Technical Field

Background

Preferably, the peripheral section of the special-shaped section and the section of the inner hole of the locking section are both elliptical. The slot is arranged on the outer diameter of the shortest over shaft of the special-shaped section. When the peripheral section of the special-shaped section is oval, two slots are designed, and the slot bottom is in arc transition.

The extrusion type slotted locking nut component provided by the invention, as shown in figures 1-2, comprises an inner nut 1 (figures 3-4) and an outer nut 2 (figures 5-7); the center of the nut body of the inner nut 1 is provided with a through hole with an internal thread 11, and the outer surface of the through hole is provided with an external thread 13 which is coaxial with the internal thread 11; the tail part of the inner nut 1 is provided with a special-shaped section 12, and the peripheral section of the special-shaped section 12 is not a circle coaxial with the internal thread 11; the special-shaped section 12 is provided with at least one open slot 15 from the end surface inwards; the outer nut 2 is provided with a second internal thread 22 which can be matched and meshed with the external thread 13 of the inner nut 1; the outer nut 2 is provided with a locking section 21 capable of being sleeved on the special-shaped section 12 of the inner nut 1, and the shortest through-shaft inner diameter dimension of the locking section 21 (namely, the smallest dimension of all through-shaft diameters on the inner hole section of the locking section 21) is larger than the shortest through-shaft outer diameter dimension of the special-shaped section 12 (namely, the smallest dimension of all through-shaft diameters on the outer peripheral section of the special-shaped section 12) and is smaller than the longest through-shaft outer diameter dimension of the special-shaped section 12 (namely, the largest dimension of all through-shaft diameters on the outer peripheral section of the special-shaped section 12).
According to the invention, through the size design of the special-shaped section 12 and the locking section 21, after the locking section 21 is sleeved on the special-shaped section 12, the radial inward tightening force can be applied to the special-shaped section 12 through rotation, so that the special-shaped section 12 can be tightened inwards, only the bolt rod part matched with the special-shaped section 12 is clasped, and the effect of strengthening locking is achieved. The tightening force is generated by converting the rotating axial force into the radial force, is more efficient than directly applying the radial force, and is continuously reliable.
Preferably, the outer peripheral section of the special-shaped section 12 and the inner hole section of the locking section 21 are both oval, which is beneficial to better playing the locking role. The slot 15 is arranged on the shortest over-shaft outer diameter of the special-shaped section 12, and the design enables the torque of the axial force to be maximum and the efficiency of the radial tightening force to be highest. When the peripheral section of the special-shaped section 12 is oval, two open grooves 15 are designed, and the groove bottom is in arc transition.
The periphery of the inner nut 1 is also provided with a wrenching structure 14 which is convenient for clamping and fixing the inner nut 1 during installation, and the wrenching structure includes but is not limited to the forms of square, hexagonal, dodecagonal and the like.
The outer nut 2 is provided with a wrenching mechanism 23 (which has the same function as the wrenching structure 14, and the name is distinguished here), so as to facilitate the clamping and fixing of the outer nut 2 during installation, and the wrenching structure includes but is not limited to a square, a hexagonal, a dodecagonal and other forms. The outer periphery of the outer nut 2 is also provided with an appearance structure 24 which can be in various forms such as a round table, a flange table, a countersunk head and the like, and the purpose is to improve the rigidity of the outer nut 2.
The tail part of the inner nut 1 is further sleeved with an elastic element 3, the elastic element 3 can be limited by the outer nut 2 (generally limited by the end surface of the outer nut 2), and the elastic element 3 can apply an elastic force towards the direction of the second internal thread 22 to the outer nut 2. An illustrative example of the elastic element 3 is a spring. The elastic element 3 can prevent the outer nut 2 from whirling and loosening due to vibration and the like, and the elastic element 3 is in a compressed state and plays a role in preventing the inner nut 1 from loosening and reinforcing the locking performance of the inner nut 1, so that the combined nut can further effectively prevent loosening.
