In one embodiment, in order to realize that the device can be suitable for aluminum coils with different axial widths, a transverse tube A11 is arranged below the side vertical tube A6, a transverse sliding rail A12 is arranged between the side vertical tube and the transverse tube, so that the side vertical tube can horizontally slide relative to the transverse tube in the transverse direction, a transverse driving motor A13 and a transverse driving gear A14 driven to rotate by the driving motor are arranged on the lower side part of the side vertical tube, and a transverse rack A15 meshed with the transverse driving gear is arranged on the transverse tube. When the device is used, the transverse driving motor A13 drives the transverse driving gear A14 to rotate, and then the transverse driving gear A14 is meshed with the transverse rack A15, so that the side vertical pipe A6 slides along the length direction of the transverse pipe A11 through the transverse sliding rail A12, and the device can be suitable for oil absorption of the side faces of aluminum coils with different axial widths. The rotating electrical machine may be an angular rotating electrical machine, which may be capable of rotating the output end at a relatively low rotational speed, a linear motor also called linear motor, push rod motor. The most common types of linear motors are flat and U-slot, and tubular.
In one embodiment, the oil suction nozzle B includes an outer tube B1 and an inner tube B2 sleeved in the outer tube, a spring B3 is disposed between the outer tube B1 and the inner tube B2, an oil suction tube B4 for sucking oil is inserted into the inner tube, a first end of the oil suction tube is close to a side face K1 of the aluminum coil K, and a second end of the oil suction tube is connected with a suction pump B5. By the contact of the oil suction pipe B4 with the side surface of the aluminum coil, the oil covered on the side surface can be sucked and discharged to a unified oil collecting tank by the oil suction pipe B4. The oil suction pipe B4 is connected with a suction pump B5, and the output end of the suction pump B5 is communicated with an oil collecting tank B6. The spring between the outer tube B1 and the inner tube B2 can buffer the oil suction tube B4 and generate dragging, so that the oil on the irregular staggered layers on the side surface of the aluminum coil can be completely absorbed.
In one embodiment, for reasonable design, the outer tube is a square tube, the outer periphery of the cross section of the inner tube is square, the center is round, and the oil suction tube B4 passes through the round center.
