In view of the above, there is a problem in that available air-conditioning water is available in some cases, but the conventional fan coil type is difficult to use, and the fan coil type has to be abandoned, and other more complicated types are adopted, which brings inconvenience to design and use.

Further, the coil pipe 18 is provided with an air conditioner water inlet pipeline connector 22 and a return pipeline connector 21.
