Abstract

本发明提供一种中药切片机，可以提高中药切片的质量。该中药切片机包括机座，所述机座的顶部设有进料口，所述机座内设有一对相切设置的环形刀片，关键在于所述进料口处设有药材导向筒，所述药材导向筒包括顶部的进料斗和底部的筒形进料管，所述进料斗的截面呈上大下小的喇叭形，所述筒形进料管的底部对准朝向所述环形刀片的相切位置。本发明由于药材切片过程中筒形进料管对药材进行了横向限位，可以防止切片时药材的过度倾斜，保证了刀片与药材的相交角度，提高了切片质量。

一种中药切片机
技术领域
本发明涉及中药加工设备技术领域，具体涉及一种中药切片机。
背景技术
目前，在大多中药材销售点，都是采用的摆放完整的中药材根茎或枝干，供消费者挑选购买后再现场分切好才交付给消费者。目前，店面用的小型中药切片机，大多采用的环形刀片切片机。这种环形刀片结构的中药材切片机，在机座内设有相切的一对环形刀片，环形刀片的周面沿轴向设有间隔设置刀片，两个环形刀片的相切处的刀片间隔叠层设置，然后在环形刀片相切处的上方设有挡板，挡板上留有缺口，使用时，用户采用镊子或者直接通过手部将药材逐根从缺口处放入，由环形刀片相切滚动对药材进行切片。但是，这种进料方式，由于切片过程中，对药材没有限位，容易导致切片质量不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提出一种中药切片机，可以提高中药切片的质量。
根据本发明提供的中药切片机，包括机座，所述机座的顶部设有进料口，所述机座内设有一对相切设置的环形刀片，关键在于所述进料口处设有药材导向筒，所述药材导向筒包括顶部的进料斗和底部的筒形进料管，所述进料斗的截面呈上大下小的喇叭形，所述筒形进料管的底部对准朝向所述环形刀片的相切位置。
本发明的中药切片机使用时，将药材从药材导向筒顶部的进料斗处放入即可，药材放入进料斗后，再滑落进入筒形进料管，从筒形进料管的底部开口露出，再由环形刀片进行切片；由于药材切片过程中筒形进料管对药材进行了横向限位，可以防止切片时药材的过度倾斜，保证了刀片与药材的相交角度，提高了切片质量。
进一步的，所述药材导向筒沿所述环形刀片的轴向平行方向设置有多个，这样可以快速放置多根药材，充分利用环形刀片的轴向长度，提高切片效率。
进一步的，所述进料斗的底部与所述筒形进料管的连接处圆角过渡，以使药材可以更顺利的从进料斗的底部滑落至筒形进料管内。

下面对照附图，通过对实施实例的描述，对本发明的具体实施方式如所涉及的各构件的形状、构造、各部分之间的相互位置及连接关系、各部分的作用及工作原理等作进一步的详细说明。
如图1，2，本发明的中药切片机，包括机座1，机座1的顶部设有进料口11，机座1内设有一对相切设置的环形刀片21和环形刀片22，进料口11处设有药材导向筒3，药材导向筒3包括顶部的进料斗31和底部的筒形进料管32，进料斗31的截面呈上大下小的喇叭形，筒形进料管32的底部对准朝向环形刀片21和环形刀片22的相切位置。
本发明的中药切片机使用时，将药材从药材导向筒3顶部的进料斗31处放入即可，药材放入进料斗31后，再滑落进入筒形进料管32，从筒形进料管32的底部开口露出，再由环形刀片21和环形刀片22进行切片；由于药材切片过程中筒形进料管32对药材进行了横向限位，可以防止切片时药材的过度倾斜，保证了刀片与药材的相交角度，提高了切片质量。
作为优选的实施方式，药材导向筒3沿环形刀片21和环形刀片22的轴向平行方向设置有多个，如图2所示，这样可以快速放置多根药材，充分利用环形刀片的轴向长度，提高切片效率。
优选的，进料斗31的底部与筒形进料管32的连接处圆角过渡，以使药材可以更顺利的从进料斗31的底部滑落至筒形进料管32内。

1.一种中药切片机，包括机座，所述机座的顶部设有进料口，所述机座内设有一对相切设置的环形刀片，其特征在于所述进料口处设有药材导向筒，所述药材导向筒包括顶部的进料斗和底部的筒形进料管，所述进料斗的截面呈上大下小的喇叭形，所述筒形进料管的底部对准朝向所述环形刀片的相切位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药切片机，其特征在于所述药材导向筒沿所述环形刀片的轴向平行方向设置有多个。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的中药切片机，其特征在于所述进料斗的底部与所述筒形进料管的连接处圆角过渡。
