本发明具体涉及一种便于排线的服务器机柜,包括柜体,所述柜体上设有向外突出的卡线部,所述卡线部上设有卡线板,所述卡线板与卡线部可拆卸连接,所述卡线板与卡线部内壁之间设有布线通道。通过在柜体上设置卡线部,从而能够为排线提供布线通道,且通过设置的卡线板能够将数据线布置在卡线部中。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种便于排线的服务器机柜。
背景技术
服务器机柜,用来组合安装面板、插件、插箱、电子元件、器件和机械零件与部件,使其构成一个整体的安装箱。服务器机柜由框架和盖板(门)组成,一般具有长方体的外形,它为电子设备正常工作提供相适应的环境和安全防护。服务器机柜具有良好的技术性能,机柜的结构应具有良好的刚度和强度以及良好的电磁隔离、接地、噪声隔离、通风散热等性能。但是现有的服务器机柜往往不方便排线,目前在进行排线时,均是采用扎带进行绑紧,这样操作较繁琐,且扎带不能松动。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种便于排线的服务器机柜。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种便于排线的服务器机柜,包括柜体,所述柜体上设有向外突出的卡线部,所述卡线部上设有卡线板,所述卡线板与卡线部可拆卸连接,所述卡线板与卡线部内壁之间设有布线通道。
如上所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,进一步说明为,所述卡线板上设有连接头,所述卡线部上设有与连接头相适配的连接槽,所述连接槽沿卡线部长度方向贯通。
如上所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,进一步说明为,所述连接头横截面为燕尾状。
如上所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,进一步说明为,所述卡线板的端部设有挡板,所述挡板采用弹性材质制成。
本发明的有益效果是:通过在柜体上设置卡线部,从而能够为排线提供布线通道,且通过设置的卡线板能够将数据线布置在卡线部中。

下面结合附图对本发明实施方式做进一步的阐述。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,包括柜体1,所述柜体1上设有向外突出的卡线部2,所述卡线部2上设有卡线板3,所述卡线板3与卡线部2可拆卸连接,具体的可以在所述卡线板3上设有连接头5,所述卡线部2上设有与连接头5相适配的连接槽,所述连接槽沿卡线部2长度方向贯通,从而即可实现卡线板3与卡线部2可拆卸连接,进一步的为了连接更加稳定,可以将所述连接头5横截面设置为燕尾状。
所述卡线板3与卡线部2内壁之间设有布线通道4,从而便于数据线的走线,为了避免数据线从布线通道4中移出,可以在所述卡线板3的端部设有挡板6,所述挡板6采用弹性材质制成。

1.一种便于排线的服务器机柜,其特征在于:包括柜体,所述柜体上设有向外突出的卡线部,所述卡线部上设有卡线板,所述卡线板与卡线部可拆卸连接,所述卡线板与卡线部内壁之间设有布线通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,其特征在于:所述卡线板上设有连接头,所述卡线部上设有与连接头相适配的连接槽,所述连接槽沿卡线部长度方向贯通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,其特征在于:所述连接头横截面为燕尾状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于排线的服务器机柜,其特征在于:所述卡线板的端部设有挡板,所述挡板采用弹性材质制成。
