Abstract
The invention discloses a method for manufacturing bottle body lines and a structure thereof, the method for manufacturing the bottle body lines is that a transparent or translucent bottle body is prepared, a flow outlet is arranged on the bottle body, then model paint and pigment are mixed into line layer paint, the bottle body is poured into the bottle and rotated at the same time, the line layer paint is evenly coated on the inner surface of the bottle body, and flows and distributes to form lines, the bottle body is inverted and takes out redundant pigment, then the bottle body is turned right and stands still for air drying, then the model paint is diluted into color development layer paint and poured into the bottle body, so that the color development layer paint can flow fast and be coated on the inner surface of the line layer, then the bottle body paint is directly poured out from the flow outlet, and is dried by blowing and standing, finally the protective layer paint is evenly coated on the inner surface of the color development layer to form a protective layer, because the line layer, the color development layer and the protective layer are, can improve the beauty and the value of the bottle body.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a method for making bottle body lines, in particular, it relates to a method for making lines formed on the inner surface of bottle body.
Background
The bottle body of a common bottle is mostly free of colored drawing patterns and only presents a colorless transparent or monochromatic light-permeable form, the bottle has poor decoration effect except for containing liquid, and in order to increase the decoration effect of the bottle, the prior art can utilize special pigment to carry out colored drawing on the surface of the bottle so as to add colors or patterns, thereby presenting the value sense of the bottle and promoting the decoration effect and the added value thereof.
However, although the current technology can color-paint the surface of the bottle, the technology of color-painting the surface of the bottle is not difficult and can only display patterns on the surface of the bottle, so that the bottle is difficult to display transparent or translucent characteristics, has no visual perspective effect, and has yet to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the fact that the prior art can only carry out colored drawing on the surface of a bottle and is difficult to use the transparent or light-transmitting characteristic of the bottle to present the effect of a perspective pattern, the invention provides a method for manufacturing a bottle body pattern, which can uniformly coat pigment on the inner surface of the bottle and manufacture the pattern, thereby enabling the bottle body to present the visual effect of perspective and increasing the value feeling and the decoration of the bottle.
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing bottle body lines, which comprises the following steps:
a bottle body preparation step, preparing a transparent or light-transmitting bottle body, and arranging an outflow hole on the bottle body;
a step of preparing a grain layer coating, which is to add at least one pigment into the model coating for mixing;
a grain layer coating step, namely pouring the grain layer coating into the bottle body, and simultaneously rotating the bottle body to uniformly coat the grain layer coating on the inner surface of the bottle body and form grains in a flowing distribution manner;
inverting the bottle body to make the redundant grain layer paint not attached to the inner surface of the bottle body flow to the bottle mouth and accumulate;
taking out the redundant pigment, namely enabling the redundant grain layer coating to flow out;
standing and air-drying, namely turning the bottle body right and standing and air-drying;
a color development layer coating preparation step, namely adding alcohol into the model paint for dilution;
a color development layer coating step, namely pouring color development layer coating into the bottle body, enabling the color development layer coating to rapidly flow and coat the inner surface of the grain layer on the bottle body, and directly pouring the color development layer coating from the outflow hole;
drying, namely uniformly coating the paint of the color development layer on the inner surface of the grain layer on the bottle body, and then blowing air from the bottle mouth for drying;
a standing step, in which the bottle body is kept stand to be dry;
and a protective layer coating step of pouring the protective layer paint into the bottle body and slowly rotating the bottle body to uniformly adhere the protective layer paint to the inner surface of the color development layer on the bottle body so as to form a protective layer.
And in the step of preparing the grain layer coating, fluorescent powder and/or bright powder are further added.
Wherein, a step of cleaning the bottle mouth is further included between the drying step and the standing step, and the step is to wipe the bottle mouth and the periphery thereof to remove the residual coating so as to keep the bottle mouth clean.
In the preparation step of the color development layer coating, 1-4 times of alcohol is added into the model coating for dilution.
Wherein in the inverting step, inverting the bottle body for 1-60 minutes; in the standing and air-drying step, the bottle body is turned right and is subjected to standing and air-drying for 1-24 hours; in the drying step, blowing air from a bottle opening for 10-20 seconds; in the standing step, the bottle body is kept standing for more than 24 hours; in the protective layer coating step, the protective layer coating is poured into the bottle body, and the bottle body is slowly rotated for 2-3 hours.
Furthermore, according to the method for manufacturing the bottle body texture, the bottle body structure with the bottle body texture of the invention can be manufactured, which comprises a transparent or light-transmitting bottle body, wherein a flow outlet is arranged on the circumferential surface near the bottom, a texture layer is formed by coating on the inner surface of the bottle body, a color development layer is formed by coating on the inner surface of the texture layer, and a protective layer is formed by coating on the inner surface of the color development layer.
Wherein, the grain layer further comprises fluorescent powder.
Wherein, the grain layer further comprises bright powder.
The method for manufacturing the bottle body lines can form the line layer, the color development layer and the protective layer on the inner surface of the bottle body, and the bottle body is transparent or light-permeable, so that a viewer can directly see through the line layer and the color development layer formed on the inner surface from the surface of the bottle body to form a visual perspective effect, and the bottle body can be used as a decoration or a vase or a lampshade with a decorative effect, thereby improving the visual beauty of the bottle body and increasing the value sense of the bottle body.

Detailed Description
For a detailed understanding of the technical features and the practical effects of the present invention, and in accordance with the content of the specification, further preferred embodiments are shown in the drawings and described in detail below:
referring to fig. 1 to 4, the method for manufacturing the bottle body texture of the present invention includes the following steps:
a bottle body preparation step, preparing a transparent or light-permeable bottle body 10, and forming an outflow hole 11 on the circumferential surface of the bottle body 10 near the bottom, preferably, the bottle body 10 can be made of light-permeable material such as glass or plastic;
the preparation step of the grain layer coating comprises the steps of adding at least one pigment into a model coating to mix, preferably, the model coating comprises an oily synthetic resin organic solvent and a synthetic resin coating, the ratio of the oily synthetic resin organic solvent to the synthetic resin coating is 7:10, the ratio of the model coating to the pigment is 10:0.6, and the at least one pigment can be a single-color or multi-color (such as red, green and black) pigment, and fluorescent powder or bright powder can be further added;
a texture layer coating step, as shown in fig. 2, pouring the mixed texture layer 12 paint into the bottle body 10, and simultaneously rotating the bottle body 10 to uniformly coat the texture layer 12 paint on the inner surface of the bottle body 10 to form the texture formed by the flowing distribution of the paint, the pigment, the fluorescent powder 120 and the bright powder 121;
an inversion step, namely after the coating of the grain layer 12 is uniformly coated on the inner surface of the bottle body 10, inserting a bottle plug into a bottle opening, and inverting the bottle body 10 for about 1-60 minutes to ensure that the redundant coating of the grain layer 12 which is not attached to the inner surface of the bottle body 10 flows to the bottle opening to be accumulated, and preferably, standing for 10-20 minutes;
taking out the redundant pigment, namely taking down the bottle stopper to enable the redundant coating of the grain layer 12 to flow out after the redundant coating of the grain layer 12 is accumulated near the bottle opening;
a standing and air-drying step, namely turning the bottle body 10 right and standing and air-drying for 1-24 hours, preferably standing and air-drying for 12-24 hours;
a color development layer coating preparation step, namely blending an oily synthetic resin organic solvent of the model coating and a synthetic resin coating in a ratio of 1:1, and then adding 1-4 times of alcohol for dilution;
a color development layer coating step, as shown in fig. 3, pouring the blended color development layer 13 coating into the bottle body 10, and making the coating flow rapidly and coat the inner surface of the grain layer 12 on the bottle body 10, and directly pouring the coating from the outflow hole 11;
a drying step, namely uniformly coating the paint on the inner surface of the texture layer 12 on the bottle body 10 with the color development layer 13, and then blowing air from the bottle opening for 10-20 seconds by using blowing equipment such as a blower or drying equipment, wherein the peripheral surface of the bottle body 10 close to the bottom is provided with an outflow hole 11, so that the air can be blown in from the bottle opening and discharged from the outflow hole 11;
cleaning the bottle mouth, namely wiping the bottle mouth and the periphery of the bottle mouth by using tools such as a cotton stick, a rag and the like, removing residual paint and keeping the bottle mouth clean;
a standing step, in which the bottle body 10 is kept stand for more than 24 hours until the coating is completely dried;
a protective layer coating step of pouring a protective layer coating into the bottle body 10 and slowly rotating the bottle body 10 for about 2-3 hours to uniformly adhere the epoxy resin to the inner surface of the color development layer 13 on the bottle body 10 to form an oxidation-preventing protective layer 14, thereby achieving the effects of preventing the coating from discoloring and discoloring, preferably, the protective layer coating may be a synthetic resin such as epoxy resin;
the bottle structure with bottle body lines manufactured by the bottle body line manufacturing method comprises a light-permeable bottle body 10, an outflow hole 11 is arranged on the peripheral surface near the bottom, a line layer 12 is formed by coating on the inner surface of the light-permeable bottle body, the line layer 12 comprises lines formed by flowing and distributing oil, paint, pigment, fluorescent powder 120 and bright powder 121, a color development layer 13 is formed by coating on the inner surface of the line layer 12 and is overlapped on the inner surface of the line layer 12, the color development effect of the liner and the highlight line layer 12 is achieved, a protective layer 14 can be formed by coating on the inner surface of the color development layer 13, the protective layer can be a transparent hard transparent adhesive layer formed by drying epoxy resin and is coated on the line layer 12 and the color development layer 13 to prevent pigment from being oxidized, discolored and decolored.
According to the bottle 10 made by the method for manufacturing the bottle body grain of the present invention, since the bottle body 10 is transparent or light-permeable, a viewer can directly see through the grain layer 12 and the color development layer 13 formed on the inner surface from the surface of the bottle body 10 to form a visual perspective effect, and in addition, the grain layer 12 can contain fluorescent powder 120 and bright powder 121, which can give off a fluorescent or bright crystal luster, so as to improve the visual beauty and the value of the bottle body 10, which can be used simply as a decoration, or as a vase inserted with dry flowers as shown in fig. 5, or as a lampshade with a decorative effect by installing a light-emitting unit 20 such as a bulb or an LED lamp inside the bottle body 10 as shown in fig. 6.

Claims (8)
1. A method for manufacturing a bottle body texture is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a bottle body preparation step, preparing a transparent or light-transmitting bottle body, and arranging an outflow hole on the bottle body;
a step of preparing a grain layer coating, which is to add at least one pigment into the model coating for mixing;
a grain layer coating step, namely pouring the grain layer coating into the bottle body, and simultaneously rotating the bottle body to uniformly coat the grain layer coating on the inner surface of the bottle body and form grains in a flowing distribution manner;
inverting the bottle body to make the redundant grain layer paint not attached to the inner surface of the bottle body flow to the bottle mouth and accumulate;
taking out the redundant pigment, namely enabling the redundant grain layer coating to flow out;
standing and air-drying, namely turning the bottle body right and standing and air-drying;
a color development layer coating preparation step, namely adding alcohol into the model paint for dilution;
a color development layer coating step, namely pouring color development layer coating into the bottle body, enabling the color development layer coating to rapidly flow and coat the inner surface of the grain layer on the bottle body, and directly pouring the color development layer coating from the outflow hole;
drying, namely uniformly coating the paint of the color development layer on the inner surface of the grain layer on the bottle body, and then blowing air from the bottle mouth for drying;
a standing step, in which the bottle body is kept stand to be dry;
and a protective layer coating step of pouring the protective layer paint into the bottle body and slowly rotating the bottle body to uniformly adhere the protective layer paint to the inner surface of the color development layer on the bottle body so as to form a protective layer.
2. The method for making the bottle body texture according to claim 1, wherein in the step of preparing the texture layer coating, fluorescent powder and/or bright powder is further added.
3. The method for making a texture on a bottle body as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a step of cleaning the bottle opening between the drying step and the standing step, wherein the step of cleaning the bottle opening and its periphery is performed by wiping the bottle opening to remove residual paint so as to keep the bottle opening clean.
4. The method for manufacturing the bottle body texture according to claim 1, wherein in the color development layer coating preparation step, 1-4 times of alcohol is added into the model paint for dilution.
5. The method for manufacturing the texture of the bottle body according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein in the step of inverting, the bottle body is inverted for 1 to 60 minutes; in the standing and air-drying step, the bottle body is turned right and is subjected to standing and air-drying for 1-24 hours; in the drying step, blowing air from a bottle opening for 10-20 seconds; in the standing step, the bottle body is kept standing for more than 24 hours; in the protective layer coating step, the protective layer coating is poured into the bottle body, and the bottle body is slowly rotated for 2-3 hours.
6. A bottle structure having a body texture manufactured by the method for manufacturing a body texture according to any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising:
the transparent or light-transmitting bottle body is provided with an outflow hole on the circumferential surface close to the bottom, a grain layer is formed on the inner surface of the bottle body in a coating manner, a color development layer is formed on the inner surface of the grain layer in a coating manner, and a protective layer is formed on the inner surface of the color development layer in a coating manner.
7. The bottle structure with body texture of claim 6, wherein the texture layer further comprises phosphor.
8. The bottle structure with body texture of claim 6, wherein the texture layer further comprises a bright powder.
