When a small punch sample is processed, a wafer prototype is usually processed by a wire electrical discharge machining method, two planes are polished one by using sand paper, the 400-mesh sand paper is polished to 1200 meshes, the surface smoothness is required to be close to a mirror surface, the parallelism of the two planes is required to be +/-0.01 mm, and a screw micrometer is required to be continuously used for measuring the thickness of different points of the sample in the process. When polishing experimental materials, the sample is small and can not be polished by using the existing machine on the market, manual polishing can be performed only by hands, only one sample can be polished at a time during polishing, operation is not easy, and efficiency is very low. In addition, the sample is too small to be held easily during manual polishing, pressure cannot be controlled during application of force by fingers, polishing thickness is too thin sometimes, the sample cannot be used for experiments, and experimental materials are wasted easily. In the process of manually polishing the sample, the finger pressed by the operator is unknowingly worn, and the finger is easily injured due to special pain after the fact that the operator does not feel what he or she is.
