Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
The intelligent parking management method provided by the application can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1, wherein the application environment comprises a base station, a parking space signal unit arranged corresponding to a parking space and a terminal corresponding to a vehicle, and the parking space can be a parking space in an open parking management area or a parking space in a closed parking management area; the parking space signal unit is communicated with the base station, and the use condition of the parking space can be determined according to the communication state change condition of the base station and the parking space signal unit; the terminal is communicated with the base station, and the base station is communicated with the terminal to acquire the identity information and the position information of the parking vehicle.
Specifically, the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is provided with four slots a1 to a4, and correspondingly provided with four slot signal units B1 to B4. For the parking space a1, since no vehicle is parked in the parking space a1, the communication condition between the parking space signal unit B1 corresponding to the parking space a1 and the base station is normal; for the parking space a2, a vehicle is parked in the parking space a2 at this time, the vehicle can be considered as an obstacle when the parking space signal unit B2 communicates with the base station, and due to the existence of the vehicle, the communication condition between the parking space signal unit B2 and the base station is interfered, so that the communication between the parking space signal unit B2 and the base station is abnormal; for the parking space A3, at this time, it may be considered that the vehicle in the parking space A3 is leaving the parking space A3, and at this time, the interference of the vehicle on the parking space signal unit B3 is gradually reduced, so that the communication between the parking space signal unit B3 and the base station gradually returns to normal; for the parking space a4, the vehicle completely leaves the parking space a4, and the vehicle does not interfere with the parking space signal unit B4, so that the communication condition between the parking space signal unit B4 and the base station is recovered to normal.
For space a2, when the vehicle stops at space a2, the base station communicates with the terminal of the vehicle to obtain the identity information of the vehicle and also determines the starting time of the vehicle. When the base station determines that the vehicle leaves the parking space A2 through the communication with the parking space signal unit B2, the base station determines the end time of parking the vehicle, so that the parking situation can be managed according to the start time and the end time of parking the vehicle.
Further, the base station in fig. 1 may be a parking space management base station, that is, the base station may simultaneously implement functions of communicating with a parking space signal unit, determining a parking condition of a corresponding parking space according to a communication condition, and managing the parking condition; the base station may also be a base station having only a communication function, and at this time, the application environment of the method in the present application further includes a (background) management device/apparatus/system (not shown in the figure), and the (background) management device/apparatus/system may determine the parking condition of the corresponding parking space according to the communication condition and manage the parking condition. For convenience of understanding, in the embodiments of the present application, the method of the present application is explained through a parking space management base station.
It is understood that the four slots in fig. 1 are only an example of the number of slots, and the number of slots may be other numbers. A single parking space is not limited to only corresponding to a single parking space signal unit in the application, the single parking space can also correspond to a plurality of signal units, and the number of the signal units corresponding to different parking spaces can be the same or different. Through setting up a plurality of parking stall signal units of single parking stall correspondence, can still communicate with parking stall management basic station through other parking stall signal units that this parking stall corresponds when some parking stall signal units can't normally work to the intelligent parking management method that this application provided still can be realized. In addition, set up a plurality of parking stall signal unit and also can realize occupying the detection of a plurality of parking stall circumstances to the whole car to can in time handle after this condition appears, prevent the condition of maliciously occuping the parking stall.
In addition, the terminal in this application can be but not limited to a vehicle-mounted terminal, a personal computer, a notebook computer, a smart phone, a tablet computer and a portable wearable device, as long as the terminal can communicate with the parking space management base station so that the parking space management base station obtains identity information corresponding to the terminal.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an intelligent parking management method is provided, which may be executed by a parking space management base station, and specifically includes the following steps:
step S100, when the communication with the parking space signal unit is monitored to be abnormal, the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit is obtained, the corresponding time is determined as the parking starting time corresponding to the vehicle identification, and the parking space signal unit corresponds to the parking space.
When the parking space is empty, the communication condition between the parking space signal unit and the parking space management base station is normal communication, when the parking space management base station detects that the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is abnormal, the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is obstructed, the corresponding parking space is considered to stop a vehicle at the moment, the parking space management base station acquires the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit, the identity information of the vehicle can be determined through the vehicle identification, and the vehicle identification can be a license plate number and the like. When the parking space management base station detects the communication abnormality, the corresponding time is determined as the parking start time of the vehicle.
It should be noted that, when the parking space signal unit communicates with the parking space management base station, the parking space signal unit may send communication information to the parking space management base station, or the parking space management base station may send a state detection instruction, and after detecting the state detection instruction, the parking space signal unit returns detection response information to the parking space management base station. In addition, the parking space signal unit and the parking space management base station can be in communication at regular time or in communication at irregular time.
And step S200, when the communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space signal unit is monitored to be recovered to be normal, determining the corresponding time as the parking ending time corresponding to the vehicle identification.
When the vehicle stops at the parking space, due to interference of the vehicle, the communication condition between the parking space signal unit of the parking space and the parking space management base station can continuously keep abnormal, and when the parking space management base station monitors that the communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space management base station is recovered to be normal, the fact that the vehicle stopping at the parking space leaves the parking space can be considered, namely the vehicle stops, at the moment, the parking space management base station determines the corresponding time as the parking ending time of the vehicle. The parking space management base station can acquire the parking condition of the vehicle through the parking starting time and the parking ending time of the vehicle, so that the parking condition can be managed.
It can be understood that, when determining the parking start time and the parking end time of the parked vehicle, the "corresponding time" may be a current time point of the corresponding time, or may be a time point that is a period of time ahead of or behind the current time point, for example, the parking space management base station may use the current time point when the communication abnormality is detected as the parking start time, or may use a time point that is one minute after the current time point when the communication abnormality is detected as the parking start time.
The embodiment provides an intelligent parking management method, which accurately judges the specific condition of a vehicle using a parking space according to the communication condition of a parking space management base station and a parking space signal unit, can determine that the vehicle currently stops at the parking space when communication is abnormal, acquires the vehicle identification of the vehicle and determines the parking starting time at the moment, can determine that the parked vehicle leaves the parking space when communication is recovered to be normal, and determines the parking ending time at the moment, so that the automatic management of vehicle parking is realized, in addition, the use time of the parking space can be accurately acquired according to the communication change condition, and the reliability of parking management can be improved. In addition, the intelligent parking management method can be realized by monitoring the communication condition with the parking space signal units, one parking space management base station can be communicated with a plurality of parking space signal units, so that a plurality of parking spaces can be managed, the parking space signal units can be arranged on the ground, a ground sensing device does not need to be arranged underground, and the construction and maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
In one embodiment, when the signal intensity of the received communication signal of the parking space signal unit is lower than a first preset intensity, and the duration that the signal intensity of the received communication signal is lower than the first preset intensity reaches a first preset duration, it is determined that the communication with the parking space signal unit is abnormal.
Referring to fig. 1, taking parking space a1 as an example, a vehicle is not parked in parking space a1, at this time, the parking space management base station normally communicates with parking space signal unit B1, and at this time, the signal strength of communication signal SB1 received by the parking space management base station is strongest, that is, SB1 is Smax; taking the parking space A3 as an example, at this time, it can be considered that the vehicle is gradually entering the parking space A3, and meanwhile, the vehicle also interferes with the communication between the parking space signal unit B3 and the parking space management base station, so that the signal intensity of the communication signal SB3 received by the parking space management base station is gradually reduced from Smax; taking the parking space a2 as an example, at this time, the vehicle is completely parked in the parking space a2, and meanwhile, the communication interference of the vehicle to the parking space signal unit B2 and the parking space management base station is also strongest, so that the signal intensity of the communication signal SB2 received by the parking space management base station is the minimum, that is, SB2 is Smin. Based on the above relationship of signal strength, the first preset strength ST1 is set in the present embodiment, and the value range of ST1 may be (Smin, Smax), and when the signal strength of the communication signal received by the parking space management base station is lower than the first preset strength ST1, it may be considered that a vehicle enters the parking space.
In addition, in consideration of the fact that there may be a situation that the vehicle uses the parking space to back up or avoid other vehicles "temporarily" in an actual scene, a first preset time duration is further set in this embodiment, and only when the time duration that the signal intensity of the communication signal received by the parking space management base station is lower than the first preset intensity reaches the first preset time duration, it indicates that the vehicle in the current parking space does not belong to the situation that the parking space is used "temporarily", at this time, it may be determined that the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is abnormal, that is, the vehicle is currently parked in the corresponding parking space, and the vehicle is parked in the parking space for the purpose of parking.
Whether this embodiment confirms communication between parking stall management basic station and the parking stall signal unit unusual through setting up first intensity of predetermineeing and length of time predetermineeing for first to can judge the parking condition of parking stall automatically, and can avoid "temporarily" using the parking stall because of the vehicle and lead to the condition of thinking by mistake that this vehicle parks at this parking stall, improve the degree of accuracy that parking stall management basic station judged the parking stall parking condition.
In one embodiment, acquiring a vehicle identification of a vehicle corresponding to a parking space signal unit includes: and receiving terminal communication information sent by a terminal corresponding to the vehicle, wherein the terminal communication information carries a vehicle identifier of the vehicle and a parking space signal unit identifier of a parking space signal unit, and the parking space signal unit identifier is obtained after the terminal is communicated with the parking space signal unit.
When the parking space management base station monitors that the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is abnormal, the corresponding parking space can be considered to be currently parked with a vehicle, and in order to manage the parking condition of the parking space, the parking space management base station needs to determine the identity information of the vehicle.
In this embodiment, after the vehicle stops at a certain parking space, the terminal corresponding to the vehicle communicates with the parking space signal unit corresponding to the parking space to obtain the parking space signal unit identifier of the parking space signal unit, and the parking space signal unit identifier may determine the corresponding parking space signal unit, so that the corresponding parking space may be determined.
After the terminal acquires the parking space signal unit identifier, the terminal can actively communicate with the parking space management base station, and the terminal communication information sent to the parking space management base station by the terminal carries the vehicle identifier and the parking space signal unit identifier, so that the parking space management base station can determine the corresponding relation between the vehicle and the parking space according to the terminal communication information.
Further, the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit is obtained, which can also be realized by the following steps: transmitting an identifier acquisition request; and receiving a request response returned by the terminal corresponding to the vehicle based on the identification acquisition request, wherein the request response carries the vehicle identification of the vehicle and the parking space signal unit identification of the parking space signal unit.
Specifically, after monitoring that communication with a parking space signal unit is abnormal, a parking space management base station transmits an identification acquisition request, and after a terminal detects the identification acquisition request, if a vehicle corresponding to the terminal stops at a parking space within a management range of the parking space management base station, the terminal communicates with the parking space signal unit corresponding to the parking space to acquire a corresponding parking space signal unit identification and returns a request response to the parking space management base station, wherein the request response carries the vehicle identification and the parking space signal unit identification, so that the parking space management base station can determine a corresponding relationship between the vehicle and the parking space according to the request response. In addition, if the vehicle corresponding to the terminal is not parked in the parking space within the management range of the parking space management base station, the identification acquisition request is discarded.
The embodiment provides two methods for acquiring vehicle identification information by the parking space management base station, and the parking space management base station can actively or passively acquire the vehicle identification and the parking space signal unit identification, so that the corresponding relationship between the vehicle and the parking space can be determined according to the vehicle identification and the parking space signal unit identification, and the parking space parking condition can be more scientifically managed.
In one embodiment, the parking space management base station may further obtain a vehicle identifier of a vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit by:
acquiring terminal communication information and vehicle position information corresponding to a vehicle, wherein the terminal communication information carries a vehicle identifier of the vehicle; matching target parking space position information corresponding to the vehicle position information from the preset parking space position information; and taking the vehicle identification of the vehicle as the vehicle identification corresponding to the parking space signal unit corresponding to the target parking space position information.
Specifically, when the terminal communicates with the parking space management base station, the sent terminal communication information carries a vehicle identifier. There are various information that the parking space management base station obtains the position of the vehicle, for example: (1) the terminal communication information sent by the terminal carries vehicle position information, and the parking space management base station directly acquires the vehicle position information according to the terminal communication information; (2) when the parking space management base station communicates with the base station, determining communication time/communication speed based on a request response returned by the terminal, determining the distance between the parking space management base station and the terminal according to the communication time/communication speed, and finally acquiring vehicle position information according to the distance; (3) the vehicle is located by other locating means to obtain vehicle position information, such as infrared locating or other locating methods.
After acquiring the vehicle position information, the parking space management base station matches target parking space position information that is consistent with (or approximately close to) the vehicle position information from the preset parking space position information, where the preset parking space position information may be that after the parking space is set, the corresponding position information is stored in the parking space management base station. After the target parking space position information is obtained through matching, the vehicle can be considered to be parked at the parking space corresponding to the target parking space position information, and therefore the vehicle identification of the vehicle is used as the vehicle identification corresponding to the parking space signal unit corresponding to the target parking space position information.
In this embodiment, the parking space management base station may determine the parking space corresponding to the vehicle according to the vehicle position information, so as to manage the parking space situation more scientifically.
In one embodiment, the intelligent parking management method further comprises the following steps: when the abnormal communication with the parking space signal unit is monitored, if the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit is not obtained, abnormal alarm information is output.
When the parking space management base station monitors that the communication with the parking space signal unit is abnormal, it is generally considered that a vehicle is currently parked in the corresponding parking space, however, a situation that the vehicle is not currently parked in the parking space may also exist, for example: and a certain obstacle shields the parking space signal unit, so that the communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space management base station is abnormal. At this time, if the parking space management base station does not acquire the vehicle identifier of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit, it can be considered that an abnormal condition exists in the parking space, and at this time, abnormal alarm information is output to remind relevant workers of performing relevant abnormal processing.
In the embodiment, when communication is abnormal, if the parking space management base station cannot normally acquire the vehicle identification information, an abnormal alarm is given, and the management reliability is improved.
In one embodiment, when the signal intensity of the received communication signal of the parking space signal unit reaches a second preset intensity, and the time length for the signal intensity of the received communication signal to reach the second preset intensity reaches a second preset time length, it is determined that the communication with the parking space signal unit is recovered to be normal.
Referring to fig. 1, taking parking space A3 as an example, it may be considered that a vehicle in parking space A3 is leaving parking space A3, at this time, the interference of the vehicle to the communication between the parking space signal unit B3 and the parking space management base station is gradually reduced, so that the signal intensity of the communication signal SB3 received by the parking space management base station is gradually increased from Smin, and when the vehicle completely leaves the parking space, SB3 is increased to Smax, therefore, the second preset intensity ST2 is set in this embodiment, and when the signal intensity of the communication signal received by the parking space management base station reaches the second preset intensity ST2, the vehicle may be considered to leave the parking space. Specifically, the value of the second preset intensity ST2 may be Smax.
In addition, in consideration of the fact that there may be a situation that the vehicle leaves the parking space temporarily to perform reversing in an actual scene, a second preset time duration is further set in this embodiment, and only when the time duration that the signal intensity of the communication signal received by the parking space management base station reaches the second preset intensity reaches the second preset time duration, it indicates that the vehicle in the current parking space does not belong to the situation that the vehicle leaves the parking space temporarily, and at this time, it may be determined that the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is recovered to be normal, that is, the vehicle belongs to the situation that the vehicle leaves the parking space really.
Whether the communication between the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit is recovered to be normal or not is determined by setting the second preset intensity and the second preset duration, so that the leaving condition of the vehicle in the parking space can be automatically judged, the condition that the vehicle is mistakenly considered to leave the parking space "really" due to the fact that the vehicle leaves the parking space "temporarily" can be avoided, and the accuracy of judging the parking space parking condition by the parking space management base station is improved.
In one embodiment, the intelligent parking management method further comprises at least one of:
first, after acquiring the vehicle identifier of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit, the current state of the parking space corresponding to the parking space signal unit is updated to the occupied state.
And secondly, after the communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space signal unit is monitored to be recovered to be normal, updating the current state of the parking space corresponding to the parking space signal unit to be an available state.
Specifically, when the intelligent parking management method in this embodiment includes the content of the first item, the parking space management base station sets the default current state of all the parking spaces as an available state, and when it is monitored that a vehicle is parked in a parking space, the current state of the parking space is modified into an occupied state, and at this time, a user can check the current state of the parking space through a terminal, so as to select the parking space in the available state to park.
When the intelligent parking management method in this embodiment includes the contents of the second item, the parking space management base station sets the default current state of all the parking spaces as an unavailable state, and modifies the current state of the parking space into an available state when monitoring that the communication with the parking space signal unit is normal, and at this time, the user can check the current state of the parking space through the terminal, so as to select the parking space in the available state to park.
In this embodiment, the parking stall management basic station can also communicate with the terminal that the vehicle corresponds to make the user know the parking stall in this parking stall management basic station's management scope in through the terminal in order to can make things convenient for the user to select suitable parking stall to park, make user's parking more convenient.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, an intelligent parking management method is provided, which may be executed by a parking space management base station, and specifically includes the following steps:
(1) the parking space management base station is communicated with the parking space signal unit;
(2) the parking space management base station judges whether the communication with the parking space signal unit is abnormal or not, if not, the judgment is continued, and if so, the next step is executed;
(3) the parking space management base station judges whether the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit can be acquired or not, if not, abnormal alarm information is output, and if the vehicle identification can be acquired, the next step is executed;
(4) the parking space management base station determines the corresponding time as the parking starting time corresponding to the vehicle identification, and updates the current state of the corresponding parking space to the occupied state;
(5) the parking space management base station judges whether the communication with the parking space signal unit is recovered to be normal or not, if not, the judgment is continued, and if the communication is recovered to be normal, the next step is executed;
(6) and (3) the parking space management base station determines the corresponding time as the parking ending time corresponding to the vehicle identification, updates the current state of the corresponding parking space into the available state and returns to the step (2).
It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-3 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-3 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, an intelligent parking management system is provided, which includes a parking space signal unit 100 and a parking space management base station 200.
The parking space signal unit 100 is disposed corresponding to a parking space. Specifically, a parking space signal unit may correspond to a parking space, and the parking space signal unit may be disposed at a central position or other positions of the parking space, so long as a projection of a vehicle parked at the parking space on the ground completely covers/partially covers the parking space signal unit, and it is ensured that the vehicle can interfere with communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space management base station. In addition, a plurality of parking space signal units may also correspond to one parking space, and at this time, a plurality of parking space signal units may be set in the projection range according to the projection range of the vehicle parked in the parking space on the ground, for example: the projection positions of the head and the tail of the vehicle are respectively provided with a parking space signal unit, and the projection position of the vehicle body can also be provided with one or more parking space signal units.
The parking space management base station 200 is in communication with the parking space signal unit 100, when the communication with the parking space signal unit is monitored to be abnormal, the vehicle identification of the vehicle corresponding to the parking space signal unit is obtained, the corresponding time is determined as the parking starting time corresponding to the vehicle identification, and the parking space signal unit corresponds to the parking space; and when the communication between the parking space signal unit and the parking space signal unit is monitored to be recovered to be normal, determining the corresponding time as the parking ending time corresponding to the vehicle identification. For specific limitations of the parking space management base station, reference may be made to the limitations in the foregoing intelligent parking management method, which is not described herein again.
The embodiment provides an intelligent parking management system, the system accurately judges the specific situation of using a parking space by a vehicle according to the communication situation of a parking space management base station and a parking space signal unit, when communication is abnormal, the system can determine that the vehicle is currently parked at the parking space, at the moment, the vehicle identification of the vehicle is acquired, the parking starting time is determined, when the communication is recovered to be normal, the system can determine that the parked vehicle leaves the parking space, at the moment, the parking ending time is determined, thereby realizing the automatic management of parking the vehicle, in addition, the parking space using time can be accurately acquired according to the communication change situation, and therefore the reliability of parking management can be improved. In addition, the system can realize intelligent parking management by monitoring the communication condition of the parking space management base station and the parking space signal unit, thereby reducing the construction and maintenance cost.
In one embodiment, the system further comprises a vehicle toll device 300 and/or a vehicle clearance device 400.
The vehicle charging device 300 is configured to obtain parking charging information corresponding to the vehicle identifier according to the parking start time and the parking end time, and charge the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle identifier according to the parking charging information. The vehicle release device 400 is used to release the vehicle.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, for the closed parking management area for charging, the system includes both the vehicle charging device 300 and the vehicle release device 400, i.e., when the vehicle charging device 300 completes charging, a vehicle release signal is output, and the vehicle release device 400 releases the vehicle according to the vehicle release signal. For an open parking management area for charging, the system may include only the vehicle charging device 300 to implement charging management for the parked vehicle.
Further, for a free parking management area, the system is provided with the vehicle charging device 300, and in this case, the system only needs to manage the parking situation without charging. It is understood that the vehicle release device 400 may be provided for a free closed parking management area, and the vehicle release device 400 may not be provided for a free open parking management area.
In another embodiment, the vehicle charging apparatus 300 is further configured to obtain parking charging information corresponding to the vehicle according to a time when the vehicle is first released by the vehicle releasing apparatus 400 (a time when the vehicle enters the parking area) and a time when the vehicle is subsequently released by the vehicle releasing apparatus 400 (a time when the vehicle leaves the parking area).
The vehicle charging apparatus 300 further includes the following steps when performing the charging process:
(1) parking charge information obtained from the parking start time and the parking end time is used as first charge information, and parking charge information obtained from the time when the vehicle is first released by the vehicle release device 400 (the time when the vehicle enters the parking area) and the time when the vehicle is subsequently released by the vehicle release device 400 (the time when the vehicle leaves the parking area) is used as second charge information;
(2) comparing whether the first charging information is consistent with the second charging information, if so, charging according to the first charging information, and outputting a vehicle passing signal after the charging is finished; if not, outputting abnormal alarm information.
In one embodiment, it is assumed that the charging rules for a parking area are free within one hour of parking, and the charging is over one hour. Normally, the vehicle is stationary at a certain parking space, however, if a certain user leaves the parking space after parking for 50 minutes at the first parking space, the parking space management base station detects that the parking time of the vehicle is less than one hour, so that no charge is paid. If the user continues to park in the second parking space and leaves the parking space after 50 minutes of parking, the parking space management base station detects that the parking time of the vehicle is still less than one hour, so the user is not charged. If the user leaves the parking area at this time, the parking fee obtained by the vehicle charging device 300 from the parking start time and the parking end time is 0, and it is obviously not in accordance with the parking fee actually receivable. Therefore, another charging mode is provided in this embodiment, that is, the charging information is calculated according to the time when the vehicle enters and leaves the parking area, and when the parking charging information corresponding to the two charging modes is obviously inconsistent, it is determined that a charging missing situation occurs, and abnormal alarm information is output.
According to the embodiment, two parking fee calculation methods are arranged, so that the condition of charge missing can be prevented, and the scientificity of parking management is improved.
In one embodiment, the vehicle charging apparatus 300 is further configured to send an electronic invoice corresponding to the charging information to a terminal corresponding to the vehicle after the charging is completed. Compared with the traditional paper invoice, the electronic invoice is more convenient to use and more convenient to keep, inquire and read.
