Abstract
本发明公开了一种农用筛选机构,包括有下料斗,下料斗内腔分为左、右两部分且内壁上分别设有电热丝筛筒,下料斗下方设有筛筒,有铰接连接的击打块击打在筛筒的筒壁上;所述筛筒下方有来回摆动的筛箱,及震动除尘的除尘箱;所述的除尘箱内壁上设有多个倾斜挡料板。本发明采用多重的筛选结构,首先在筛筒内随着筛筒转动筛选,再进入到来回摆动的筛箱内,最后进入除尘箱内再次震动筛选,筛选原料不会堆积在一起,筛选充分。

技术领域
本发明涉及农用器械技术领域,具体为一种农用筛选机构。
背景技术
农业的种植、粮食收获后的处理及农产品加工中都要用到筛选机构,一般种植的种子和收获的粮食内会含有较轻的粉尘杂质和颗粒杂质,在种子种植或粮食谷物储存加工前都需要先清除杂质,现有技术多是采用单独的一种筛选结构,筛选的原料堆积在一起不易筛选操作,需要来回返工,加大了劳动强度,工作效率低。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种农用筛选机构,解决了筛选不充分不均匀的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种农用筛选机构,包括有机架,其特征在于:所述机架上安装有顶部敞口的罩壳,罩壳底部呈漏斗形结构,所述的罩壳内设有转动安装的筛筒,筛筒上设有带盖的入料口,在机架上顶部设有下料斗,下料斗底面设有下料口,所述下料斗内有竖直隔板将下料斗内腔分为左、右两部分,所述的下料口与下料斗左、右两部分都连通,所述下料斗左、右两部分的内壁上分别设有电热丝;下料斗底面下料口上连通有下料管,下料管的管口正对着罩壳内筛筒的入料口;所述机架上在罩壳的后方固定有立杆,立杆顶部铰接连接有支撑杆,支撑杆上安装有击打块,所述的击打块正好击打在筛筒的筒壁上;所述罩壳下方设有一筛箱,罩壳底面设有料口对着筛箱内,所述的机架上两端分别铰接安装有悬臂,所述的筛箱与悬臂铰接连接,筛箱一侧设有气缸,气缸的活塞杆上铰接连接有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与所述的筛箱铰接连接,气缸活塞杆上下伸缩推动筛箱左右来回摆动,所述筛箱内设有一层筛板,在筛板的下方设有一倾斜的导料板,所述筛箱的侧壁上对应导料板的位置设有出料口;在筛箱出料口的下方设有一除尘箱,除尘箱与一震动器连接,除尘箱底面采用筛网结构,所述的除尘箱内壁上设有多个倾斜挡料板,除尘箱一侧设有吸风机,吸风机的吸风管伸入到除尘箱内吸出尘屑。
优选的,所述吸风机的吸风管上连接有两个分支吸风管,两个分支吸风管分别伸入到罩壳内和筛选内吸尘。。
优选的,所述倾斜挡料板的板面上设有小凸起。
优选的,所述下料斗底面下料口上连通的下料管内设有挡料杆。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种农用筛选机构,具备以下有益效果:
本发明筛选机构采用多重的筛选结构,首先在筛筒内随着筛筒转动筛选,再进入到来回摆动的筛箱内,最后进入除尘箱内再次震动筛选,且具有吸尘的作用,筛选原料不会堆积在一起,筛选充分;另外本发明的原料进入下料斗内,下料斗内有加热丝,能对原料进行初步干燥,去除表面水分更容易筛选操作。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种农用筛选机构,包括有机架1,所述机架上安装有顶部敞口的罩壳2,罩壳底部呈漏斗形结构,所述的罩壳内设有转动安装的筛筒3,筛筒上设有带盖的入料口4,在机架上顶部设有下料斗5,下料斗底面设有下料口6,所述下料斗内有竖直隔板7将下料斗内腔分为左、右两部分,所述的下料口与下料斗左、右两部分都连通,所述下料斗左、右两部分的内壁上分别设有电热丝28;下料斗底面下料口6上连通有下料管8,下料管8的管口正对着罩壳内筛筒的入料口4;所述机架1上在罩壳的后方固定有立杆9,立杆顶部铰接连接有支撑杆10,支撑杆上安装有击打块11,所述的击打块11正好击打在筛筒3的筒壁上;所述罩壳2下方设有一筛箱12,罩壳底面设有料口对着筛箱内,所述的机架上两端分别铰接安装有悬臂13,所述的筛箱12与悬臂13铰接连接,筛箱12一侧设有气缸14,气缸的活塞杆上铰接连接有连接杆15,连接杆15的另一端与所述的筛箱12铰接连接,气缸活塞杆上下伸缩推动筛箱左右来回摆动,所述筛箱12内设有一层筛板16,在筛板的下方设有一倾斜的导料板17,所述筛箱的侧壁上对应导料板的位置设有出料口18;在筛箱出料口的下方设有一除尘箱19,除尘箱与一震动器20连接,除尘箱底面采用筛网21结构,所述的除尘箱19内壁上设有多个倾斜挡料板22,除尘箱一侧设有吸风机23,吸风机的吸风管24伸入到除尘箱19内吸出尘屑。
优选的,所述吸风机的吸风管24上连接有两个分支吸风管25,两个分支吸风管分别伸入到罩壳内和筛选内吸尘。
优选的,所述倾斜挡料板22的板面上设有小凸起26。
优选的,所述下料斗底面下料口上连通的下料管8内设有挡料杆27。

1.一种农用筛选机构,包括有机架,其特征在于:所述机架上安装有顶部敞口的罩壳,罩壳底部呈漏斗形结构,所述的罩壳内设有转动安装的筛筒,筛筒上设有带盖的入料口,在机架上顶部设有下料斗,下料斗底面设有下料口,所述下料斗内有竖直隔板将下料斗内腔分为左、右两部分,所述的下料口与下料斗左、右两部分都连通,所述下料斗左、右两部分的内壁上分别设有电热丝;下料斗底面下料口上连通有下料管,下料管的管口正对着罩壳内筛筒的入料口;所述机架上在罩壳的后方固定有立杆,立杆顶部铰接连接有支撑杆,支撑杆上安装有击打块,所述的击打块正好击打在筛筒的筒壁上;所述罩壳下方设有一筛箱,罩壳底面设有料口对着筛箱内,所述的机架上两端分别铰接安装有悬臂,所述的筛箱与悬臂铰接连接,筛箱一侧设有气缸,气缸的活塞杆上铰接连接有连接杆,连接杆的另一端与所述的筛箱铰接连接,气缸活塞杆上下伸缩推动筛箱左右来回摆动,所述筛箱内设有一层筛板,在筛板的下方设有一倾斜的导料板,所述筛箱的侧壁上对应导料板的位置设有出料口;在筛箱出料口的下方设有一除尘箱,除尘箱与一震动器连接,除尘箱底面采用筛网结构,所述的除尘箱内壁上设有多个倾斜挡料板,除尘箱一侧设有吸风机,吸风机的吸风管伸入到除尘箱内吸出尘屑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用筛选机构,其特征在于:所述吸风机的吸风管上连接有两个分支吸风管,两个分支吸风管分别伸入到罩壳内和筛选内吸尘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用筛选机构,其特征在于:所述倾斜挡料板的板面上设有小凸起。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用筛选机构,其特征在于:所述下料斗底面下料口上连通的下料管内设有挡料杆。
