According to the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the same delivery box is provided with a plurality of delivery box doors, and different doors are provided with different sizes, so that different functions can be realized, for example, when small pieces are delivered, the door with the small size can be directly opened for small piece delivery when the object to be delivered has the use right of the delivery box, when large pieces are delivered, the door with the large size is required to be opened for large piece delivery, when no idle delivery box exists, the door with the large size of a non-idle delivery box is required to be opened, the identity of a user is required to be verified before the door is opened, and only when the identity verification is passed, the corresponding delivery box opening operation is executed for delivery, so that the safety of articles or documents which are stored in the delivery box when the non-idle delivery box is used is ensured, and the utilization rate of the delivery box is improved. The delivery method is used in the enterprise, so that the enterprise presenter can conveniently deliver the bill, the financial staff can conveniently return the bill and distribute the bill, and the documents or the articles in the enterprise can be delivered, and the delivery and distribution efficiency of the bill and the articles in the enterprise is improved. In addition, the added cabinet door with small size only needs to judge the membership information of the object to be delivered and judge whether the object has the authority to use the delivery cabinet or not and does not need to verify the identity of the user when the delivery box is not full, so that the universality of using the delivery cabinet is improved.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, when the received delivery instruction is a receipt-returning distribution/item-distribution instruction, it is determined whether there is an idle delivery cabinet; when an idle delivery cabinet exists, verifying the identity information of delivery personnel; and when the identity information passes the verification, opening the corresponding cabinet door and acquiring the information of the addressee.
According to the embodiment, a plurality of delivery options are set on a use interface of the delivery cabinet according to requirements, such as receipt return distribution and article distribution. The method for acquiring the recipient information can be receiving the recipient information input by the user, or calling the document and submitting the recipient information according to the document number.
Taking the received article distribution instruction as an example, firstly, judging whether an idle delivery cabinet exists, verifying user identity information when the idle delivery cabinet exists, selecting an idle large cabinet door for receiving/taking the article to be delivered to open the cabinet after the verification is passed, and receiving recipient information input by a user, wherein the recipient information can be a mobile phone number of the recipient.
Taking the received order-returning distribution instruction as an example, firstly, judging whether an idle delivery cabinet exists, verifying the identity information of a user when the idle delivery cabinet exists, scanning or inputting the order-returning document number after the verification is passed, opening an idle cabinet door when the order-returning document is judged to have the delivery cabinet use authority according to the membership information of the document number, clicking and confirming after the document is delivered, generating an item-taking code, and recording the item-taking code to a database.
According to the delivery method of the intelligent delivery cabinet, provided by the embodiment of the invention, receipt return and article distribution inside an enterprise are realized by receiving the receipt return and article distribution instruction, so that the receipt return efficiency and the article distribution efficiency of the enterprise are improved.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes: when the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered receives the delivery instruction, the corresponding cabinet door is opened according to the received delivery cabinet opening instruction.
Illustratively, when the delivery instruction is received by the cabinet door for receiving/fetching the to-be-delivered object, a plurality of delivery cabinets which can be opened, namely delivery cabinets which are not full, are displayed on the use interface, and the user can select any openable delivery cabinet on the use interface to open the corresponding cabinet door.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes: determining whether the delivery box is in a fully loaded state; and when the delivery box is not fully loaded, opening the delivery box. The determination method of whether the vehicle is fully loaded is the steps in the above embodiments, and is not described herein again.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes: and when the delivery box is detected to finish the delivery of the objects to be delivered, displaying prompt information. The method for detecting the delivery of the to-be-delivered objects in the delivery box can be that an infrared butt joint detection device is arranged in the cabinet door. When the input document is detected, the prompt information is displayed on the use interface, and the prompt information can be as follows: if the delivery is successful, please close the door. The specific content of the prompt information is not limited in this embodiment, and can be determined by those skilled in the art as needed.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes:
when the delivery of the object to be delivered is finished, obtaining delivery information; and sending pickup information to the terminal according to the delivery information.
Illustratively, the delivery information may be the number information of the delivered bill or the recipient information input by the user. According to the delivery information, the mode of sending pickup information to the terminal can be that corresponding document presenter information is called according to the delivered document number information, pickup notice and verification codes are automatically sent to the corresponding presenter terminal in a short message mode according to the document presenter information, and documents or articles are picked up through the pickup codes; or automatically sending a pickup notice and a verification code to a receiver in a short message mode according to the receiver information input by the user, and picking up the file or the article through the pickup code.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes:
first, when a package mailing instruction is received, authentication information is received.
Illustratively, the identity authentication information may be identification card information and face information. The embodiment displays a packaging mailing option on a delivery cabinet using an interface, and receives identity authentication information when the packaging mailing option selected by a user is received. The identity authentication information can be obtained by setting identity card scanning and identity authentication devices such as camera equipment and the like outside the delivery cabinet for receiving. The verification mode of the identity information can be that the identity card information and the face information of the user are compared with the courier information bound with the profit center and the company in advance.
Secondly, determining a delivery box authorized to take the delivery items and the number of the to-be-delivered items according to the identity authentication information; opening a delivery box authorized to take the delivery items and displaying the number of the delivered items; and when receiving a packaging completion instruction, generating packaging information according to the to-be-delivered objects in the delivery box.
Illustratively, after the identity authentication is passed, the company code and the profit center number of the user are determined, and the profit center bill cabinet authorized to take the bill and the bill pen number list are displayed on the use interface of the delivery cabinet. As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes: when a pickup instruction is received, verifying pickup information; and when the pickup information passes the verification, opening the corresponding delivery box and modifying the delivery state of the delivery box.
In an exemplary embodiment, the delivery cabinet use interface is provided with item picking and order returning picking options, a user selects different options according to the item picking type, selects different options, inputs a picking code after entering the picking interface, verifies the picking code with the local database, opens the corresponding cabinet door after the verification is passed, and correspondingly modifies the state of the delivery box into the picked state.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method further includes: receiving function configuration information of a delivery box; and determining the number of delivery boxes for different functions according to the function configuration information.
Illustratively, the functional configuration information includes delivery cabinet functions including a bill delivery box, a receipt return box and an item dispensing box, and the number of delivery cabinets corresponding to the functions. The configuration process of the function configuration information can be that after a delivery cabinet is clicked to use an interface carousel to enter an announcement page, an enterprise cloud server financial system initialization interface is requested, data of a receipt returning box and an article distribution box (other cabinet door default receipt delivery boxes) configured in a server financial system background are stored in an equipment local database, and when the receipt delivery boxes are insufficient, an idle receipt returning box or an article distribution box is preferentially used to improve the utilization rate of the receipt cabinet. A plurality of pieces of enterprise announcement information can be issued in the interface carousel graph.
The method in the embodiment further comprises the following steps: the delivery cabinet has a power-on self-checking function and a remote updating function. The power-on self-checking function of the delivery cabinet comprises the following steps: the cloud server can be connected through a network cable after the computer is started, network faults can be prompted when the connection is not finished, and the computer can be used without any prompt. For details, refer to the corresponding steps of the method in the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
As an alternative embodiment of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the delivery cabinet includes:
the identity authentication device 203 is used for authenticating the identity of the operator; the identity authentication device can comprise a camera living body detection face recognizer and an identity card reader.
And the identification information scanning device 204 is used for identifying the identification information of the to-be-delivered object, wherein the to-be-delivered object can be a receipt, and the identification information can be a two-dimensional code/bar code representing the affiliation information.
The touch display all-in-one machine 205 is configured to display information, where the displayed information includes operation information for implementing the method steps in this embodiment and a carousel map of the main interface, and multiple pieces of announcement information may be played in the carousel map.
A delivery detection component 206 for detecting the delivery status of the item to be delivered; the delivery detection assembly can be an infrared butt joint detection device arranged at the edge of the cabinet door.
A full load amount detection component 207 for detecting a full load state of the delivery box; the full load detection assembly may be an infrared docking detection device mounted at a predetermined height of the drop box, which may be 4/5 the height of the entire drop box.
As an optional implementation of this embodiment, the delivery box includes: a first cabinet door switch 208 for opening/closing the cabinet door for receiving the object to be delivered; and a second cabinet door switch 209 for opening/closing the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered.
As an optional implementation of this embodiment, the delivery box includes: the controller 202 includes a plurality of redundant communication components. The controller 202 is connected with a plurality of redundant communication assemblies, the redundant communication assemblies can be 485 interfaces, and a plurality of groups of cabinets can be additionally arranged according to scale requirements by performing mechanical linkage expansion on lock control versions of the 485 interfaces.
The embodiment of the invention provides a delivery device of an intelligent delivery cabinet, which comprises the following components as shown in figure 5:
the identification information acquisition module 301 is used for acquiring identification information of an object to be delivered when a delivery instruction is received;
the membership information determining module 302 is configured to obtain membership information of the to-be-delivered item according to the identification information of the to-be-delivered item, where the membership information includes sender information and/or receiver information of the to-be-delivered item;
the authority determining module 303 is used for determining whether the membership information of the to-be-delivered object has the authority to open the delivery cabinet;
and the delivery box opening module 304 is used for executing corresponding delivery box opening operation when the subordinate information of the object to be delivered has the authority of opening the delivery cabinet.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, the delivery box opening module 304 includes:
the first idle state judgment module is used for determining whether the delivery box is in an idle state or not when a delivery request is received;
the first delivery box opening sub-module is used for opening the delivery box when the delivery box is in an idle state;
and the first identity verification module is used for verifying the identity information of the user initiating the delivery request when the delivery box is in a non-idle state and opening the corresponding delivery box for the delivery instruction passing the identity verification.
As an optional embodiment of the present application, each delivery box comprises at least two doors with different sizes, which are communicated with each other, at least one door of the at least two doors with different sizes is used for receiving an object to be delivered, and at least one door is used for receiving/taking the object to be delivered; the delivery box opening module 304 includes:
the second idle state judgment module is used for determining whether the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered is in an idle state or not when the received delivery instruction is a large item delivery instruction;
and the second identity verification module is used for verifying the identity information of delivery personnel when the cabinet door for receiving/taking the to-be-delivered objects is in a non-idle state, and opening the corresponding cabinet door for receiving/taking the to-be-delivered objects according to a large delivery order passing the identity verification.
As an alternative embodiment of the present application, the delivery box opening module 304 includes:
the third idle state judgment module is used for judging whether an idle delivery cabinet exists or not when the received delivery instruction is a receipt return distribution/article distribution instruction;
the third identity authentication module is used for authenticating the identity information of delivery personnel when an idle delivery cabinet exists;
and the second delivery box opening sub-module is used for opening the corresponding cabinet door and acquiring the information of the addressee when the identity information passes the verification.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
and the third delivery box opening submodule is used for opening the corresponding cabinet door according to the received delivery cabinet opening instruction when the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered receives the delivery instruction.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
a full load determination module for determining whether the delivery box is in a full load state;
and the fourth delivery box opening sub-module is used for opening the delivery box when the delivery box is not fully loaded.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
and the prompt module is used for displaying prompt information when the delivery box is detected to finish the delivery of the object to be delivered.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
the delivery information acquisition module is used for acquiring delivery information when the delivery of the object to be delivered is finished;
and the communication module is used for sending pickup information to the terminal according to the delivery information.

the fourth identity verification module is used for receiving identity authentication information when receiving the packaging mailing instruction;

the fifth delivery box opening sub-module is used for opening the delivery box authorized to pick up the delivery items and displaying the number of the to-be-delivered items;
and the packaging information generating module is used for generating packaging information according to the to-be-delivered objects in the delivery box when the packaging finishing instruction is received.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
the verification module is used for verifying the pickup information when receiving the pickup instruction;
and the sixth delivery box opening sub-module is used for opening the corresponding delivery box and modifying the delivery state of the delivery box when the pickup information passes the verification.
As an optional implementation manner of the present application, the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery apparatus further includes:
the configuration information receiving module is used for receiving the function configuration information of the delivery box;
and the function distribution module is used for determining the number of the delivery boxes for different functions according to the function configuration information.
The embodiment of the present application also provides an electronic device, as shown in fig. 6, including a processor 410 and a memory 420, where the processor 410 and the memory 420 may be connected by a bus or in other manners.
Processor 410 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU). The Processor 410 may also be other general purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, or combinations thereof.
The memory 420, which is a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, may be used to store non-transitory software programs, non-transitory computer executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method in embodiments of the present invention. The processor executes various functional applications and data processing of the processor by executing non-transitory software programs, instructions, and modules stored in the memory.
The memory 420 may include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created by the processor, and the like. Further, the memory may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-transitory memory, such as at least one disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-transitory solid state storage device. In some embodiments, memory 420 may optionally include memory located remotely from the processor, which may be connected to the processor via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The one or more modules are stored in the memory 420 and, when executed by the processor 410, perform the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.
The details of the electronic device may be understood with reference to the corresponding related description and effects in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and are not described herein again.
This embodiment also provides a computer storage medium, where computer-executable instructions are stored, and the computer-executable instructions can execute any of the method embodiments 1 described above in the delivery method for the intelligent delivery cabinet. The storage medium may be a magnetic Disk, an optical Disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Flash Memory (Flash Memory), a Hard Disk (Hard Disk Drive, abbreviated as HDD), a Solid State Drive (SSD), or the like; the storage medium may also comprise a combination of memories of the kind described above.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Claims (19)

1. An intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a delivery instruction is received, acquiring identification information of an object to be delivered;
obtaining membership information of the to-be-delivered object according to the identification information of the to-be-delivered object, wherein the membership information comprises sender information and/or receiver information of the to-be-delivered object;
determining whether the membership information of the object to be delivered has the authority of opening a delivery cabinet;
and when the membership information of the object to be delivered has the authority of opening the delivery cabinet, executing corresponding delivery box opening operation.
2. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the membership information of the to-be-delivered item has the authority to open a delivery cabinet, the corresponding delivery box opening operation is performed, comprising:
determining whether the delivery box is in an idle state;
when the delivery box is in an idle state, opening the delivery box;
and when the delivery box is in a non-idle state, verifying the identity information of the user who initiates the delivery request, and opening the corresponding delivery box for the delivery instruction passing the identity verification.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein each delivery box comprises at least two doors of different sizes communicating with each other, at least one of the doors of different sizes being used for receiving the object to be delivered and at least one door being used for receiving/retrieving the object to be delivered;
when the subordinate information of the object to be delivered has the authority of opening the delivery cabinet, executing corresponding delivery box opening operation, comprising:
when the received delivery instruction is a large delivery instruction, determining whether the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered is in an idle state;
when the cabinet door for receiving/taking the to-be-delivered objects is in a non-idle state, the identity information of delivery personnel is verified, and the corresponding cabinet door for receiving/taking the to-be-delivered objects is opened according to a large-piece order-throwing instruction passing the identity verification.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the membership information of the to-be-delivered item has the authority to open a delivery cabinet, the corresponding delivery box opening operation is performed, comprising:
when the received delivery instruction is a receipt distribution/article distribution instruction, judging whether an idle delivery cabinet exists or not;
when an idle delivery cabinet exists, verifying the identity information of delivery personnel;
and when the identity information passes the verification, opening the corresponding cabinet door and acquiring the information of the addressee.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising: when the cabinet door for receiving/taking the object to be delivered receives the delivery instruction, the corresponding cabinet door is opened according to the received delivery cabinet opening instruction.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein when the membership information of the to-be-delivered item has the authority to open a delivery cabinet, the corresponding delivery box opening operation is performed, comprising:
determining whether the delivery box is fully loaded;
and when the delivery box is not fully loaded, opening the delivery box.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and when the delivery box is detected to finish the delivery of the objects to be delivered, displaying prompt information.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the delivery of the object to be delivered is finished, obtaining delivery information;
and sending pickup information to the terminal according to the delivery information.
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a packaging mailing instruction is received, receiving identity authentication information;
determining a delivery box authorized to take the delivery and the number of the to-be-delivered objects according to the identity authentication information;
opening the delivery box authorized to take the delivery items and displaying the number of the to-be-delivered items;
and when receiving a packaging completion instruction, generating packaging information according to the to-be-delivered objects in the delivery box.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a pickup instruction is received, verifying pickup information;
and when the pickup information passes the verification, opening the corresponding delivery box and modifying the delivery state of the delivery box.
11. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving function configuration information of a delivery box;
and determining the number of delivery boxes for different functions according to the function configuration information.
12. An intelligent delivery cabinet, comprising:
a plurality of delivery boxes;
a controller connected to the delivery box for performing the intelligent delivery cabinet delivery method of any of claims 1-11.
13. The intelligent delivery cabinet according to claim 12, wherein each delivery box comprises at least two doors of different sizes communicating with each other, at least one of the doors of different sizes is used for receiving the object to be delivered, and at least one door is used for receiving/taking the object to be delivered.
14. The intelligent delivery cabinet of claim 12, wherein the delivery cabinet comprises:
the identity authentication device is used for authenticating the identity of the operator;
the identification information scanning device is used for identifying the identification information of the object to be delivered;
the touch display all-in-one machine is used for displaying information;
the delivery detection assembly is used for detecting the delivery state of the object to be delivered;
and the full load detection component is used for detecting the full load state of the delivery box.
15. The intelligent delivery cabinet of claim 13, wherein the delivery box comprises:
a first cabinet door switch for opening/closing the cabinet door for receiving the object to be delivered;
and the second cabinet door switch is used for opening/closing the cabinet door for receiving/taking the objects to be delivered.
16. The intelligent delivery cabinet of claim 12, wherein the controller comprises a plurality of redundant communication components.
