While the buffer 311 is disposed upward, the efficiency of air return is improved since oxygen is lighter than ozone, which moves downward. Preferably, the light receiving gap channel 301 of the first pipe segment 310 extends from the air inlet 302 to the starting position of the second pipe segment 320 along the axial direction of the first pipe segment 310 in a spiral manner. Through the arrangement, a better gas path increasing effect can be achieved.
The air inlet part 400 comprises an air inlet driving part 410 and an air inlet unit 420, wherein the air inlet driving part 410 is used for driving the air inlet unit 420 to move on the base 100 so that the air inlet unit 420 is matched with the air inlet end; firstly, the air inlet part 400 is provided, as shown in the figure, the air inlet part 400 has a function of outputting oxygen to the ozone generating structure 300, and the air inlet part 400 needs to be matched with the ozone generating structure 300, and then passes through the air inlet unit 420, a pressing block with a corresponding shape on the air inlet unit 420 enters the air inlet end, and a sealing ring on the pressing block can just seal the air inlet 302, so that the air inlet 302 is not communicated with the buffer cavity 311. If the ozone generation efficiency is high and the ozone is stable in the environment, the generated gas passing chamber 321 has a lower pressure than the lower pressure, so that the gas can more easily enter the air return end 330, whereas if more oxygen is generated, the gas has a higher pressure than the lower pressure, and the ozone rising into the buffer chamber 311 can be collected at the air return end 330, but preferably, as shown in the figure, the gas inlet part 400 comprises a buffer unit 440, the buffer unit 440 is configured with a pressure threshold value, and when the pressure in the buffer chamber 311 exceeds the pressure threshold value, the buffer unit 440 lifts the gas inlet unit 420 to enable the gas in the buffer chamber 311 to enter the gas inlet end. And by configuring the pressure threshold value through the elastic member, when the pressure applied to the air inlet unit 420 is increased, the seal of the air inlet unit 420 is slightly lifted, the buffer cavity 311 is communicated with the gap in a short time, and then oxygen enters the gap to perform a secondary reaction.
