Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,包括支架,支架上设置有切割辊,切割辊安装在支架上,切割辊为空心结构,在切割辊的上方设置有加热辊,在加热辊的左右两端均套装有支承块,在加热辊两端的支承块上均安装有端盖,在端盖上安装有连接套,在加热辊内穿装有加热器,在加热器的两端均连接有电源线,切割辊包括切割辊轴,在切割辊轴的左端设置有第一连接轴,在切割辊轴的右端设置有第二连接轴,在切割辊轴内设置有锥形体,在锥形体上设置有锥形轴瓦,锥形轴瓦通过拉簧套装在锥形体上,锥形轴瓦上固定有切割刀,在第一连接轴上穿装有第一调节螺钉,在第二连接轴上穿装有第二调节螺钉。本发明提高了切割速度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,属于切割设备技术领域。
背景技术
在树脂瓦生产过程中,有部分边角料需要切除,切除的边角料为连续的长条结构,需要将其切割成段状方便再次加工使用,目前常用的树脂瓦切割机为刀切的结构形式,一旦树脂瓦凝固变硬后将无法切割。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,切割前将树脂瓦边角料加热,方便了切割。
本发明所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,包括竖直设置的支架,其特征在于:支架上水平设置有切割辊,切割辊的两端通过轴承安装在支架上,切割辊为空心结构,在切割辊的上方水平设置有加热辊,在加热辊的左右两端均套装有支承块,在加热辊的两端均通过轴承安装在支承块上,在加热辊两端的支承块均安装在支架上,在加热辊两端的支承块上均安装有端盖,在每个端盖上均安装有连接套,在加热辊内水平穿装有加热器;加热器的左端穿过左侧的端盖固定在连接套上;其右端穿过右侧的端盖固定在连接套上,在加热器的两端均连接有电源线;电源线的一端通过左侧的连接套连接在加热器的左端,其另一端通过右侧的连接套连接在加热器的右端;在电源线上安装有电源和开关;切割辊包括水平设置的切割辊轴,在切割辊轴的左端水平设置有第一连接轴,在切割辊轴的右端水平设置有第二连接轴,在切割辊轴内水平设置有锥形体,在锥形体的外圆上设置有与锥形体呈接触配合的若干块锥形轴瓦,每相邻的两块锥形轴瓦之间均设置有拉簧,锥形轴瓦通过拉簧套装在锥形体上,对应每块锥形轴瓦上均固定有切割刀;切割刀的刀柄固定在锥形轴瓦上,其刀头穿过切割辊轴;在第一连接轴上水平穿装有第一调节螺钉,第一调节螺钉通过螺纹安装在第一连接轴内,第一调节螺钉的端头顶在锥形体的左侧端面上,在第二连接轴上水平穿装有第二调节螺钉,第二调节螺钉通过螺纹安装在第二连接轴上,第二调节螺钉的端头顶在锥形体的右侧端面上。
进一步,所述每个支承块的上方均设置有液压缸,在每个液压缸的底部均设置有支承板,在液压缸内竖直安装有液压杆,液压杆穿过支承板连接在支承块上。
进一步,所述连接套为绝缘材料,连接套穿装在端盖内,加热器穿装在连接套内。
进一步,所述锥形体外圆上沿轴向开设有若干个凹槽,对应凹槽在每块锥形轴瓦的内表面上均设置有凸台,凸台安装在凹槽内。
进一步,所述切割刀沿切割辊轴的径向设置,切割刀均匀分布在切割辊轴的外圆上。
进一步,所述锥形轴瓦的左右两端与切割辊轴的内侧均留有间隙。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
通过本发明所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,在支架上水平设置有切割辊和加热辊,在加热辊内安装有加热器,加热器的两端通过电源线连接在电源上;在加热辊两端的支承块上方均安装有液压缸,液压缸内竖直安装有液压杆,液压杆的下端连接在支承块上;切割辊包括水平设置的切割辊轴,在切割辊轴的两端分别设置有第一连接轴和第二连接轴,在切割辊轴内水平设置有锥形体,在锥形体的外圆上设置有若干块锥形轴瓦,锥形轴瓦通过拉簧套装在连接套上,在第一连接轴内水平穿装有第一调节螺钉,在第二连接轴内水平穿装有第二调节螺钉,在每块锥形轴瓦上均固定有切割刀,切割刀的刀头穿出切割辊轴;本技术主要是将刀切式的切割机改为辊轴式的切割机,增强了切割力度,在加热辊内安装有加热器方便将树脂瓦边角料先进行加热,提高了切割速度。

实施例
如图1、图2、图3所示,所述用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,包括竖直设置的支架1,支架1上水平设置有切割辊2,切割辊2的两端通过轴承安装在支架1上,切割辊2为空心结构,在切割辊2的上方水平设置有加热辊9,在加热辊9的左右两端均套装有支承块3,在加热辊9的两端均通过轴承安装在支承块3上,在加热辊9两端的支承块3均安装在支架1上,在加热辊9两端的支承块3上均安装有端盖4,在每个端盖4上均安装有连接套5,在加热辊9内水平穿装有加热器10;加热器10的左端穿过左侧的端盖4固定在连接套5上;其右端穿过右侧的端盖4固定在连接套5上,在加热器10的两端均连接有电源线13;电源线13的一端通过左侧的连接套5连接在加热器10的左端,其另一端通过右侧的连接套5连接在加热器10的右端;在电源线13上安装有电源11和开关12;切割辊2包括水平设置的切割辊轴2.1,在切割辊轴2.1的左端水平设置有第一连接轴2.2,在切割辊轴2.1的右端水平设置有第二连接轴2.7,在切割辊轴2.1内水平设置有锥形体2.5,在锥形体2.5的外圆上设置有与锥形体2.5呈接触配合的若干块锥形轴瓦2.4,每相邻的两块锥形轴瓦2.4之间均设置有拉簧2.9,锥形轴瓦2.4通过拉簧2.9套装在锥形体2.5上,对应每块锥形轴瓦2.4上均固定有切割刀2.6;切割刀2.6的刀柄固定在锥形轴瓦2.4上,其刀头穿过切割辊轴2.1;在第一连接轴2.2上水平穿装有第一调节螺钉2.3,第一调节螺钉2.3通过螺纹安装在第一连接轴2.2内,第一调节螺钉2.3的端头顶在锥形体2.5的左侧端面上,在第二连接轴2.7上水平穿装有第二调节螺钉2.8,第二调节螺钉2.8通过螺纹安装在第二连接轴2.7上,第二调节螺钉2.8的端头顶在锥形体2.5的右侧端面上。
本实施例中,所述每个支承块3的上方均设置有液压缸8,在每个液压缸8的底部均设置有支承板7,在液压缸8内竖直安装有液压杆6,液压杆6穿过支承板7连接在支承块3上。如图1所示,本段技术设计方便调节切割辊2和加热辊9之间的间隙。
所述连接套5为绝缘材料,连接套5穿装在端盖4内,加热器10穿装在连接套5内。本段技术设计提高了给加热器10供电的安全性。
所述锥形体2.5外圆上沿轴向开设有若干个凹槽,对应凹槽在每块锥形轴瓦2.4的内表面上均设置有凸台,凸台安装在凹槽内。本段技术提高了切割刀6的受力稳定性。
所述切割刀2.6沿切割辊轴2.1的径向设置,切割刀2.6均匀分布在切割辊轴2.1的外圆上。本段技术设计减少了锥形轴瓦2.4的规格数量,安装方便。
所述锥形轴瓦2.4的左右两端与切割辊轴2.1的内侧均留有间隙。本段技术设计方便锥形轴瓦2.4的径向移动。
如图1、图2所示,切割时,电机通过齿轮带动切割辊2旋转,切割辊2通过齿轮带动加热辊9旋转,接通开关12,电源11通过电源线13给加热器10供电,加热器10将加热辊9加热,将需要切割的树脂瓦边角料从加热辊9的顶部沿加热辊9放入加热辊9和切割辊2之间,当树脂瓦边角料沿着加热辊9进入加热辊9和切割辊2之间时,加热辊9将温度传递到树脂瓦边边角料上,加热后的树脂瓦变软,进入加热辊9和切割辊2时更容易切割。
树脂瓦厚度减小时,松开第二调节螺钉2.8,同时拧紧第一调节螺钉2.3,让锥形体2.5向右移动,在拉簧2.9的作用下每块锥形轴瓦2.4均向内收紧,锥形轴瓦2.4带动切割刀2.6向切割辊轴2.1内移动,从而减少了切割辊轴2.1的切割厚度。
树脂瓦厚度增加时,松开第一调节螺钉2.3,同时拧紧第二调节螺钉2.8,让锥形体2.5向左移动,在拉簧2.9的作用下每块锥形轴瓦2.4均向外膨胀,锥形轴瓦2.4带动切割刀2.6向切割辊轴2.1外移动,从而增大了切割辊轴2.1的切割厚度。

1.一种用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,包括竖直设置的支架(1),其特征在于:支架(1)上水平设置有切割辊(2),切割辊(2)的两端通过轴承安装在支架(1)上,切割辊(2)为空心结构,在切割辊(2)的上方水平设置有加热辊(9),在加热辊(9)的左右两端均套装有支承块(3),在加热辊(9)的两端均通过轴承安装在支承块(3)上,在加热辊(9)两端的支承块(3)均安装在支架(1)上,在加热辊(9)两端的支承块(3)上均安装有端盖(4),在每个端盖(4)上均安装有连接套(5),在加热辊(9)内水平穿装有加热器(10);加热器(10)的左端穿过左侧的端盖(4)固定在连接套(5)上;其右端穿过右侧的端盖(4)固定在连接套(5)上,在加热器(10)的两端均连接有电源线(13);电源线(13)的一端通过左侧的连接套(5)连接在加热器(10)的左端,其另一端通过右侧的连接套(5)连接在加热器(10)的右端;在电源线(13)上安装有电源(11)和开关(12);切割辊(2)包括水平设置的切割辊轴(2.1),在切割辊轴(2.1)的左端水平设置有第一连接轴(2.2),在切割辊轴(2.1)的右端水平设置有第二连接轴(2.7),在切割辊轴(2.1)内水平设置有锥形体(2.5),在锥形体(2.5)的外圆上设置有与锥形体(2.5)呈接触配合的若干块锥形轴瓦(2.4),每相邻的两块锥形轴瓦(2.4)之间均设置有拉簧(2.9),锥形轴瓦(2.4)通过拉簧(2.9)套装在锥形体(2.5)上,对应每块锥形轴瓦(2.4)上均固定有切割刀(2.6);切割刀(2.6)的刀柄固定在锥形轴瓦(2.4)上,其刀头穿过切割辊轴(2.1);在第一连接轴(2.2)上水平穿装有第一调节螺钉(2.3),第一调节螺钉(2.3)通过螺纹安装在第一连接轴(2.2)内,第一调节螺钉(2.3)的端头顶在锥形体(2.5)的左侧端面上,在第二连接轴(2.7)上水平穿装有第二调节螺钉(2.8),第二调节螺钉(2.8)通过螺纹安装在第二连接轴(2.7)上,第二调节螺钉(2.8)的端头顶在锥形体(2.5)的右侧端面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,其特征在于:所述每个支承块(3)的上方均设置有液压缸(8),在每个液压缸(8)的底部均设置有支承板(7),在液压缸(8)内竖直安装有液压杆(6),液压杆(6)穿过支承板(7)连接在支承块(3)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,其特征在于:所述连接套(5)为绝缘材料,连接套(5)穿装在端盖(4)内,加热器(10)穿装在连接套(5)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,其特征在于:所述锥形体(2.5)外圆上沿轴向开设有若干个凹槽,对应凹槽在每块锥形轴瓦(2.4)的内表面上均设置有凸台,凸台安装在凹槽内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,其特征在于:所述切割刀(2.6)沿切割辊轴(2.1)的径向设置,切割刀(2.6)均匀分布在切割辊轴(2.1)的外圆上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用于切割树脂瓦边角料的装置,其特征在于:所述锥形轴瓦(2.4)的左右两端与切割辊轴(2.1)的内侧均留有间隙。
