Abstract

一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构,包括灯箱架、表盘和环形光晕导光圈,环形光晕导光圈采用透明材料,与表盘同轴设置并覆盖安装在表盘的环形表盘刻度区上,环形光晕导光圈底部侧面设置长形导光体,长形导光体的两端对称设置有第一入光脚和第二入光脚,第一入光脚和第二入光脚的入光端部垂直于环形光晕导光圈平面,灯箱架上对应第一入光脚和第二入光脚的入光端部位置处设有LED光源。该导光圈结构,通过在环形表盘刻度区上设置环形光晕导光圈,并通过独立的多色LED背光光源,实现悬浮立体光晕效果和不同驾驶模式下的光晕色彩显示,解决了现有技术中表盘光晕设计立体感差,光晕颜色单一无法实现不同驾驶模式显示的问题,结构简单,成本低,光晕效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及物理领域,尤其涉及仪表照明技术,特别是一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构。
背景技术
汽车仪表表盘是显示行车速度、发动机转速等信息的部件,为增加仪表的外观显示效果,需要在环形表盘刻度区进行光晕设计,传统的光晕设计采用在环形表盘刻度区做网点印刷实现,通过共用表盘的背光照明实现光晕区域照明,光晕颜色通过印刷的方式实现。传统的表盘光晕设计存在外观比较平面,缺少立体感;光晕颜色单一固定,无法实现通过不同颜色光晕指示不同驾驶模式的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构,所述的这种用于汽车仪表表盘的光晕导光圈,通过在环形表盘刻度区上设置环形光晕导光圈,并通过独立的多色LED背光光源,实现悬浮立体光晕效果和不同驾驶模式下的光晕色彩显示,解决了现有技术中表盘光晕设计立体感差,光晕颜色单一无法实现不同驾驶模式显示的问题。
本发明的这种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构,包括灯箱架、表盘和环形光晕导光圈,其中,所述环形光晕导光圈采用透明材料,所述环形光晕导光圈与所述表盘同轴设置并覆盖安装在所述表盘的环形表盘刻度区上,所述环形光晕导光圈底部侧面设置长形导光体,所述长形导光体的两端对称设置有第一入光脚和第二入光脚,所述第一入光脚和第二入光脚的入光端部垂直于所述环形光晕导光圈平面,所述灯箱架上对应所述第一入光脚和第二入光脚的入光端部位置处设有LED光源。
进一步的,所述LED光源为多色LED光源。
进一步的,所述环形光晕导光圈上表面设有皮纹结构。
本发明的工作原理是:多色LED光源点亮后,经过第一入光脚、第二入光脚和长形导光体后,进入环形光晕导光圈中,当光线打在环形光晕导光圈上表面的皮纹结构上时,导光圈呈现淡淡的光晕效果,光晕通过透明材质的环形光晕导光圈与环形表盘刻度区之间形成立体悬浮效果。多色LED光源通过软件改变光晕的颜色,实现不同驾驶模式指示之间的色彩切换。
本发明和已有技术相比较,其效果是积极和明显的。本发明通过在环形表盘刻度区上设置环形光晕导光圈,并通过独立的多色LED背光光源,实现悬浮立体光晕效果和不同驾驶模式下的光晕色彩显示,解决了现有技术中表盘光晕设计立体感差,光晕颜色单一无法实现不同驾驶模式显示的问题,该光晕导光圈结构简单,成本低,光晕效果好。

如图1和图2所示,本发明的这种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构,包括灯箱架1、表盘2和环形光晕导光圈3,环形光晕导光圈3采用透明材料,环形光晕导光圈3与表盘2同轴设置并覆盖安装在表盘2的环形表盘刻度区201上,环形光晕导光圈3底部侧面设置长形导光体301,长形导光体301的两端对称设置有第一入光脚302和第二入光脚303,第一入光脚302和第二入光脚303的入光端部304垂直于环形光晕导光圈3平面,灯箱架1上对应第一入光脚302和第二入光脚303的入光端部304位置处设有LED光源4。
进一步的,LED光源4为多色LED光源4。
进一步的,环形光晕导光圈3上表面设有皮纹结构305。

1.一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈结构,包括灯箱架、表盘和环形光晕导光圈,所述的环形光晕导光圈由透明材料构成,其特征在于:所述的环形光晕导光圈与所述的表盘同轴设置、并覆盖在表盘的环形表盘刻度区上,环形光晕导光圈底部的侧面设置有一条长形导光体,所述的长形导光体的两端对称设置有第一入光脚和第二入光脚,所述第一入光脚和第二入光脚均垂直于环形光晕导光圈平面,所述的灯箱架上对应第一入光脚和第二入光脚的入光端面位置处设有LED光源。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈,其特征在于:所述LED光源为多色LED光源。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种汽车仪表表盘光晕导光圈,其特征在于:所述环形光晕导光圈上表面设有皮纹结构。
