Abstract
The invention discloses a centerless grinding and hinging-free supporting tool which comprises a swing arm, a supporting rod and an elastic swing arm block arranged between the swing arm and the supporting rod, wherein the upper part of the swing arm block can be fixedly connected with the swing arm, the lower part of the swing arm block can be fixedly connected with the supporting rod, and the middle part of the swing arm block is of a thin-wall structure with a pin waist relative to the upper part and the lower part of the swing arm block. It has the following advantages: the elastic swing of the swing arm on the support column is realized, pin-free hinge is formed, axial movement and radial runout of the swing arm relative to the support column during working are avoided, and the grinding quality of a workpiece can be greatly improved.

The swing arm 100 and the support rod 200 of the existing electromagnetic chuck centerless grinding tool are in a pin hinge mode, and the structure is shown in fig. 1 and 2. Referring to fig. 3 to 7, a centerless grinding and hinging-free supporting tool comprises a swing arm 10 and a supporting rod 20, wherein a supporting wheel is arranged on the swing arm; the swing arm assembly comprises a support column 20, a swing arm block 30, a pin waist structure 31 and a support tool, wherein the swing arm block 30 is arranged between the swing arm 10 and the support column 20 and is elastic, the upper part of the swing arm block 30 can be fixedly connected with the swing arm 10, the lower part of the swing arm block can be fixedly connected with the support column 20, the upper part and the lower part of the middle part of the swing arm block are thin-wall structures 31 with pin waists, namely the two large middle waists are formed, the pin waist structures 31 realize the elastic swing of the swing arm 10 on the support column 20, a support tool without pin hinging is formed, the swing arm 10 is prevented from axially moving in a stringing mode and radially jumping relative to the support column 20 during working, and the grinding quality of a workpiece can be greatly improved.
