Abstract

本发明涉及一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,包括以下步骤:选取10年以上的杉木原料,切割成杉木板;将杉木板用去离子水冲洗40~80min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,以4~5℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温3~4h,再以2~3℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温1~2h,然后冷却至室温;将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡48~96h,压力控制在4~6MPa;将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在50~60℃;将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。该方法所制得的笔杆较轻,用于作画时构图上色能更好掌握力度,且手感好,不易开裂变形,防腐防蛀,价格亲民,利于大范围推广应用。

本发明的目的是提供一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取10年以上的杉木原料,切割成杉木板;
(2)将杉木板用去离子水冲洗40~80min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,防止骤然受热膨胀而开裂;然后以4~5℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温3~4h,再以2~3℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温1~2h,然后冷却至室温;蒸煮过程中若升温太快易在木材内部引起热应力,导致杉木板开裂,该升温方案是根据杉木的实际材质所得出;且在水煮过程中,要及时清除蒸煮池中的油脂、树皮、泥水,以免污染杉木板;
(3)将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡48~96h,压力控制在4~6MPa;
(4)将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在50~60℃;
(5)将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。
进一步地,所述药水由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:山梨酸钾0.5~1.3份,枸橼酸0.2~0.7份,无水乙醇8~15份,大蒜素1~3份,花椒4~6份,冰片3~5份,细辛7~9份,降香8~12份,山羌5~8份,白兰花6~9份,鼠尾草3~7份,去离子水180~220份。
优选地,所述药水由以下重量份数的各组分组成:山梨酸钾0.8份,枸橼酸0.5份,无水乙醇12份,大蒜素2份,花椒5份,冰片4份,细辛8份,降香10份,山羌7份,白兰花8份,鼠尾草6份,去离子水200份。
进一步地,所述药水的制备步骤:将花椒、冰片、细辛、降香、山羌、白兰花和鼠尾草放入去离子水中,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾5~10min,然后冷却至室温,再加入山梨酸钾、枸橼酸、无水乙醇和大蒜素,搅拌均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、使用价格低廉的杉木原料,造价低,更适合广大普通消费者;
2、杉木密度较小,所制得笔杆较轻,用于作画时构图上色能更好掌握力度,更适合初学者及小孩使用;
3、经加工后的笔杆手感好,不易开裂变形,防腐防蛀,利于大范围推广应用。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取15年份的杉木原料,切割成杉木板;
(2)将杉木板用去离子水冲洗40min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,以5℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温3h,再以3℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温1h,然后冷却至室温;
(3)将花椒6份,冰片3份,细辛9份,降香8份,山羌8份,白兰花6份,鼠尾草7份放入180份去离子水中,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾10min,然后冷却至室温,再加入山梨酸钾0.5份,枸橼酸0.7份,无水乙醇8份,大蒜素3份,搅拌均匀得到药水,将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡48h,压力控制在6MPa;
(4)将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在50℃;
(5)将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取20年份的杉木原料,切割成杉木板;
(2)将杉木板用去离子水冲洗80min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,以4℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温4h,再以2℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温2h,然后冷却至室温;
(3)将花椒4份,冰片5份,细辛7份,降香12份,山羌5份,白兰花9份,鼠尾草3份放入220份去离子水中,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾5min,然后冷却至室温,再加入山梨酸钾1.3份,枸橼酸0.2份,无水乙醇15份,大蒜素1份,搅拌均匀得到药水,将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡96h,压力控制在4MPa;
(4)将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在60℃;
(5)将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。
实施例3
本实施例公开了一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取40年份的杉木原料,切割成杉木板;
(2)将杉木板用去离子水冲洗6min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,以4.5℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温3.5h,再以2.5℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温1.5h,然后冷却至室温;
(3)将花椒5份,冰片4份,细辛8份,降香10份,山羌7份,白兰花8份,鼠尾草6份放入200份去离子水中,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾8min,然后冷却至室温,再加入山梨酸钾0.8份,枸橼酸0.5份,无水乙醇12份,大蒜素2份,搅拌均匀得到药水,将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡72h,压力控制在5MPa;
(4)将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在55℃;
(5)将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。

1.一种杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)选取杉木原料,切割成杉木板;
(2)将杉木板用去离子水冲洗40~80min,然后在室温下放入蒸煮池,以4~5℃/h的速度升温至60℃,保温3~4h,再以2~3℃/h的速度将水温升至100℃,保温1~2h,然后冷却至室温;
(3)将蒸煮过的杉木板放入药水中浸泡48~96h,压力控制在4~6MPa;
(4)将浸泡过的杉木板进行干燥,干燥温度在50~60℃;
(5)将干燥后的杉木板按照传统工艺加工成毛笔笔杆,并进行打磨、抛光,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,其特征在于,所述药水由以下重量百分比的各组分组成:山梨酸钾0.5~1.3份,枸橼酸0.2~0.7份,无水乙醇8~15份,大蒜素1~3份,花椒4~6份,冰片3~5份,细辛7~9份,降香8~12份,山羌5~8份,白兰花6~9份,鼠尾草3~7份,去离子水180~220份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,其特征在于,所述药水由以下重量份数的各组分组成:山梨酸钾0.8份,枸橼酸0.5份,无水乙醇12份,大蒜素2份,花椒5份,冰片4份,细辛8份,降香10份,山羌7份,白兰花8份,鼠尾草6份,去离子水200份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的杉木毛笔笔杆的加工方法,其特征在于,所述药水的制备步骤:将花椒、冰片、细辛、降香、山羌、白兰花和鼠尾草放入去离子水中,加热至沸腾,保持沸腾5~10min,然后冷却至室温,再加入山梨酸钾、枸橼酸、无水乙醇和大蒜素,搅拌均匀即可。
