the safety measure implementation sequence number, the pressing plate state change value, the pressing plate state change time, the optical fiber state change value and the optical fiber state change time of the implemented secondary safety measure entry of the intelligent substation determined by the state change report in the step 7 are also included;
the method also comprises the steps of determining an indicator light state change value and an indicator light state change time of an indicator light bar of the panel of the IED equipment through the state change report in the step 7;
the method also comprises initial state inconsistency alarm, operation error alarm and error execution alarm;
and 9, performing playback, wherein the playback comprises two stages:
the first stage shows the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items, the execution sequence of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items, the IED equipment panel indicator light items, the pressing plate initial state and the optical fiber initial state of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items and the panel indicator light initial state of the IED equipment panel indicator light bars of the IED equipment safety measure item set selected in the step 6, and marks inconsistent alarms of the initial states;
and in the second stage, the implementation process of the secondary safety measure items of the intelligent substation determined by the state change report in the step 7 is sequentially displayed according to the sequence of a time axis, the pressing plate state change value, the pressing plate state change time, the optical fiber state change value and the optical fiber state change time of the secondary safety measure items of the intelligent substation are displayed, the state change value and the state change time of an indicator lamp of an indicator light bar on an IED (intelligent electronic device) panel are displayed, and operation error alarm and error execution alarm are marked.

Claims (1)

1. A recording and playback method for an implementation process of secondary safety measures of an intelligent substation comprises the following steps:
step 1, analyzing the SCD file, extracting each IED data set, wherein the IED data set comprises a pressure plate data set related to an IED pressure plate, a panel indicator lamp data set related to an IED panel indicator lamp and a communication working condition data set related to an IED communication working condition signal,
the pressing plate data in the pressing plate data set comprises the description information of the pressing plate and the reference address of the pressing plate;
the panel indicating lamp data in the panel indicating lamp data set comprises description information of the panel indicating lamps and reference addresses of the state values of the panel indicating lamps;
the communication working condition data in the communication working condition data set comprises description information of the optical fiber and an optical fiber on-off state value reference address;
step 2, creating an intelligent substation IED equipment safety measure library,
the intelligent substation IED device security measure library comprises a number of sets of IED device security measure entries,
each set of IED device security measure entries comprises a number of intelligent substation secondary security measure entries of configurable execution order, an IED device platen data entry or an IED inter-device fiber connection status data entry operable for a protection device,
the IED device platen data entry operable by the protection device includes: entry number of the press plate, description information of the press plate, SCD mapping path of the press plate, initial setting state of the press plate, and change setting state of the press plate,
the inter-IED device fiber connection status data entry includes: the method comprises the steps of mapping paths of optical fiber item numbers, optical fiber description information, optical fiber on-off state values SCD, optical fiber initial setting states and optical fiber change setting states;
step 3, associating IED device platen data entries operable by the protection device:
according to the description information of the pressure plate, associating an IED device pressure plate data entry operable by the protection device with the pressure plate data, associating an SCD mapping path of the pressure plate in the IED device pressure plate data entry operable by the protection device with a reference address of the pressure plate of the corresponding pressure plate data, and configuring an entry number, an initial setting state and a change setting state of the pressure plate of the IED device pressure plate data entry;
and 4, associating optical fiber connection state data entries among IED devices:
the method comprises the steps of associating an inter-IED optical fiber connection state data entry with communication working condition data according to description information of optical fibers, associating an optical fiber on-off state value SCD mapping path of the inter-IED optical fiber connection state data entry with an optical fiber on-off state value reference address in the communication working condition data, configuring an optical fiber entry number, an optical fiber initial setting state and an optical fiber change setting state in the inter-IED optical fiber connection state data entry,
step 5, configuring and associating IED equipment panel indicator lamp entries:
IED equipment panel indicator lamp list includes: panel indicating lamp number, description information of panel indication, panel indication state value SCD mapping path, panel indicating lamp initial setting state, panel indicating lamp change setting state,
associating the IED device panel indicator light entry with the panel indicator light data according to the description information of the panel indicator light, associating the panel indication state value SCD mapping path in the description information of the panel indicator light with the panel indicator light state value reference address in the panel indicator light data, configuring the panel indicator light number of the IED device panel indicator light bar, the panel indicator light initial setting state, the panel indicator light change setting state,
step 6, selecting an IED device safety measure entry set to perform initial state check and start implementation, specifically:
step 6.1, selecting a set of IED device security entry from the library of IED device security entry,
step 6.2, before implementation, comparing the initial state of the pressing plate associated with the SCD mapping path of the pressing plate of the IED device pressing plate data entry operable by the protection device of the IED device safety measure entry set with the initial setting state of the pressing plate, and if the initial state is different, performing inconsistent alarm; if the two are the same, performing step 6.3;
step 6.3, comparing the optical fiber initial state associated with the optical fiber on-off state value SCD mapping path of the optical fiber connection state data entry between the IED equipment in the IED equipment safety measure entry set with the optical fiber initial setting state, and if the optical fiber initial state and the optical fiber initial setting state are different, alarming the inconsistency of the initial states; if the two are the same, performing step 6.4;
6.4, comparing the initial state of the panel indicator lamp associated with the panel indication state value SCD mapping path of the panel indicator lamp bar of the IED equipment with the initial setting state of the panel indicator lamp, and if the initial state is different, giving an alarm of inconsistency of the initial states; if the IED device security measure entries are the same, implementing the IED device security measure entry set;
step 7, during the implementation of the IED equipment safety measure entry set, recording the received state change report, wherein the state change report comprises a state change value reference address, a report state change value and a report state change time,
identify state change value reference address:
if the state change value reference address is the same as the SCD mapping path of the pressing plate, recording the pressing plate state change value and the pressing plate state change time of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure entry corresponding to the SCD mapping path of the pressing plate as a report state change value and a report state change time respectively, and recording the safety measure implementation sequence number of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure entry corresponding to the SCD mapping path of the pressing plate;
if the state change value reference address is the same as the optical fiber on-off state value SCD mapping path, recording the optical fiber state change value and the optical fiber state change time of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure entry corresponding to the optical fiber on-off state value SCD mapping path as a report state change value and a report state change time respectively, and recording the safety measure implementation sequence number of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure entry corresponding to the optical fiber on-off state value SCD mapping path;
if the state change value reference address is the same as the panel indication state value SCD mapping path, recording the state change value and the state change time of an indicator lamp of an IED equipment panel indicator light bar corresponding to the panel indication state value SCD mapping path as a report state change value and a report state change time;
otherwise, an operation error alarm is carried out,
after the IED equipment safety measure entry sets are implemented, after all state change reports are received, the safety measure implementation sequence numbers and the corresponding intelligent substation secondary safety measure entries are compared with the implemented IED equipment safety measure entry sets, if the safety measure implementation sequence numbers and the corresponding intelligent substation secondary safety measure entries are the same, the IED equipment safety measure entry sets are implemented correctly, if the safety measure implementation sequence numbers and the corresponding intelligent substation secondary safety measure entries are different, an error execution alarm is given,
step 8, making a playback file, wherein the playback file comprises:

the method also comprises the steps of determining an indicator light state change value and an indicator light state change time of an indicator light bar of the panel of the IED equipment through the state change report in the step 7;
the method also comprises initial state inconsistency alarm, operation error alarm and error execution alarm;
and 9, performing playback, wherein the playback comprises two stages:
the first stage shows the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items, the execution sequence of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items, the IED equipment panel indicator light items, the pressing plate initial state and the optical fiber initial state of the intelligent substation secondary safety measure items and the panel indicator light initial state of the IED equipment panel indicator light bars of the IED equipment safety measure item set selected in the step 6, and marks inconsistent alarms of the initial states;
and in the second stage, the implementation process of the secondary safety measure items of the intelligent substation determined by the state change report in the step 7 is sequentially displayed according to the sequence of a time axis, the pressing plate state change value, the pressing plate state change time, the optical fiber state change value and the optical fiber state change time of the secondary safety measure items of the intelligent substation are displayed, the state change value and the state change time of an indicator lamp of an indicator light bar on an IED (intelligent electronic device) panel are displayed, and operation error alarm and error execution alarm are marked.
