Furthermore, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of that feature. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
A clothes folding machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the drawings.
For convenience of description and understanding, the structure of the clothes folding machine 1 will be specifically described in the full text in the up-down, left-right, front-rear directions, i.e., the lateral direction of the clothes folding machine 1, and the front-rear direction, i.e., the longitudinal direction of the clothes folding machine 1.
As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the clothes folding machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 100, a folding platform mechanism 200, a clothes conveying mechanism 300, a clothes dragging mechanism 400, a clothes positioning mechanism 500, a hanger separating mechanism 600, a trousers lifting mechanism 700, a clothes folding mechanism 800, and a control unit.
The folding platform mechanism 200, the clothes conveying mechanism 300, the clothes dragging mechanism 400, the clothes positioning mechanism 500, the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600, the trousers lifting mechanism 700 and the clothes folding mechanism 800 are respectively installed on the frame 100. The control unit is in communication with the folding platform mechanism 200, the garment transport mechanism 300, the garment drag mechanism 400, the garment positioning mechanism 500, the hanger separation mechanism 600, the pant lifting mechanism 700, and the garment folding mechanism 800, respectively.
Specifically, after the clothes (which may be a jacket or trousers) to be folded are hung on a clothes hanger (not shown), the clothes hanger with the clothes hung thereon is hung on the clothes conveying mechanism 300, the clothes conveying mechanism 300 conveys the clothes hanger with the clothes to a predetermined position, the clothes dragging mechanism 400 receives the clothes hanger from the clothes conveying mechanism 300, and the clothes on the clothes hanger are flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200 by dragging the clothes hanger, wherein the length direction of the clothes is oriented along the longitudinal direction (front-back direction) of the clothes folding machine 1, and the width direction of the clothes is oriented along the transverse direction (left-right direction) of the clothes folding machine 1.
When the clothes are the upper outer garment, after the upper outer garment is flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200, the clothes positioning mechanism 500 presses the upper outer garment on the folding platform mechanism 200 to prevent the clothes from moving and deforming, the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600 is connected with the clothes hanger from the clothes dragging mechanism 400 and drags the clothes hanger to move, and the upper outer garment cannot move because the upper outer garment is positioned on the folding platform mechanism 200 by the clothes positioning mechanism 500 at the moment, so that the clothes hanger is separated from the upper outer garment. Thereafter, the garment folding mechanism 800 folds the jacket in cooperation with the garment positioning mechanism 500.
A trousers lifting mechanism 700 is further added on the frame, and the clothes folding machine 1 can fold the trousers; since the trousers are longer than other clothes, the portion of the trousers that needs to be folded is lifted by the trousers lifting mechanism 700 to complete the folding process. Likewise, the control unit communicates with the pant lifting mechanism 700.
When the clothes are trousers, it should be noted that the trousers need to be in a trouser leg state when being hung on the clothes hanger, can be folded along the trouser line of the trousers, and can also be folded in half by folding two trouser legs, and only the trouser legs are folded into a trouser leg state and then are hung on the clothes hanger. After the trousers are laid on the folding platform mechanism 200, the hanger separating mechanism 600 receives the trousers from the clothes dragging mechanism 400 and drags the clothes hangers to move, the trousers are positioned by the trousers lifting mechanism 700, and the trousers cannot move, so that the clothes hangers are separated from the trousers. Thereafter, the trousers are lifted by the trousers lifting mechanism 700 in cooperation with the clothes positioning mechanism 500, and then the clothes folding mechanism 800 folds the trousers in cooperation with the clothes positioning mechanism 500, after which the trousers lifting mechanism 700 drops and folds the lifted portion of the trousers again. It will be appreciated that the trousers lifting mechanism 700 may also be used to fold a longer length of the skirt, which may also optionally be folded in half. For the clothes folding machine 1 according to the invention, the half-length skirt during folding can be considered as a special "trousers", a "trousers" with only one leg.
After the clothes folding mechanism 800 completes the folding action, the folding platform mechanism 200 folds the clothes again by turning over and slides down from the folding platform mechanism 200.
The actions and the coordination of the mechanisms are controlled and executed by the control unit.
According to the clothes folding machine 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, clothes can be tiled, positioned and folded, so that automatic folding of clothes (including coats and trousers) is realized, manual clothes folding is replaced, the efficiency is high, the labor intensity is low, and the tidiness and consistency of the folded clothes can be ensured.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the clothes folding machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention may not include the trousers lifting mechanism 700, i.e., the clothes folding machine 1 folds the upper garment automatically, and the embodiment is also within the scope of the present invention.
A clothes folding machine 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 15, the clothes folding machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 100, a folding platform mechanism 200, a clothes conveying mechanism 300, a clothes dragging mechanism 400, a clothes positioning mechanism 500, a hanger separating mechanism 600, a trousers lifting mechanism 700, a clothes folding mechanism 800, a control unit, an identification unit, a detection unit, a hanger receiving unit, and a clothes receiving unit.
Specifically, the identification unit and the detection unit are in communication with the control unit, respectively. The identification unit is used for identifying whether the clothes which are flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200 by the clothes dragging mechanism 400 are coats or trousers, so that the corresponding clothes folding action can be conveniently executed subsequently. The detecting unit is used for detecting whether the clothes (jacket) flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200 by the clothes dragging mechanism 400 exceeds the folding platform mechanism 200, and when the clothes are detected to be too long, the clothes can be firstly folded once by the clothes folding mechanism 800 under the cooperation of the clothes positioning mechanism 500, so that the clothes are flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200 completely.
Further, the clothes hanger receiving unit is arranged below the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600, and after the clothes hanger is separated from the clothes laid on the folding platform mechanism 200 by the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600, the clothes hanger falls into the clothes hanger receiving unit. The clothes storage unit is arranged below the folding platform mechanism 200, and clothes sliding down from the folding platform mechanism 200 fall into the clothes storage unit.
Alternatively, the relative positions of the mechanisms on the rack 100 are generally described below, as shown in fig. 1, the folding platform mechanism 200 is disposed at the center of the rack 100, the clothes conveying mechanism 300 is disposed adjacent to the rear end of the rack 100, the hanger separating mechanism 600 and the trousers lifting mechanism 700 are disposed adjacent to the front end of the rack 100, the clothes positioning mechanism 500 and the clothes folding mechanism 800 are respectively disposed around the folding platform mechanism 200, and the clothes dragging mechanism 400 is disposed above the folding platform mechanism 200 and is reciprocally movable between the clothes conveying mechanism 300 and the hanger separating mechanism 600. Therefore, the mechanisms can complete respective actions conveniently, and interference among the mechanisms is avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1-3 and 15, the laundry conveying mechanism 300 includes an upper driving wheel 310, a lower driving wheel 320, a timing belt 330, and a conveying driving device 340.
The upper drive wheel 310 is rotatably mounted on the frame 100. The lower driving wheel 320 is rotatably installed on the frame 100 and located below the upper driving wheel 310. The synchronous belt 330 is sleeved on the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320, and the synchronous belt 330 is provided with a hook. The conveying driving device 340 is installed on the frame 100 and is in transmission connection with at least one of the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320, and the control unit is in communication with the conveying driving device 340.
The clothes hanger with clothes is hung on the hook 331 of the synchronous belt 330, the conveying driving device 340 is controlled by the control unit to operate, the conveying driving device 340 drives at least one of the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320 to rotate when operating, and because the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320 are connected by the tension of the synchronous belt 330, the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320 synchronously rotate and drive the synchronous belt 330 to move, so that the clothes hanger on the hook 331 of the synchronous belt 330 is conveyed from bottom to top and then conveyed from back to front, and the clothes dragging mechanism 400 is convenient to connect the clothes hanger and flatly spread the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200. Therefore, the clothes rack can be conveyed, the clothes rack is separated from the synchronous belt 330, and the clothes rack is combined with the clothes dragging mechanism 400, so that the clothes can be continuously conveyed.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the upper fixing base 110 and the lower fixing base 120 are mounted on the rack 100, the number of the upper fixing base 110 and the lower fixing base 120 may be determined according to practical applications, the upper driving wheel 310 is rotatably mounted on the upper fixing base 110 through an upper rotating shaft 311, and the lower driving wheel 320 is rotatably mounted on the lower fixing base 120 through a lower rotating shaft 321, so as to rotatably mount the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320 on the rack 100.
Further, in order to ensure smooth rotation of the upper driving wheel 310 and the lower driving wheel 320 and reduce wear of components, the upper rotating shaft 311 is engaged with the upper fixing base 110 through an upper bearing, and the lower rotating shaft 321 is engaged with the lower fixing base 120 through a lower bearing.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the upper driving wheels 310 are a plurality of wheels rotating synchronously, the lower driving wheels 320 are a plurality of wheels rotating synchronously, and the number of the upper driving wheels 310 is the same as the number of the lower driving wheels 320 and is paired with each other. The plurality of synchronous belts 330 are provided, and each synchronous belt 330 is respectively sleeved on one upper driving wheel 310 and one lower driving wheel 320, that is, each synchronous belt 330 is tightly sleeved on a pair of upper driving wheels 310 and lower driving wheels 320. The drawings show two examples of the upper driving wheel 310, the lower driving wheel 320 and the timing belt 330, respectively, although the present invention is not limited thereto. Therefore, a plurality of synchronous belts 330 can be used for communicating and conveying the clothes hangers with clothes, the stability of the clothes hangers and the clothes in the conveying process is ensured, the clothes are always kept in a balanced state, and the subsequent clothes dragging mechanism 400 is convenient for regularly and flatly paving the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the plurality of upper drive wheels 310 share an upper rotating shaft 311; and/or a plurality of lower driving wheels 320 share a lower rotating shaft 321. In other words, the plurality of upper driving wheels 310 share one upper rotating shaft 311, the plurality of lower driving wheels 320 share one lower rotating shaft 321, or the plurality of upper driving wheels 310 share one upper rotating shaft 311 and the plurality of lower driving wheels 320 share one lower rotating shaft 321. This can improve the synchronism of the rotation of the plurality of upper driving wheels 310 and the plurality of lower driving wheels 320, and can simplify the structure.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the conveying driving device 340 is in transmission connection with at least one of the upper rotating shaft 311 and the lower rotating shaft 321 through a conveying transmission belt 350 to transmit power, and variable transmission may be achieved. In the figure, an alternative example is shown, two lower transmission wheels 320 share one lower rotating shaft 321, two upper transmission wheels 310 respectively and independently adopt one upper rotating shaft 311, and a conveying driving device 340 is in transmission connection with the lower rotating shaft 321 through a conveying belt 350.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the hook 331 may be plural, and the plural hooks 331 are provided on the outer circumferential surface of the timing belt 330 at intervals in the circumferential direction of the timing belt 330, for example, the plural hooks 331 may be provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the timing belt 330. Therefore, the hangers can be hung on each hook 331, and after the clothes on the previous hanger are folded, the next hanger can be immediately conveyed, so that the continuous conveying and folding of the clothes are further facilitated, and the clothes folding efficiency is further improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the hook 331 includes a connecting portion 332 and a stopper portion 333.
One end of the connecting portion 332 is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the timing belt 330. The stopper 333 is connected to the other end of the connecting portion 332, and the hanger is hung on the connecting portion 332 and stopped by the stopper 333.
Wherein, when the hook 331 rotates to face the outside of the clothes folding machine 1 (i.e., to the rear) along with the belt 330, the stopper 333 extends upward from the connecting part 332. When the hook 331 rotates toward the inside of the clothes stacker 1 (i.e., toward the front) along with the belt 330, the stopper 333 extends downward from the connecting portion 332. Therefore, when the clothes rack is lifted and conveyed, the clothes rack is ensured not to be separated from the hook 331, and after the clothes rack is conveyed forwards in place, the clothes rack can be automatically separated from the hook 331, so that the clothes dragging mechanism 400 can conveniently take and take the clothes rack.
Advantageously, the hook 331 is integrally formed with the timing belt 330, thereby simplifying a manufacturing process, reducing a manufacturing cost, and improving reliability of a structure.
The operation according to the laundry conveying mechanism 300 will be described below by way of example with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Firstly, a jacket or trousers are hung on the clothes hanger, the left and right symmetrical parts of the same clothes hanger can be respectively hung on the hooks 331 which are positioned at the same height on the two synchronous belts 330, namely, a plurality of clothes hangers with clothes can be hung on the synchronous belts 330. The conveying driving device 340 drives the lower driving wheel 320 and the upper driving wheel 310 to rotate, so as to drive the synchronous belt 330 to move, the clothes rack with clothes is lifted, after the clothes are lifted to the top end of the synchronous belt 330, the clothes rack moves forward along the tangential direction of the upper driving wheel 310, at this time or after the synchronous belt 330 continues to move, the stopping part 333 extends downwards from the connecting part 332, the clothes rack can be separated from the hook 331, and therefore the clothes dragging mechanism 400 can conveniently receive the clothes rack and flatly place the clothes on the clothes rack on the folding platform mechanism 200. After the clothes on the previous clothes hanger are folded, the synchronous belt 330 continues to convey the next clothes hanger until the clothes on the synchronous belt 330 are folded in sequence, and the clothes hangers with the clothes can be hung on the hooks 331 of the synchronous belt 330 again, so that the continuous conveying of the clothes is completed in sequence and circularly.

Alternatively, the separator 621 is a separating electromagnetic device, and when the separator 621 is powered on, a separating electromagnetic force for attracting the clothes hanger is generated, and when the separator 621 is powered off, the separating electromagnetic force disappears.
Specifically, after the clothes dragging mechanism 400 lays the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200, the recognition unit detects whether the clothes is a jacket or trousers.
(1) When the recognition unit detects that the laundry is the jacket, the detection unit detects whether the length of the jacket exceeds the folding platform mechanism 200.

(2) When the recognition unit detects that the clothes are trousers, the receiver 421 is powered off to release the clothes rack, the separator 621 is powered on to suck the clothes rack, then the separation support 620 moves forward under the driving of the separation driving device 630 and drives the clothes rack and the trousers thereon, the waist of the trousers is positioned on the trousers lifting mechanism 700 in the forward moving process of the trousers, after the separation support 620 continues to move forward, the clothes rack is separated from the trousers, and after the clothes rack is separated from the trousers, the separator 621 is powered off, and the clothes rack falls into the clothes rack storage unit.
The hanger and the jacket can thus be separated in the fitting direction of the left and right lateral positioning swing arms using the separating bracket 620, and the hanger and the trousers can be separated in the fitting direction of the trousers lifting mechanism for the subsequent folding of the clothes.

A rear separation transmission wheel 642 is rotatably installed at the rear end of the separation rail 610. The separation driving means 630 is drivingly connected to at least one of the front separation drive wheel 641 and the rear separation drive wheel 642. For example, the separation driving device 630 is installed at the rear end of the separation rail 610 and stands downward, and the separation driving device 630 is in transmission connection with the rear separation transmission wheel 642. A separation transmission belt 643 is sleeved on the front separation transmission wheel 641 and the rear separation transmission wheel 642 and connected with the separation fixing seat 622. The separation driving device 630 drives the front separation driving wheel 641 and the rear separation driving wheel 642 to synchronously rotate during operation, so as to drive the separation driving belt 643 to move, and thus the separation fixing seat 622 and the separation bracket 620 are driven to reciprocate along the separation track 610 through the separation driving belt 643.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, a first separating clip 625 and a second separating clip 626 are disposed on the separating fixing seat 622, and a separating belt 643 is clamped between the first separating clip 625 and the second separating clip 626 to drivingly connect the separating fixing seat 622 to the separating belt 643, so that the separating belt 643 drives the separating fixing seat 622 to move.
In still other specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the separation rails 610 are two and spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, the separation holders 622 are respectively provided at both ends of the separation bracket 620, the two separation holders 622 are respectively engaged with the two separation rails 610 through three separation pulleys 623, and the separation driving devices 630 are two and respectively drive both ends of the separation bracket 620 to synchronously move in the front-rear direction through the separation transmission assembly. Therefore, the stability and reliability of the separation bracket 620 are ensured, and the separation bracket 620 has enough power to drag the clothes hanger, so that the clothes hanger is separated from the clothes.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 9 and 10, the pant lifting mechanism 700 includes a horizontal rail 710, a cross-frame 720, a horizontal drive 730, a vertical rail 740, a pant clamp assembly 750, and a vertical drive 770.
The horizontal rail 710 is installed on the frame 100 and extends in the front-rear direction. The traverse frame 720 is engaged with the horizontal rail 710 and is reciprocally movable in the front-rear direction along the horizontal rail 710. A horizontal driving device 730 is installed on the horizontal rail 710, and the horizontal driving device 730 is in communication with the control unit and is in transmission connection with the traversing frame 720.
The vertical rails 740 are installed on the traverse frame 720 and extend in the up-down direction. The pants clamping assembly 750 is engaged with the vertical rails 740 and reciprocally moves in the up-down direction along the vertical rails 740 for clamping the pants laid on the folding platform mechanism 200. A vertical drive 770 is mounted on the cross-frame 720, the vertical drive 770 communicating with the control unit and drivingly connected to the pant clamp assembly 750.
Specifically, after the trouser clamp assembly 750 clamps the waist of trousers with the hanger separating mechanism 600 engaged and the hanger is disengaged from the trousers, the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 is actuated to position the front portion of the left side of the trousers and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 is actuated to position the front portion of the right side of the trousers, it being understood that the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 serve only a positioning and guiding function and do not compress the trousers. The vertical driving device 770 then drives the trouser clamp assembly 750 to ascend along the vertical rail 740 and drive the trousers to ascend, for example, by 1/4 of the total length of the trousers, and under the positioning guide of the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522, the trousers still keep flat on the folding platform mechanism 200 during the ascending process, and the length of the part of the trousers beyond the folding platform mechanism 200 is shortened.
Then, the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 acts to press the rear part of the left side of the trousers, the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 acts to press the rear part of the right side of the trousers, the clothes folding mechanism 800 folds the part of the trousers beyond the folding platform mechanism 200 forwards under the cooperation of the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512, one-time folding is completed, and the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 return. The left positioning rocker 531 acts to press the middle of the left side of the trousers, the right positioning rocker 532 acts to press the middle of the right side of the trousers, the clothes folding mechanism 800 folds the trousers forward by matching the left positioning rocker 531 with the right positioning rocker 532 in the left clothes to complete secondary folding, and the left positioning rocker 531 and the right positioning rocker 532 return.
Here, it is understood that the left and right bottom vertical positioning swing arms 511 and 512 may not be operated during one folding of the trousers, but directly folded by the clothes folding mechanism 800.
Then, the horizontal driving device 730 drives the horizontal moving frame 720 to move backwards along the horizontal rail 710, the horizontal moving frame 720 drives the trouser clamp assembly 750 to move backwards, in the process of backwards moving the trouser clamp assembly 750, the vertical driving device 770 simultaneously drives the trouser clamp assembly 750 to move downwards, so that the movement of the trouser clamp assembly 750 forms a parabola as shown by a dotted arrow in fig. 9, the lifted part of the trousers is thrown to the folding platform mechanism 200, the trouser waist of the trousers is released by the trouser clamp assembly 750, three times of folding are completed under the matching of the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522, the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 are returned, and the three times of folding of the trousers are completed and the trousers are folded into four layers.
From this, can accomplish the clamp of trousers, promote and fold, and solved trousers length and lead to the problem of folding platform mechanism 200 overlength, promote trousers promptly through trousers hoist mechanism 700, shortened the length of folding machine 1 in the front and back direction, and then reduced folding machine 1's area.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, a cross frame fixing seat 721 is disposed on the cross frame 720, a rotatable horizontal pulley 722 is disposed on the cross frame fixing seat 721, the cross frame fixing seat 721 is in transmission connection with the horizontal driving device 730, and the horizontal pulley 722 is engaged on the horizontal rail 710. The horizontal driving device 730 drives the horizontal moving frame 720 to reciprocate along the horizontal rail 710 by driving the horizontal frame fixing seat 721 under the matching of the horizontal pulley 722 and the horizontal rail 710, and the movement of the horizontal moving frame 720 is smooth, and the friction loss between the matching parts is small.
Further, as shown in fig. 9, the horizontal rail 710 is provided with a horizontal guide groove 711 extending along the length direction of the horizontal rail 710, the horizontal pulley 722 is fitted in the horizontal guide groove 711, and the horizontal guide groove 711 limits the horizontal pulley 722 in the left-right direction, so that the horizontal pulley 722 is prevented from being separated from the horizontal rail 710 during rolling, and reliability is improved.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 9, a horizontal limiting groove 723 extending along the circumferential direction of the horizontal pulley 722 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the horizontal pulley 722, a horizontal limiting edge extending along the length direction of the horizontal guide groove 711 is provided in the horizontal guide groove 711, and the horizontal limiting edge fits in the horizontal limiting groove 723, so that the position of the horizontal pulley 722 on the horizontal rail 710 can be further limited in the left-right direction, and the reliability of the fit between the horizontal pulley 722 and the horizontal rail 710 can be further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9, in order to improve the stability of the cross frame 720 in the up-down direction, avoid the up-down movement of the cross frame 720 and ensure the balance of the cross frame 720, the horizontal pulleys 722 are plural, and the horizontal rails 710 are fitted between the horizontal pulleys 722, i.e., the horizontal pulleys 722 are distributed above and below the horizontal rails 710 and are in interference fit.
For example, in order to form a triangular structure with better stability, the number of the horizontal pulleys 722 is three, the central axes of the three horizontal pulleys 722 are located at three vertexes of the same triangle, and the drawing shows an example in which two horizontal pulleys 722 are located above the horizontal rail 710 and one horizontal pulley 722 is located below the horizontal rail 710, but the invention is not limited thereto, and two horizontal pulleys 722 may be located below the horizontal rail 710 and one horizontal pulley 722 may be located above the horizontal rail 710.

A front horizontal transmission wheel 781 is rotatably installed at the front end of the horizontal rail 710. A rear horizontal transmission wheel 782 is rotatably installed at the rear end of the horizontal rail 710. The horizontal driving device 730 is in transmission connection with at least one of the front horizontal transmission wheel 781 and the rear horizontal transmission wheel 782. For example, the horizontal driving device 730 is installed at the front end of the horizontal rail 710 and stands upward, and the horizontal driving device 730 is in transmission connection with the front horizontal transmission wheel 781. The horizontal transmission belt 783 is sleeved on the front horizontal transmission wheel 781 and the rear horizontal transmission wheel 782 and is connected with the cross frame fixing seat 721. When the horizontal driving device 730 operates, the front horizontal driving wheel 781 and the rear horizontal driving wheel 782 are driven to synchronously rotate, so that the horizontal driving belt 783 is driven to move, and the horizontal frame fixing seat 721 and the horizontal frame 720 are driven to reciprocate along the horizontal rail 710 through the horizontal driving belt 783.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, a first horizontal clamping piece 724 and a second horizontal clamping piece 725 are disposed on the cross frame fixing seat 721, and a horizontal transmission belt 783 is clamped between the first horizontal clamping piece 724 and the second horizontal clamping piece 725, so as to drivingly connect the cross frame fixing seat 721 to the horizontal transmission belt 783, so that the horizontal transmission belt 783 drives the cross frame fixing seat 721 to move.
In some specific examples of the present invention, the horizontal rails 710 are two and spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, the trouser clamping assembly 750 is located between the two horizontal rails 710 in the left-right direction, the two ends of the transverse moving frame 720 are respectively provided with the transverse frame fixing seats 721, the two transverse frame fixing seats 721 are respectively engaged with the two horizontal rails 710 through the three horizontal pulleys 722, and the horizontal driving devices 730 are two and respectively drive the two ends of the transverse moving frame 720 to synchronously move in the front-rear direction through the horizontal transmission assembly. Thus, the stability and reliability of the cross sliding frame 720 are ensured, so that the cross sliding frame 720 has enough power to drag the trouser clamp assembly 750 with the trousers, and the throwing and folding of the trousers lifting part are completed.
In still other specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the pants clamp assembly 750 includes a pants clamp beam 751 and a pants clamp 752.
The trouser clamp beam 751 is matched with the vertical rail 740 and can reciprocate along the vertical rail 740 in the up-down direction, and the vertical driving device 770 is in transmission connection with the trouser clamp beam 751. The pants clamp 752 is mounted on the pants clamp beam 751 for clamping pants laid flat on the folding platform mechanism 200. Therefore, the trousers can be clamped and released, so that the trousers can be lifted and thrown and folded conveniently, and the length of the clothes folding machine in the front-back direction can be reduced.
Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a trouser clip fixing seat 753 is provided on the trouser clip beam 751, and the trouser clip 752 is mounted on the trouser clip fixing seat 753, so as to facilitate the installation and position setting of the trouser clip 752, and further facilitate the clamping of the waist of trousers.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 10, the pants clip 752 includes a base frame 754, an upper jaw 755, a lower jaw 756, and a jaw drive 757.
The base frame 754 is mounted on the pants-clip beam 751 by a pants-clip fixing seat 753. Upper jaw 755 and lower jaw 756 are rotatably mounted to base frame 754, respectively. A jaw drive 757 is mounted on the base frame 754 and drives the upper jaw 755 and the lower jaw 756 open and closed. When jaw drive 757 drives upper jaw 755 and lower jaw 756 open, the waist of the pants can be moved into and out of between upper jaw 755 and lower jaw 756. When the clamping jaw driving device 757 drives the upper clamping jaw 755 and the lower clamping jaw 756 to be closed, the upper clamping jaw 755 and the lower clamping jaw 756 clamp the waist of the trousers together, and the clamping of the trousers is completed.
Further, as shown in fig. 10, the upper clamping jaw 755 is provided with an upper clamping tooth 758, the lower clamping jaw 756 is provided with a lower clamping tooth 759, the upper clamping tooth 758 and the lower clamping tooth 759 are engaged when the upper clamping jaw 755 and the lower clamping jaw 756 are closed, so that the clamping force on the trousers is increased, and the trousers are prevented from being separated from the trousers clamp 752 in the lifting and throwing processes.
Alternatively, in order to secure a holding force for trousers and to secure flatness of trousers at the time of lifting and throwing, the trousers clips 752 are plural and provided on the trousers clip beam 751 at intervals in the left-right direction. For example, two trousers clips 752 are respectively installed below the trousers clip beam 751 through the trousers clip fixing seats 753, and the two trousers clips 752 are spaced in the left-right direction for respectively clamping the left and right ends of the waist of trousers.
In still other embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a cross beam fixing seat 761 is provided on the trouser clamp cross beam 751 and a rotatable vertical pulley 762 is provided on the cross beam fixing seat 761, and the vertical pulley 762 is engaged with the vertical rail 740, so that the up-and-down movement of the trouser clamp cross beam 751 is smooth and the frictional loss between the engaging parts is small.

Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, a vertical limiting groove 763 extending in the circumferential direction of the vertical pulley 762 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the vertical pulley 762, and a vertical limiting edge extending in the length direction of the vertical guide groove 741 is provided in the vertical guide groove 741, and the vertical limiting edge is engaged with the vertical guide groove 741, so that the position of the vertical pulley 762 on the vertical rail 740 can be further limited in the left-right direction, and the reliability of engagement between the vertical pulley 762 and the vertical rail 740 can be further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, in order to improve the stability of the trouser clamp beam 751 in the front-back direction, avoid the rocking of the trouser clamp beam 751 back and forth and ensure the balance of the trouser clamp beam 751, a plurality of vertical pulleys 762 are provided, and the vertical rail 740 is fitted between the plurality of vertical pulleys 762, that is, the plurality of vertical pulleys 762 are distributed in front of and behind the vertical rail 740 and are in interference fit.
For example, in order to form a triangular structure with better stability, there are three vertical pulleys 762, and the central axes of the three vertical pulleys 762 are located at three vertexes of the same triangle. The drawings show an example in which two vertical pulleys 762 are located in front of the vertical rail 740 and one vertical pulley 762 is located behind the vertical rail 740, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and two vertical pulleys 762 may be located behind the vertical rail 740 and one vertical pulley 762 may be located in front of the vertical rail 740.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 9, the vertical drive 770 is drivingly connected to the trouser clamp beam 751 through a vertical drive assembly, and the cross-frame 720 includes an upper cross-frame 726 and a lower cross-frame 727.
The upper cross frame 726 is fitted to the horizontal rail 710 and is reciprocatingly movable in the front-rear direction along the horizontal rail 710, and the cross frame fixing base 721 is mounted on the upper cross frame 726. Lower cross brace 727 is located below upper cross brace 726.
The upper end of the vertical rail 740 is connected with the upper cross frame 726, the lower end of the vertical rail is connected with the upper cross frame 726, the horizontal driving device 730 is in transmission connection with the upper cross frame 726, and the vertical transmission assemblies are mounted on the upper cross frame 726 and the lower cross frame 727 and are in transmission connection with the vertical driving device 770 and the trouser clamp beam 751 respectively.
Thus, the entire cross frame 720 and the trouser clamp assembly 750 are driven by the upper cross frame 726 to move in the front-rear direction, and the vertical transmission assembly and the vertical rail 740 are installed and positioned by the upper cross frame 726 and the lower cross frame 727, so that the trouser clamp assembly 750 is driven to move in the up-down direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the vertical transmission assembly includes an upper vertical transmission wheel 791, a lower vertical transmission wheel, and a vertical transmission belt 793.
An upper vertical driving wheel 791 is rotatably installed on the upper cross frame 726 and is located at the middle of the upper cross frame 726 in the left-right direction. The lower vertical transmission wheel is rotatably installed on the lower cross frame 727 and is positioned in the middle of the lower cross frame 727 in the left-right direction. The vertical driving device 770 is in transmission connection with at least one of the upper vertical transmission wheel 791 and the lower vertical transmission wheel. For example, a vertical drive 770 is mounted on the upper cross frame 726 and is drivingly connected to the upper vertical drive wheel 791. Vertical drive belt 793 is established at last vertical drive wheel 791 with on the vertical drive wheel down and link to each other with trousers clamp crossbeam 751. Vertical drive arrangement 770 operation drive go up vertical drive wheel 791 and vertical drive wheel synchronous revolution down, and then drive vertical drive belt 793 motion to drive trousers through vertical drive belt 793 and press from both sides crossbeam 751, in order to drive whole trousers and press from both sides subassembly 750 along vertical track 740 reciprocating motion.

Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, a lifting fixing seat is arranged on the trouser clamp beam 751, a first lifting clamping piece 765 and a second lifting clamping piece 766 are arranged on the lifting fixing seat, and the vertical transmission belt 793 is clamped between the first lifting clamping piece 765 and the second lifting clamping piece 766, so that the lifting fixing seat and the trouser clamp beam 751 are in transmission connection with the vertical transmission belt 793, and the vertical transmission belt 793 drives the trouser clamp beam 751 to move conveniently.
In still other specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, two vertical rails 740 are provided at intervals in the left-right direction, two ends of the trouser clamp beam 751 are respectively provided with a beam fixing seat 761, the two beam fixing seats 761 are respectively fitted on the two vertical rails 740 through three vertical pulleys 762, and a vertical driving device 770 is one and drives the middle part of the trouser clamp beam 751 in the left-right direction to move up and down through a vertical transmission assembly. Thus, the stability and reliability of the pants clamp assembly 750 are ensured, the pants clamp assembly 750 has enough power to drag the pants and complete lifting, throwing and folding of the pants.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 11 and 12, the garment folding mechanism includes a longitudinal garment folding assembly 810 and a transverse garment folding assembly 830.
A longitudinal clothes folding assembly 810 is mounted on the frame 100 for folding the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200 in the front-rear direction. The transverse clothes folding assembly 830 is mounted on the frame 100 for folding the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200 in the left-right direction.
Thus, the longitudinal clothes folding assembly 810 folds the clothes in the longitudinal direction (the length direction) in cooperation with the clothes positioning mechanism 500, and the transverse clothes folding assembly 830 folds the clothes in the transverse direction (the width direction) in cooperation with the clothes positioning mechanism 500, so that the folding of the coats and trousers with different lengths is realized. The longitudinal clothes folding rod driving device 815 is installed on the longitudinal fixing seat 812, and the longitudinal clothes folding rod driving device 815 is in transmission connection with the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 and is communicated with the control unit.
When the longitudinal fixing seat driving device 813 operates, the longitudinal fixing seat 812 is driven to reciprocate in the front-back direction, so as to drive the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 to move back and forth. The longitudinal clothes folding bar 814 can be displaced in the up-down direction by the driving of the longitudinal clothes folding bar driving device 815, so that the relative position of the longitudinal clothes folding bar 814 and the clothes in the up-down direction can be adjusted, for example, the longitudinal clothes folding bar 814 can be adjusted to be under the clothes and can be folded forward when moving forward, and the longitudinal clothes folding bar 814 can be adjusted to be over the clothes and can be returned without moving the clothes when moving backward. Thereby, folding of the clothes (jacket and pants) in the longitudinal direction (clothes length direction) is achieved.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, a longitudinal clothes folding limiting groove 818 extending along the circumferential direction of the longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816 is formed on the longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816, a longitudinal limiting rib extending along the length direction of the longitudinal clothes folding guide groove 817 is formed in the longitudinal clothes folding guide groove 817, and the longitudinal clothes folding limiting rib is matched in the longitudinal clothes folding limiting groove 818, so that the position of the longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816 on the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 can be further limited in the left-right direction, and the reliability of matching the longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816 and the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 is further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11, in order to improve the stability of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 in the up-down direction, avoid the up-down movement of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 and ensure the balance of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814, a plurality of longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 are provided, and the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 is fitted between the plurality of longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816, that is, the plurality of longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 are distributed above and below the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 and are in interference fit.
For example, in order to form a triangular structure with better stability, the number of the longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 is three, the central axes of the three longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 are located at three vertices of the same triangle, and the drawing shows an example in which two longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 are located below the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 and one longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816 is located above the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811, but the invention is not limited thereto, and two longitudinal clothes folding pulleys 816 may be located above the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 and one longitudinal clothes folding pulley 816 is located below the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811.

A front longitudinal clothes-folding driving wheel 821 is arranged at the front end of the longitudinal clothes-folding rail 811. A rear longitudinal clothes folding transmission wheel 822 is arranged at the rear end of the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811. The longitudinal fixing seat driving device 813 is in transmission connection with at least one of the front longitudinal clothes-folding driving wheel 821 and the rear longitudinal clothes-folding driving wheel 822. For example, the longitudinal fixing seat driving device 813 is installed at the front end of the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 and stands upward, and the longitudinal fixing seat driving device 813 is in transmission connection with the front longitudinal clothes folding driving wheel 821. The longitudinal clothes-folding transmission belt 823 is sleeved on the front longitudinal clothes-folding transmission wheel 821 and the rear longitudinal clothes-folding transmission wheel 822 and is connected with the longitudinal fixing seat 812. When the longitudinal fixing seat driving device 813 runs, the front longitudinal clothes folding driving wheel 821 and the rear longitudinal clothes folding driving wheel 822 are driven to synchronously rotate, and then the longitudinal clothes folding driving belt 823 is driven to move, so that the longitudinal fixing seat 812 and the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 are driven to reciprocate along the longitudinal clothes folding rail 811 through the longitudinal clothes folding driving belt 823.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, a first longitudinal clamping piece 824 and a second longitudinal clamping piece 825 are disposed on the longitudinal fixing base 812, and a longitudinal clothes folding belt 823 is clamped between the first longitudinal clamping piece 824 and the second longitudinal clamping piece 825 to connect the longitudinal fixing base 812 to the longitudinal clothes folding belt 823 in a transmission manner, so that the longitudinal clothes folding belt 823 drives the longitudinal fixing base 812 to move.
In a further example of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the longitudinal fixed seat 812 is provided with a rotatable longitudinal clothes folding rocker arm 826, the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 is connected to a free end of the longitudinal clothes folding rocker arm 826, and the longitudinal clothes folding rocker arm 826 is driven by the longitudinal clothes folding rod driving device 815 to rotate so as to drive the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 to displace in the up-down direction, thereby facilitating adjustment of the angle of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 relative to the clothes and the relative position of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 in the up-down direction.
In some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 11, the longitudinal coating rails 811 are two and spaced apart in the left-right direction, and the longitudinal fixing bases 812 are two and are respectively fitted to the two longitudinal coating rails 811 by three longitudinal coating pulleys 816. The two longitudinal fixing seat driving devices 813 are respectively used for driving the two longitudinal fixing seats 812 to synchronously move through the longitudinal clothes folding transmission assembly, two ends of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 are respectively installed on the two longitudinal fixing seats 812 through the longitudinal clothes folding rocker arm 826, the two longitudinal clothes folding rod driving devices 815 are respectively installed on the two longitudinal fixing seats 812, and the two longitudinal clothes folding rod driving devices 815 are respectively used for driving two ends of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 to synchronously move through the two longitudinal clothes folding rocker arms 826. In this way, the stability and reliability of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 are ensured, so that the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 has enough power to fold the clothes.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the transverse clothes folding assembly 830 includes a transverse clothes folding rail 831, a left transverse fixing seat 832, a left transverse clothes folding rod 833, a left transverse clothes folding rod driving device 834, a left transverse fixing seat driving device 836, a right transverse fixing seat 842, a right transverse clothes folding rod 843, a right transverse clothes folding rod driving device 844 and a right transverse fixing seat driving device 846.
The transverse clothes rail 831 is installed on the frame 100 and extends in the left-right direction.
The left lateral fixing base 832 is engaged with the lateral clothes folding rail 831 and is reciprocally movable in the left and right direction along the lateral clothes folding rail 831. The left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 is installed on the transverse clothes folding rail 831, and the left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 is in transmission connection with the left transverse fixing seat 832 and is in communication with the control unit. The left transverse clothes folding rod 833 is installed on the left transverse fixing seat 832, and the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 extends along the front-back direction and can generate displacement in the up-down direction. The left transverse clothes folding rod driving device 834 is installed on the left transverse fixing seat 832, and the left transverse clothes folding rod driving device 834 is in transmission connection with the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and is in communication with the control unit.
The right transversal fixing seat 842 is matched with the transversal clothes folding rail 831 and can reciprocate in the left-right direction along the transversal clothes folding rail 831, and the right transversal fixing seat 842 is positioned at the right side of the left transversal fixing seat 832. The right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 is installed on the transverse clothes folding rail 831, and the right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 is in transmission connection with the right transverse fixing seat 842 and is in communication with the control unit. The right horizontal clothes folding rod 843 is mounted on the right horizontal fixing seat 842, and the right horizontal clothes folding rod 843 extends in the front-back direction and can displace in the up-down direction. A right transverse clothes folding rod driving device 844 is installed on the right transverse fixing seat 842, and the right transverse clothes folding rod driving device 844 is in transmission connection with the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 and is communicated with the control unit.
The left transverse fixing base driving device 836 drives the left transverse fixing base 832 to reciprocate in the left-right direction when in operation, so as to drive the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 to move left and right. The left lateral clothes folding bar 833 is driven by the left lateral clothes folding bar driving device 834 to be capable of being displaced in the vertical direction, so that the relative position of the left lateral clothes folding bar 833 and the upper garment in the vertical direction can be adjusted, for example, the left lateral clothes folding bar 833 can be adjusted to the left side and the left sleeves of the upper garment when the left lateral clothes folding bar 833 is adjusted to the lower side of the upper garment and moved to the right side, and the left lateral clothes folding bar 833 can be adjusted to the upper side of the upper garment and moved to the left side without moving the clothes. Thus, the upper garment can be folded from left to right in the lateral direction (the width direction).
When the right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 operates, the right transverse fixing seat 842 is driven to reciprocate in the left-right direction so as to drive the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 to move left and right. The right lateral clothes folding lever 843 is driven by the right lateral clothes folding lever driving device 844 to be displaced in the up-down direction, and thereby the relative position of the right lateral clothes folding lever 843 and the upper garment in the up-down direction can be adjusted, for example, the right lateral clothes folding lever 843 is adjusted to be below the upper garment and can fold the right side and the right sleeves of the upper garment leftward when moving leftward, and the right lateral clothes folding lever 843 is adjusted to be above the upper garment and can return without moving the clothes rightward when moving rightward. Thus, the upper garment can be folded from right to left in the lateral direction (the width direction).
Optionally, as shown in fig. 12, a rotatable left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 is disposed on the left transverse fixing seat 832, and the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 is engaged with the transverse clothes folding rail 831. The right transverse fixing seat 842 is provided with a rotatable right transverse clothes folding pulley 845, and the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 is matched on the transverse clothes folding rail 831. Through the matching of the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and the matching of the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 and the transverse clothes folding rail 831, the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 can move smoothly, and the friction loss between matching parts is small.
Further, as shown in fig. 12, the transverse clothes folding rail 831 is provided with a transverse clothes folding guide groove 8311 extending in the length direction of the transverse clothes folding rail 831, and the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 are respectively fitted in the transverse clothes folding guide groove 8311. The left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 are limited in the front-rear direction by the transverse clothes folding guide groove 8311, so that the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 are prevented from being separated from the transverse clothes folding rail 831 in the rolling process, and the reliability is improved.
Furthermore, a left transverse clothes folding limiting groove extending along the circumferential direction of the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 is formed in the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835, a right transverse clothes folding limiting groove extending along the circumferential direction of the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 is formed in the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845, a transverse limiting edge extending along the length direction of the transverse clothes folding guide groove is arranged in the transverse clothes folding guide groove, and the transverse clothes folding limiting edge is matched with the left transverse clothes folding limiting groove and the right transverse clothes folding limiting groove. Thus, the positions of the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 on the transverse clothes folding rail 831 can be further limited in the front-rear direction, so that the matching reliability of the left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 and the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and the matching reliability of the right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 and the transverse clothes folding rail 831 are further improved.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 12, in order to improve the stability of the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 in the up-down direction, avoid the up-down transmission of the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843, and ensure the balance between the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843, a plurality of left transverse clothes folding pulleys 835 are provided, and the transverse clothes folding rail 831 is fitted between the plurality of left transverse clothes folding pulleys 835, that is, the plurality of left transverse clothes folding pulleys 835 are distributed above and below the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and are in interference fit. The horizontal clothing pulley 845 that folds of right side is a plurality of, and horizontal clothing rail 831 cooperation is between a plurality of horizontal clothing pulley 845 that fold of right side, and a plurality of horizontal clothing pulley 845 that fold of right side distribute in the top and below of horizontal clothing rail 831 and interference fit promptly.
For example, to form a triangular structure with better stability, the number of the left lateral clothes-overlapping pulleys 835 is three, and the central axes of the three left lateral clothes-overlapping pulleys 835 are located at three vertexes of the same triangle. The number of the right transverse clothes folding pulleys 845 is three, and the central axes of the three right transverse clothes folding pulleys 845 are positioned at three vertexes of the same triangle. One example is shown in the drawing, one left lateral clothes folding pulley 835 is located above the lateral clothes folding rail 831 and two left lateral clothes folding pulleys 835 are located below the lateral clothes folding rail 831, two right lateral clothes folding pulleys 845 are located above the lateral clothes folding rail 831 and one right lateral clothes folding pulley 845 is located below the lateral clothes folding rail 831. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and it is also possible that one left transverse clothes folding pulley 835 is located below the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and two left transverse clothes folding pulleys 835 are located above the transverse clothes folding rail 831, two right transverse clothes folding pulleys 845 are located below the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and one right transverse clothes folding pulley 845 is located above the transverse clothes folding rail 831.
In a further embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, the left transverse holder driving device 836 is in driving connection with the left transverse holder 832 via a left transverse holder driving assembly, which includes a first left transverse clothes-folding driving wheel 851, a second left transverse clothes-folding driving wheel 852 and a left transverse clothes-folding driving belt 853.
A first left transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 851 is mounted at the left end of the transverse clothes folding rail 831. A second left transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 852 is mounted at the right end of the transverse clothes folding rail 831. The left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 is in transmission connection with at least one of the first left transverse overlapping transmission wheel 851 and the second left transverse overlapping transmission wheel 852. For example, the left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 is installed at the left end of the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and stands upward, and the left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 is in transmission connection with the first left transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 851. The left transverse clothes folding transmission belt 853 is sleeved on the first left transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 851 and the second left transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 852 and connected with the right transverse fixing seat 842. When the left transverse fixing seat driving device 836 operates, the first left transverse clothes folding driving wheel 851 and the second left transverse clothes folding driving wheel 852 are driven to synchronously rotate, so that the left transverse clothes folding driving belt 853 is driven to move, and the left transverse fixing seat 832 and the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 are driven to reciprocate along the transverse clothes folding rail 831 through the left transverse clothes folding driving belt 853.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 11, a first left transverse clamping piece and a second left transverse clamping piece are disposed on the left transverse fixing base 832, and the left transverse clothes folding belt 853 is clamped between the first left transverse clamping piece and the second left transverse clamping piece to connect the left transverse fixing base 832 to the left transverse clothes folding belt 853 in a transmission manner, so that the left transverse clothes folding belt 853 drives the left transverse fixing base 832 to move.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in fig. 12, the right transverse holder driving device 846 is drivingly connected to the right transverse holder 842 via a right transverse clothes-folding transmission assembly, which includes a first right transverse clothes-folding transmission wheel 861, a second right transverse clothes-folding transmission wheel 862 and a right transverse clothes-folding transmission belt 863.
A first right transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 861 is mounted at the left end of the transverse clothes folding rail 831. A second right transverse clothes-folding driving wheel 862 is installed at the right end of the transverse clothes-folding rail 831. The right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 is in transmission connection with at least one of a first right transverse clothes-folding driving wheel 861 and a second right transverse clothes-folding driving wheel 862. For example, the right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 is installed at the right end of the transverse clothes folding rail 831 and stands upward, and the right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 is in transmission connection with the second right transverse clothes folding driving wheel 862. A right transverse clothes-folding transmission belt 863 is sleeved on the first right transverse clothes-folding transmission wheel 861 and the second right transverse clothes-folding transmission wheel 862 and is connected with the right transverse fixing seat 842. When the right transverse fixing seat driving device 846 operates, the first right transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 861 and the second right transverse clothes folding transmission wheel 862 are driven to synchronously rotate so as to drive the right transverse clothes folding transmission belt 863 to move, and therefore the right transverse fixing seat 842 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 are driven to reciprocate along the transverse clothes folding rail 831 through the right transverse clothes folding transmission belt 863.
The first left transverse clothes folding driving wheel 851 and the first right transverse clothes folding driving wheel 861 can be arranged at intervals up and down, the second left transverse clothes folding driving wheel 852 and the second right transverse clothes folding driving wheel 862 can be arranged at intervals up and down, and the left transverse clothes folding driving belt 853 and the right transverse clothes folding driving belt 863 can be arranged at intervals up and down. The interference of the left transverse clothes folding transmission assembly and the right transverse clothes folding transmission assembly is avoided.
Optionally, the right transverse fixing seat 842 is provided with a first right transverse clamping piece and a second right transverse clamping piece, and the right transverse clothes-folding transmission belt 863 is clamped between the first right transverse clamping piece and the second right transverse clamping piece so as to connect the right transverse fixing seat 842 in a transmission manner with the right transverse clothes-folding transmission belt 863, so that the right transverse clothes-folding transmission belt 863 can drive the right transverse fixing seat 842 to move.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, a rotatable left transversal clothes folding rocker arm 838 is disposed on the left transversal fixing seat 832, the left transversal clothes folding lever 833 is connected to a free end of the left transversal clothes folding rocker arm 838, and the left transversal clothes folding rocker arm 838 is rotated by the driving of the left transversal clothes folding lever driving device 834 to drive the left transversal clothes folding lever 833 to displace in the up-down direction, so as to facilitate adjusting the angle of the left transversal clothes folding lever 833 relative to the clothes and the relative position of the left transversal clothes folding lever 833 to the upper garment in the up-down direction.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 12, the right transverse fixing seat 842 is provided with a rotatable right transverse clothes folding rocker arm 848, the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 is connected to the free end of the right transverse clothes folding rocker arm 848, and the right transverse clothes folding rocker arm 848 is driven by the right transverse clothes folding rod driving device 844 to rotate so as to drive the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 to displace in the up-down direction, so that the angle of the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 relative to the clothes and the relative position of the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 to the upper garment in the up-down direction can be adjusted conveniently.
The clothes folding process of the clothes folding mechanism 800 is described below by way of example.
As shown in fig. 5, 11 and 12, after the clothes dragging mechanism 400 lays the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200, the recognition unit detects whether the clothes is a jacket or trousers.
(1) When the recognition unit detects that the laundry is the jacket, the detection unit detects whether the length of the jacket exceeds the folding platform mechanism 200.
If the coat length of the upper garment does not exceed the folding platform mechanism 200, the front left lateral positioning rocker arm 541 moves and presses the front part of the left side of the upper garment, the rear left lateral positioning rocker arm 542 moves and presses the rear part of the left side of the upper garment, the front right lateral positioning rocker arm 551 moves and presses the front part of the right side of the upper garment, the rear right lateral positioning rocker arm 552 moves and presses the rear part of the right side of the upper garment, and the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600 separates the clothes hanger from the upper garment. The left transverse clothes folding rod 833 moves from left to right and folds the left side and the left sleeves of the upper garment, the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 returns after folding, the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 moves from right to left and folds the right side and the right sleeves of the upper garment, and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 returns after folding. The front garment left lateral positioning rocker arm 541, the rear garment left lateral positioning rocker arm 542, the front garment right lateral positioning rocker arm 551 and the rear garment right lateral positioning rocker arm 552 are returned. The left middle positioning rocker arm 531 and the right middle positioning rocker arm 532 act to press the middle of the coat, the longitudinal coat folding rod 814 moves forwards and folds the coat, and then the longitudinal coat folding rod 814, the left middle positioning rocker arm 531 and the right middle positioning rocker arm 532 return.
It can be understood that the sequence of the movement of the left transverse clothes folding rod 833 and the right transverse clothes folding rod 843 is not fixed, and the left side or the right side can be folded first; also, the whole movement of the two clothes folding rods can be staggered, for example, when one transverse clothes folding rod is returned, the other transverse clothes folding rod can start to move to fold the clothes, and therefore the operation time of the clothes folding machine is more reasonably arranged. Of course, in order to reduce the interference in the folding process of the clothes, the transverse clothes folding rod needs to complete the return between the movements of the longitudinal clothes folding rod.
Secondly, if the length of the upper garment exceeds the folding platform mechanism 200, the left garment bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 acts and presses the left side of the rear part of the upper garment, the right garment bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 acts and presses the right side of the rear part of the upper garment, and the longitudinal garment folding rod 814 acts and folds the part of the upper garment exceeding the folding platform mechanism 200, so that the upper garment is completely and flatly laid on the folding platform mechanism 200. Then, the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 return, the front left lateral positioning rocker arm 541 moves and presses the front part of the left side of the upper garment, the rear left lateral positioning rocker arm 542 moves and presses the rear part of the left side of the upper garment, the front right lateral positioning rocker arm 551 moves and presses the front part of the right side of the upper garment, the rear right lateral positioning rocker arm 552 moves and presses the rear part of the right side of the upper garment, the clothes hanger separating mechanism 600 separates the clothes hanger from the upper garment, the left lateral clothes folding rod 833 moves from left to right and folds the left side and left sleeves of the upper garment, the left lateral clothes folding rod 833 returns after folding, the right lateral clothes folding rod 843 moves from right to left and folds the right side and right sleeves of the upper garment, and the right lateral clothes folding rod 843 returns after folding.
(2) When the identification unit detects that the clothes are trousers, the receiver 421 is powered off to release the clothes rack, the separator 621 is powered on to suck the clothes rack, then the separation bracket 620 moves forward under the driving of the separation driving device 630 and drives the clothes rack and the trousers thereon, the trousers waist is clamped by the trousers clamp 752 in the process of moving forward, and after the separation bracket 620 continues to move forward, the clothes rack is separated from the trousers. The left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 acts to position the front part of the left side of the trousers and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 acts to position the front part of the right side of the trousers, it being understood here that the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 only serve a positioning and guiding function, without compressing the trousers.
Then, the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 acts to press the rear part of the left side of the trousers, the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 acts to press the rear part of the right side of the trousers, the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814 folds the part of the trousers beyond the folding platform mechanism 200 forwards under the matching of the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512, one-time folding is completed, and the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814, the left bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning rocker arm 512 return. The left positioning rocker 531 acts to press the middle of the left side of the trousers, the right positioning rocker 532 acts to press the middle of the right side of the trousers, the trousers are folded forwards by the matching of the left positioning rocker 531 and the right positioning rocker 532 of the longitudinal clothes folding rod 814, secondary folding is completed, and the left positioning rocker 531 and the right positioning rocker 532 return.
It should be understood that the left bottom longitudinal positioning swing arm 511 and the right bottom longitudinal positioning swing arm 512 may not be operated during one folding of the trousers, but directly folded by the longitudinal clothes folding bar 814.
Then, the transverse moving frame 720 drives the trouser clamp assembly 750 to move backwards, in the process of the backward movement of the trouser clamp assembly 750, the trouser clamp assembly 750 moves downwards at the same time, the lifted part of the trousers is thrown to the folding platform mechanism 200, the trouser clamp 752 loosens the waist of the trousers, three times of folding are completed under the matching of the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522, and the left top longitudinal positioning rocker 521 and the right top longitudinal positioning rocker 522 return.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the folding platform mechanism 200 can move up and down, and the plurality of positioning swing arms can better compress and position the clothes by moving the folding platform mechanism upwards.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 13 and 14, the folding platform mechanism 200 includes a left flipping platform 210, a right flipping platform 220, a left flipping drive 230 and a right flipping drive 240.
The left roll-over platform 210 is tiltably mounted on the frame 100. The right turnover platform 220 is installed on the frame 100 in a turnover manner and is located at the right side of the left turnover platform 210, the left turnover platform 210 and the right turnover platform 220 jointly carry the clothes in front of the clothes folding mechanism 800, and the left turnover platform 210 and the right turnover platform 220 respectively turn over to enable the clothes folded by the clothes folding mechanism 800 to be folded again and slide down. The left flipping driving device 230 is installed on the rack 100, and the left flipping driving device 230 is in transmission connection with the left flipping platform 210 and communicates with the control unit. The right turnover driving device 240 is installed on the rack 100, and the right turnover driving device 240 is in transmission connection with the right turnover platform 220 and is in communication with the control unit.
Specifically, after the clothes folding mechanism 800 folds clothes (jackets or trousers), the left turnover driving device 230 drives the left turnover platform 210 to turn downward, the right turnover driving device 240 drives the right turnover platform 220 to turn downward, and the turning actions of the left turnover platform 210 and the right turnover platform 220 are performed synchronously, so that the clothes fall smoothly under the action of gravity and the guidance of the left turnover platform 210 and the right turnover platform 220, and a plurality of folded clothes are stacked flatly. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the roll axis of the left roll-over platform 210 is adjacent to the left edge of the left roll-over platform 210 and extends in the fore-and-aft direction, and the roll axis of the right roll-over platform 220 is adjacent to the right edge of the right roll-over platform 220 and extends in the fore-and-aft direction. Therefore, the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning platform 220 can form a large enough falling opening when overturning, and the clothes can slide from the falling opening conveniently.
Further, as shown in fig. 13, when the left and right flipping platforms 210 and 220 carry the clothes together, the right edge of the left flipping platform 210 and the left edge of the right flipping platform 220 contact each other, i.e. there is no gap between the left and right flipping platforms 210 and 220 as much as possible, so as to ensure the smoothness of the clothes on the folding platform mechanism 200.
Further, as shown in fig. 14, the maximum flip angle of the left flip platform 210 is 90 °, and the maximum flip angle of the right flip platform 220 is 90 °. The left turn platform 210 is turned downward by the right side edge of the left turn platform 210 and the right turn platform 220 is turned downward by the left side edge of the right turn platform 220, so that the laundry is folded again and slides down.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13, the left and right turning platforms 210 and 220 are respectively provided with an avoiding groove 211, and the two avoiding grooves 211 are respectively used for avoiding the two trousers clips 752, so as to facilitate the trousers clips 752 to clamp the waist of the trousers and lift the trousers.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the edge of the upper surface of the left overturning platform 210 is in arc transition, and the edge of the upper surface of the right overturning platform 220 is in arc transition, so as to prevent the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning platform 220 from scratching the clothes.
In still other specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, in order to facilitate the installation and positioning of the left, right, left, and right flipping platforms 210, 220, 230, and 240, the rack 100 is provided with a left flipping fixing base 130 and a right flipping fixing base 140, the left flipping platform 210 and the left flipping driving unit 230 are installed on the left flipping fixing base 130, and the right flipping platform 220 and the right flipping driving unit 240 are installed on the right flipping fixing base 140.
Specifically, the left turning fixing seat 130 is provided with a left turning shaft hole and the left turning platform 210 is provided with a left turning shaft, and the left turning shaft is rotatably matched in the left turning shaft hole and is in transmission connection with the left turning driving device 230. The right turning fixing seat 140 is provided with a right turning shaft hole and the right turning platform 220 is provided with a right turning shaft, and the right turning shaft is rotatably matched with the right turning shaft hole and is in transmission connection with the right turning driving device 240. Therefore, the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning platform 220 can be installed in an overturning manner, and the left overturning driving device 230 is in transmission connection with the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning driving device 240 is in transmission connection with the right overturning platform 220.
In some specific examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the left flipping drive means 230 is plural and arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction, and at least two of the plural left flipping drive means 230 are respectively adjacent to the front end and the rear end of the left flipping platform 210. The right turnover driving devices 240 are multiple and arranged at intervals along the front-back direction, and at least two of the multiple right turnover driving devices 240 are respectively adjacent to the front end and the back end of the right turnover platform 220. Therefore, the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning platform 220 can be ensured to stably run before overturning, in the overturning process and after overturning, and the left overturning platform 210 and the right overturning platform 220 are ensured to be always kept balanced.
The operation of the clothes folding machine 1 according to the embodiment of the invention is described below by way of example with reference to fig. 1 to 15.
Firstly, a aired coat or trousers (including a special foldable clothes hanger) is hung on a hook 331 of a synchronous belt 330 (5 pieces of clothes can be hung on the synchronous belt 330 at the same time), the coat or trousers with the clothes hanger move from the bottom end to the top end along the synchronous belt 330 and are conveyed to a certain position of a folding platform mechanism 200 to stop moving, at the moment, a clothes dragging rod 420 moves to the stopping position of the clothes hanger along a clothes dragging track 410, a receiver 421 is electrified to generate magnetic force and adsorb the clothes hanger (including the coat or the trousers) on the receiver 421, and the clothes dragging rod 420 drags the clothes hanger to move forwards to a certain position along the clothes dragging track 410, so that the coat or the trousers are flatly laid on a left overturning platform 210 and a right overturning platform 220.
The identification unit identifies the clothes and judges whether the clothes are coats or trousers.
(1) When the recognition unit detects that the laundry is the jacket, the detection unit detects whether the length of the jacket exceeds the folding platform mechanism 200.
