Abstract

本发明公开了一种便携式隔离自融反应发生器,瓶体分成左右两个腔体,分别灌装A和B两种原液。A液腔中有带喷头的吸管,上端面有操作标识。B液腔中有柱塞,外面有滑盖保护。滑盖通过滑盖锁紧台和滑盖定位台与瓶体紧扣。打开外盖、滑盖及安全扣,旋转柱塞盖可通过柱塞切刀使A液腔和B液腔贯通。摇晃瓶体可使两种原液自融反应,通过按压喷头可以实现快速方便取液。本发明将两个原液腔、反应器、搅拌器以及取液终端合理组合,结构紧凑,便于携带,操作简单方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种反应发生器具,尤其是一种便携式隔离自融反应发生器。
背景技术
现有的需要两种或多种溶液相混合反应发生器,不但结构复杂,体积较大,不便于携带,而且其操作程序比较复杂,需要专业人员和相配套的专用设备。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中两种或多种溶液相混合反应发生器结构和操作程序复杂,以及不便于携带等缺陷,本发明专利提供一种可方便的混合配制溶液的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,将两种(以两种为例,可以多种)溶液分别装在左右两侧的腔体里,需要时通过简单的操作即可实现溶液的自融反应,现制现用,同时该发明结构简单紧凑,便于携带。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种便携式隔离自融反应发生器,包括外盖,瓶体,瓶体分成左右两个腔体,分别灌装A和B两种原液。A液腔中有带喷头的吸管,B液腔中有柱塞,通过旋转柱塞盖可以使得A液腔和B液腔贯通,两种原液混合自融,通过按压喷头可以实现快速方便取液。
上述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,柱塞中间杆由3或4条柱塞筋组成,下端有双向带斜度的柱塞切刀,上端有柱塞盖以及安全扣,柱塞盖上设置有柱塞盖防滑条以及操作标识,柱塞盖外面有滑盖保护。
上述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,滑盖外面顶部有防滑条和操作标识,侧面有开启槽,里面纵向有锁紧台,横向有定位台,侧面和顶面均布置有加强筋。
上述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,瓶体内两个腔体隔断处正对柱塞切刀位置有切断槽,A液腔外面有操作标识,瓶体外面有外盖保护。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明将两个原液腔、反应器、搅拌器以及取液终端合理组合,结构紧凑,便于携带,操作简单方便,有效克服了现有技术中两种或多种溶液自融反应工作程序的复杂,以及不便于携带等缺陷。

具体实施方式
便携式隔离自融反应发生器,如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,包括外盖1,瓶体4,瓶体分成左右两个腔体A液腔5和B液腔6,分别灌装A和B两种原液。A液腔5中有带喷头2的吸管3,A液腔5上端面有操作标识14。B液腔6中有柱塞8,B液腔6外面有滑盖11保护。滑盖11通过滑盖锁紧台16和滑盖定位台17与瓶体4上的滑盖定位槽9紧扣。使用时首先打开外盖1,然后通过滑盖开启槽15打开滑盖11,然后打开安全扣23,旋转柱塞盖21可以通过柱塞切刀25使得切断槽7断开,从而使A液腔5和B液腔6贯通。摇晃瓶体4可使两种原液混合自融反应,通过按压喷头2可以实现快速方便取液。

Claims (4)

1.便携式隔离自融反应发生器,包括外盖1,瓶体4,瓶体分成左右两个腔体A液腔5和B液腔6,A液腔5中有带喷头2的吸管3,A液腔5上端面有操作标识b 14。B液腔6中有柱塞8,B液腔6外面有滑盖11保护。滑盖11通过滑盖锁紧台16和滑盖定位台17与瓶体4上的滑盖定位槽9紧扣。柱塞盖21和B液腔6出口之间有密封垫10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,其特征在于:柱塞8中间杆由3或4条柱塞筋24组成,下端有双向带斜度的柱塞切刀25,上端有柱塞盖21以及安全扣23,柱塞盖21圆柱面上设置有柱塞盖防滑条22,顶面有操作标识c 19以及操作标识d 20,柱塞盖21外面有滑盖11保护。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,其特征在于:滑盖11外面顶部有防滑条12和操作标识a 13,侧面有开启槽15,里面纵向有滑盖锁紧台16,横向有滑盖定位台17,侧面和顶面均布置有加强筋18。
4.根据权利要求1所述的便携式隔离自融反应发生器,其特征在于:瓶体4内两个腔体A液腔5和B液腔6隔断处正对柱塞切刀25位置有切断槽7,A液腔5外面有操作标识b 14,瓶体4外面有外盖1保护。
