出抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料。拉伸强度17.5MPa,断裂伸长率650%,抗开裂性(150℃,1h)不开裂,氧指数OI=27。每份的重量单位为克或千克。
需要理解到的是:上述实施例虽然对本发明的设计思路作了比较详细的文字描述,但是这些文字描述,只是对本发明设计思路的简单文字描述,而不是对本发明设计思路的限制,任何不超出本发明设计思路的组合、增加或修改,均落入本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是重量比:聚乙烯树脂32~45份、含量为18-28的乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂15~25份、无机阻燃剂22~30份、增韧剂1~10份、有机阻燃剂8~15份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、润滑剂0.1~1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:聚乙烯树脂32~45份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂15~25份、无机阻燃剂22~30份、增韧剂1~10份、有机阻燃剂8~15份、偶联剂0.1~5份、抗氧剂0.5~1份、润滑剂0.1~1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述的聚乙烯树脂为高密度聚乙烯和线性低密度聚乙烯的一种或多种,其高密度聚乙烯与线性低密度聚乙烯的配比为:高密度聚乙烯14~20份,线性低密度聚乙烯20~28份。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述无机阻燃剂为氢氧化镁和三氧化二锑。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述增韧剂为乙烯辛烯共聚物。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述有机阻燃剂为十溴二苯乙烷和磷酸酯类的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述抗氧剂为多酚类抗氧剂1010和硫酯类抗氧剂DSTP。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:所述润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的高伸率抗开裂阻燃聚乙烯电缆料,其特征是:乙烯-醋酸乙烯树脂中醋酸乙烯酯含量为18%-28%的。
