Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above-mentioned deficiencies of the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an article access method based on an intelligent cabinet and an intelligent cabinet, which aim to solve the problems in the prior art that an exclusive grid and a shared grid in an intelligent cabinet are incompatible and the utilization efficiency of the grid is low.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a method for storing and retrieving items based on an intelligent cabinet, the intelligent cabinet comprising a plurality of compartments, the method comprising:
acquiring the grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet, acquiring the grid use information of the intelligent cabinet, and adjusting the grid configuration type according to the grid use information;
detecting a delivery instruction, acquiring identity information of a deliverer, and judging whether the deliverer has delivery authority or not according to the identity information;
if the postman has delivery authority, acquiring the type of a delivery instruction and the type of the grid configuration of the intelligent cabinet, and opening a corresponding grid according to the type of the delivery instruction and the type of the grid configuration;
detecting a pickup instruction, acquiring an identity of a pickup person, and judging whether the pickup person has pickup permission according to the identity;
and if the pickup person has pickup authority, acquiring the article corresponding to the pickup person, and opening the lattice corresponding to the article.
Optionally, the detecting a delivery instruction, obtaining identity information of a courier, and determining whether the courier has a delivery right according to the identity information includes:
detecting a delivery instruction, acquiring login information of a deliverer, and verifying the login information;
after the verification is successful, acquiring the identity information of the postman;
and judging whether the postman has the delivery authority of the current cabinet machine or not according to the identity information.
Optionally, the postman has delivery authority, obtains the type of the delivery instruction and the configuration type of the slot of the intelligent cabinet, and opens the corresponding slot according to the type of the delivery instruction and the configuration type of the slot, including:
if the postman has the delivery authority of the current cabinet machine, acquiring user information bound with the information mark according to the information mark of the article to be delivered;
acquiring the type of the current delivered goods and the type of the current grid configuration of the intelligent cabinet;
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is the grid exclusive sharing type, opening the corresponding grid according to the user information;
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is not the exclusive type of the grid, judging whether the current user has an article which is not taken at the grid or not according to the user information, if so, opening the grid corresponding to the article which is not taken; if not, opening an idle grid at random.
Optionally, if the courier has the delivery authority, obtaining the type of the delivery instruction and the type of the configuration of the bay of the intelligent cabinet, and after opening the corresponding bay according to the type of the delivery instruction and the type of the configuration of the bay, the method includes:
and sending article arrival prompt information to the user according to the user information after detecting that the postman puts articles into the opened grid and the grid is closed.
Optionally, the detecting a pickup instruction, obtaining an identity of the pickup person, and determining whether the pickup person has a pickup right according to the identity, includes:
detecting a pickup instruction and acquiring the identity of a pickup person;
and acquiring the information of the pickup person according to the identity, and judging whether the pickup person has pickup permission or not according to the pickup person information.
Optionally, if the current configuration type of the bay of the intelligent cabinet is the bay sharing type, opening the corresponding bay according to the user information includes:
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is the grid exclusive sharing type, acquiring a house number to be delivered according to user information;
and singly selecting or more house numbers to be delivered on the current operation page, and controlling to open the selected house numbers.
Optionally, if the configuration type of the current bay of the intelligent cabinet is not the bay exclusive type, judging whether the current user has an unaccounted item at the bay according to the user information, and if so, opening the bay corresponding to the unaccounted item; if not, randomly opening an idle cell, including:
if the current grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is not the grid exclusive type, acquiring the house number of the user according to the user information;
judging whether the house number of the user has an article which is not taken;
if the room number of the user has the non-taken article at the grid opening of the current intelligent cabinet, opening the corresponding grid opening storing the non-taken article;
if the room number of the user does not have the article at the cell of the current intelligent cabinet, judging whether the current intelligent cabinet has a free cell, and if so, randomly opening one free cell; and if no spare cell exists, prompting that no spare cell exists.
Another embodiment of the present invention further provides an intelligent cabinet, including:
at least one processor; and the number of the first and second groups,
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform the intelligent cabinet-based item access method described above.
Yet another embodiment of the present invention provides a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, wherein the non-transitory computer-readable storage medium stores computer-executable instructions, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform the above-mentioned intelligent cabinet-based item access method.
Another embodiment of the invention provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the above-described intelligent cabinet based item access method.
Has the advantages that: the embodiment of the invention can realize dynamic adjustment of the configuration type of the intelligent cabinet, can use the intelligent cabinet to deliver articles such as letters, newspapers and express, and the like, and can deliver the articles to the corresponding cell according to the cell configuration type by a deliverer, thereby improving the utilization efficiency of the cell.
Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and effects of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is described in further detail below. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for storing and retrieving articles based on an intelligent cabinet according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. The intelligent cabinet in the embodiment of the invention comprises a plurality of grids, as shown in figure 1, the intelligent cabinet comprises the following steps:
s100, acquiring a grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet, acquiring grid use information of the intelligent cabinet, and adjusting the grid configuration type according to the grid use information;
s200, detecting a delivery instruction, acquiring identity information of a deliverer, judging whether the deliverer has delivery authority according to the identity information, if so, executing S300, and if not, executing S700;
s300, acquiring the type of the delivery instruction and the type of the grid configuration of the intelligent cabinet, and opening a corresponding grid according to the type of the delivery instruction and the type of the grid configuration;
s400, detecting a pickup instruction, acquiring an identity of a pickup person, judging whether the pickup person has pickup authority according to the identity, if so, executing S500, and if not, executing S600;
s500, acquiring an article corresponding to the pickup person, and opening a lattice corresponding to the article;
s600, prompting that no delivery authority exists;
and step S700, prompting that no pickup right exists.
In specific implementation, the intelligent cabinet in the step S100 is a letter-newspaper express cabinet formed by fusing letters and newspapers and express. The grid configuration types of the intelligent cabinet are independent sharing and sharing. When the grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is exclusive sharing, one intelligent cabinet ensures that all users in one community have one corresponding grid, and therefore grids with the same number as all room numbers of the number of buildings in the community need to be set. Specifically, the intelligent cabinet can be formed by additionally arranging auxiliary cabinets with grids the number of which is the same as that of all rooms on the current express cabinet, so that the main cabinet of the intelligent cabinet is used for storing and taking express, and the auxiliary cabinets of the intelligent cabinet are used for storing letters and newspapers. For example, when an operator creates a community, the operator sets a sharing and exclusive compatible mode for the community cabinet, and firstly, the number of the released cabinet cells is guaranteed to be at least the proportion of 1 user to 1 cell in terms of hardware. The background can be provided with a switch for locking the case openings of the cabinet machine, if the case is required to be shared independently, the background sets the number of the case openings of the number of locking cases, room numbers and the like, only supports the postman to deliver letters and newspapers, and does not support the couriers to deliver express mails. Finally, when a postman (letter and newspaper) delivers letters and newspapers, one room number can only select one cell, and one cell can support the delivery of a plurality of letters and newspapers. When all the deliverers deliver the mail, the compartment occupied by the house number is opened by selecting the house number, and when the box is full, the deliverers can inform the users to take out or send letters and newspapers to the homes of the users.
When the grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is sharing. For example, the intelligent cabinet is preset with the grids with the same number as all house numbers of buildings in the community, and each grid can be used for storing express and storing letters and newspapers. The house number and the lattice have no binding relationship, when a postman delivers for the first time, the randomly recommended lattice is the lattice for storing the letter and the newspaper of the house number, and if the user takes out the letter and the newspaper; the next letter delivery may be using another slot.
In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the grid, in use, the grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is obtained, the grid use information of the intelligent cabinet is obtained, if the grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is the type, the use occupancy of the grid of the express cabinet is more than 90% for a continuous period of time, and the use occupancy of the grid in the mailbox is less than 50%, the current grid configuration type can be adjusted from exclusive sharing to sharing. The house number and the lattice have no binding relationship, when a postman delivers for the first time, the randomly recommended lattice is the lattice for storing the letters and the newspapers of the house number, and if the user takes out the lattice; the next letter delivery may be using another slot.
The intelligent cabinet is provided with an operation display screen in the step S200, when an operation interface of the operation display screen detects a delivery instruction, the operation interface enters a login page, identity information of a deliverer is obtained on the login page, whether the deliverer has delivery authority or not is obtained according to the identity information, and if the delivery authority does not exist, the fact that the delivery authority does not exist is prompted.
In step S300, the delivery instruction is the type of the delivery item, if the deliverer has delivery authority, the role of the deliverer is selected, the type of the item to be delivered enters the homepage of the deliverer, the configuration type of the current slot of the intelligent cabinet is obtained, the number of the stairway is selected, and the corresponding slot is controlled to be opened. If the door is opened, the customer service telephone can be called to inform the operation and maintenance personnel to solve the problem.
And S400, after a pickup instruction is detected on an operation interface on the intelligent cabinet, verifying login information of a pickup person, acquiring whether the pickup person has pickup permission after the verification is successful, and if the pickup permission does not exist, prompting that the pickup permission does not exist.
In step S500, if the pickup person has pickup permission, the article corresponding to the pickup person is acquired, and the cell corresponding to the article is opened, and if the opening of the cell fails, the customer service telephone can be dialed to notify the operation and maintenance staff of the solution.
Further, step S200 includes:
detecting a delivery instruction, acquiring login information of a deliverer, and verifying the login information;
after the verification is successful, acquiring the identity information of the postman;
and judging whether the postman has the delivery authority of the current cabinet machine or not according to the identity information.
In specific implementation, the operation interface detects that the delivery instruction enters a postman login page, and the postman login mode includes but is not limited to App login through an express cabinet, login through a mobile phone account password, card swiping and the like. Taking the selection of swiping the delivery card as an example, the intelligent cabinet judges whether the card is valid, if so, the login is successful, and if not, the login is failed. And after the intelligent cabinet verifies that the postman successfully logs in, acquiring the identity information of the postman. And judging whether the postman has the delivery authority of the current cabinet machine or not according to the identity information, and if not, prompting no authority. If yes, executing the subsequent delivery step.
Optionally, step S300 includes:
if the postman has the delivery authority of the current cabinet machine, acquiring user information bound with the information mark according to the information mark of the article to be delivered;
acquiring the type of the current delivered goods and the type of the current grid configuration of the intelligent cabinet;
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is the grid exclusive sharing type, opening the corresponding grid according to the user information;
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is not the exclusive type of the grid, judging whether the current user has an article which is not taken at the grid or not according to the user information, if so, opening the grid corresponding to the article which is not taken; if not, opening an idle grid at random.
Further, if the current configuration type of the slots of the intelligent cabinet is the slot sharing type, opening the corresponding slots according to the user information, including:
if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is the grid exclusive sharing type, acquiring a house number to be delivered according to user information; and singly selecting or more house numbers to be delivered on the current operation page, and controlling to open the selected house numbers.
Further, if the configuration type of the grid of the current intelligent cabinet is not the exclusive type of the grid, judging whether the current user has an article which is not taken at the grid or not according to the user information, if so, opening the grid corresponding to the article which is not taken; if not, randomly opening an idle cell, including:
if the current grid configuration type of the intelligent cabinet is not the grid exclusive type, acquiring the house number of the user according to the user information;
judging whether the house number of the user has an article which is not taken;
if the room number of the user has the non-taken article at the grid opening of the current intelligent cabinet, opening the corresponding grid opening storing the non-taken article;
if the room number of the user does not have the article at the cell of the current intelligent cabinet, judging whether the current intelligent cabinet has a free cell, and if so, randomly opening one free cell; and if no spare cell exists, prompting that no spare cell exists.
In specific implementation, the information mark of the article to be delivered includes, but is not limited to, pickup information and category of the article to be delivered, if the deliverer has delivery authority of the current cabinet machine, pickup information and article type of the article to be delivered are obtained, and a configuration type of a grid port of the current intelligent cabinet is obtained, taking the article type as a letter newspaper as an example,
if the configuration type of the cell is single-sharing, the cell number is selected singly or more on the current delivery page, after the determination, the corresponding cell is controlled to be opened, whether the door is opened or not is judged, if yes, the fault is prompted, and if not, the cell door is closed after the letter and newspaper are delivered successfully;
if the configuration type of the lattice is sharing, taking articles as letters and newspapers as an example, sharing can only select a room number singly, clicking a building to select a building structure to be delivered, clicking the room number to select a room number to be delivered, if the room number has letters and newspapers, opening the lattice of the existing letters and newspapers to continue delivery, judging whether the door is open to be faulty or not, if the door is faulty, prompting the fault, and if the door is not faulty, closing the door after the letters and newspapers are successfully delivered; if no letter or newspaper is sent under the house number, randomly selecting an idle cell again for delivery; if no spare cell is available, prompting to select the mailbox with the spare cell. After the free cell opening is randomly opened, whether the door is opened to be in fault is judged, if yes, the fault is prompted, and if not, the cell opening door is closed after the letter and newspaper are successfully delivered.
Further, step S300 further includes:
and sending article arrival prompt information to the user according to the user information after detecting that the postman puts articles into the opened grid and the grid is closed.
When the intelligent cabinet is specifically implemented, in order to facilitate the user to check and receive the articles in time, the intelligent cabinet sends article arrival prompt information to the user after a deliverer puts the articles into the opened lattice and the lattice is closed.
Optionally, step S400 includes:
detecting a pickup instruction and acquiring the identity of a pickup person;
and acquiring the information of the pickup person according to the identity, and judging whether the pickup person has pickup permission or not according to the pickup person information.
In specific implementation, taking a letter and newspaper as an example, a cabinet machine home page letter and newspaper taking inlet is used, a user can select three modes of scanning codes to take the letter and newspaper, taking a room password to take the letter and newspaper, and swiping a business owner card to take the letter and newspaper, and the three modes are respectively described below.
The wechat scanning code letter taking specifically comprises the following steps that a user uses a wechat scanning code to take a letter and a newspaper, and a mobile phone needs to be bound with a micro signal of a letter and newspaper taking express cabinet: if the mobile phone number is bound, the background system directly opens the door if the mobile phone number is not required to be informed, and pops up a temporary informing prompt if the mobile phone number is not required to be informed; if the user does not bind the mobile phone number, the mobile phone end pops up a bound mobile phone number page, and after the binding is successful, the user can scan the code to obtain a letter and a newspaper. Meanwhile, the background system can check whether the mobile phone user has the delivered express mail, if so, the express mail taking information is pushed, the express mail can be directly taken by clicking, and the express mail can be continuously taken after the express mail is taken.
Selecting a building number to fetch the letter newspaper specifically comprises the steps that a user selects a building and a room number, after a room password is input, the system judges whether a letter newspaper exists under the room number, if yes, a corresponding grid opening is opened, and the user finishes fetching the letter newspaper and closes the door; meanwhile, the background system can check whether the delivered express mail exists under the house number, if so, the express mail information is pushed and taken, the express mail can be directly taken by clicking, and the express mail can be continuously taken after the express mail is taken.
The card swiping and letter taking report specifically comprises the following steps: the cabinet machine end supports the condition that a user swipes the owner card to fetch the letter and newspaper under the condition of no network environment, and if the card letter and newspaper cabinet cannot be read, the card is popped out to give an invalid prompt. Meanwhile, the cabinet machine end also supports other people to swipe cards to fetch letters and newspapers when screen operation is carried out, but if the cards are invalid, the other people operate the screen, and the cabinet machine end does not have card invalid prompt.
The intelligent cabinet in the embodiment of the invention needs to be set by the background of the operation system, and the specific setting contents are as follows:
background operation is divided into two levels of management: the community management system comprises an operation channel and a community manager, wherein the operation channel operates a plurality of communities, and the community manager only manages one community.
Creating community information: wherein, the use mode of the letter and report port needs to be set: sharing, and compatibility.
If the exclusive grid is selected, one-to-one association between the cabinet machine grid and the house number needs to be configured in the background;
if the sharing mode is selected, the association between the cabinet machine grid and the house number does not need to be set in the background;
if the mode compatible with the two is selected, the number of the community cabinet machine grids is ensured to be larger than or equal to the number of the rooms: when the number of the cabinet machine grids is equal to the number of the house, the number of the grids which are used as letters and newspapers does not need to be configured and locked when sharing is switched to be exclusive; when the number of the grid openings of the cabinet machine is larger than the number of the rooms, the number/proportion of the locking grid openings can be manually configured, and the number of the grid openings in different sizes and models is selected.
If a community wants to have an independent express cabinet and also wants to put in the shared express cabinet, and wants to create an independent and shared compatible express rule, two different communities can be created to realize the two modes, and after the two communities are associated, a community manager can simultaneously manage the two communities.
The channel operation needs to maintain community information, open community account, maintain building information, maintain house number information, maintain owner mobile phone information, maintain owner card information, maintain postman authority, maintain delivery card information; adding and distributing the letter and newspaper cabinets to communities, if the background sets the use mode of the cabinet machine to be exclusive, the grid of the community cabinet machine and the house number need to be set in a related mode, if sharing is carried out, the function is not available, and if exclusive sharing and sharing are compatible, the number of locking grids needs to be set.
The community manager can maintain the information of the community buildings, the information of house numbers, the information of owner mobile phones, the information of owner cards, the authority of postmen and the information of delivery cards; if the background sets the use mode of the cabinet machine to be exclusive, the community cabinet machine grid and the house number need to be set in a related mode, and if the use mode is sharing, the community cabinet machine grid and the house number do not have the function.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an intelligent cabinet, as shown in fig. 2, the intelligent cabinet 10 includes:
one or more processors 110 and a memory 120, where one processor 110 is illustrated in fig. 2, the processor 110 and the memory 120 may be connected by a bus or other means, and the connection by the bus is illustrated in fig. 2.
The processor 110 is used to implement various control logic for the electronic device 10, which may be a general purpose processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), a single chip microcomputer, an ARM (Acorn RISC machine) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic, discrete hardware components, or any combination of these components. Also, the processor 110 may be any conventional processor, microprocessor, or state machine. Processor 110 may also be implemented as a combination of computing devices, e.g., a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in conjunction with a DSP core, or any other such configuration.
The memory 120, which is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions corresponding to the method for accessing items based on the intelligent cabinet in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 110 executes various functional applications and data processing of the electronic device 10, namely, implements the intelligent cabinet-based article access method in the above-described method embodiments, by executing the nonvolatile software programs, instructions and units stored in the memory 120.
The memory 120 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an application program required to operate the electronic device, at least one function; the stored data area may store data created from use of the electronic device 10, and the like. Further, the memory 120 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 120 optionally includes memory located remotely from processor 110, which may be connected to electronic device 10 via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more units are stored in the memory 120 and, when executed by the one or more processors 110, perform the intelligent cabinet-based item access method of any of the above-described method embodiments, e.g., performing the above-described method steps S100-S700 of fig. 1.
The intelligent cabinet 10 can execute the method for storing and taking articles based on the intelligent cabinet provided by the embodiment of the invention, and has corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. For technical details that are not described in detail in the embodiment of the intelligent cabinet 10, reference may be made to the method for accessing items based on the intelligent cabinet provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for execution by one or more processors, for example, to perform method steps S100-S700 in fig. 1 described above.
Another embodiment of the invention provides a computer program product comprising a computer program stored on a non-volatile computer readable storage medium, the computer program comprising program instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the intelligent cabinet based item access method of the above method embodiment. For example, the method steps S100 to S700 in fig. 1 described above are performed.
The above described embodiments of the intelligent cabinet are merely illustrative, wherein the units illustrated as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and the components displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the scheme of the embodiment.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the embodiments may be implemented by software plus a general hardware platform, and may also be implemented by hardware. With this in mind, the above-described technical solutions may be embodied in the form of a software product, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc., and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the methods of the various embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.
