The invention provides a bamboo tube reinforced plastic compound and a production process thereof, wherein the production process comprises the steps of cutting and sawing bamboo segments, hollow treatment, outer diameter treatment, high-temperature cooking, drying, blank making, hot press molding and the like; the bamboo tube reinforced plastic composite comprises a plastic core, a bamboo tube and a plastic sleeve, wherein the plastic sleeve and the bamboo tube are of hollow structures, and the plastic sleeve, the bamboo tube and the plastic core are sequentially sleeved; the top of the plastic core extends out of the bamboo tube, the top of the plastic core is flush with the top of the plastic sleeve, and the bottom of the plastic sleeve is a closed end. The bamboo tube reinforced plastic compound has good processability, good plasticity and environment-friendly material, and can be used for manufacturing products with high cost performance in a more diversified way through rolling and dyeing processes.
