(4) according to the invention, the semi-annular guide block with the wave-shaped guide rail is arranged to realize up-and-down fluctuation linkage of the first driving piece and the second driving piece, so that the rubber plug is inserted into the aluminum cap with high quality and high efficiency, and the final assembly of the oral liquid bottle cap is completed; the semi-annular gas adjusting block is fixed at the bottom of the top disc through the adjusting piece, and the distance between the gas adjusting block and the top disc piece can be adjusted; the arc-shaped gas adjusting cavity is arranged in the gas adjusting block, so that the vacuum pressure of the vacuumizing gas pipe can be well distributed and buffered; the assembly device is characterized in that a plurality of arc air passages are arranged on a smooth circular ring surface in a first driving disc, each arc air passage corresponds to an assembly station between a rubber plug and an aluminum cover, the size of a gas regulating block is matched with that of a guide block, the inlet position of each arc air passage also corresponds to the position of an arc gas outlet, and a first driving piece is arranged in a plurality of rectangular mounting holes in the first driving disc and moves along with the fluctuation of the first driving piece at a wavy guide rail to finish the good assembly between the rubber plug and the aluminum cover, so that the assembly effect is good;
(5) according to the invention, the second driving piece linked with the first driving piece is arranged in the plurality of circular mounting holes on the second driving disc, the second driving piece is arranged into a structure of the second guide post, the first guide post and the third guide post, the diameters of which are sequentially reduced from top to bottom, the first compression spring is arranged between the second guide post and the stepped hole to realize good return of the second driving piece, the vacuumizing effect is realized by arranging communicated gas passages in the first guide post, the second guide post and the third guide post, and finally the assembly of the rubber plug in the aluminum cover is completed;
(6) according to the invention, the outer wall surface of the conveying fluted disc is provided with a plurality of inclined notches with the same inclined direction as the rotating direction of the conveying fluted disc, so that regular conveying of aluminum caps is realized, the inclined notches correspond to the driving pieces one by one, the inclined notches are specifically arranged into a structure in which a first straight line segment, an arc segment and a second straight line segment are smoothly connected, the inclined angle of the second straight line segment is larger than that of the first straight line segment, the structural design can be well matched with the shape of the aluminum caps, stable conveying of the aluminum caps is realized, the bottle caps can be smoothly separated from the inclined notches after the bottle caps are assembled, and the structural design is ingenious;
(7) the adjusting disc is provided with the step surface, and the semi-annular longitudinal section matched with the step surface at the edge of the adjusting disc is a U-shaped surface adjusting track, so that rubber stoppers can be conveniently and orderly and accurately conveyed to required positions one by one, and the adjusting effect is good; the arc observation hole is formed in the top of the adjusting track, so that the adjusting condition of the rubber plug of the adjusting track can be known in time;
(8) according to the invention, the shifting plate with the end part being flush with the outer edge part of the conveying fluted disc is arranged on the chassis, so that the assembled bottle cap in the inclined notch can be shifted out in time, and the shifting effect is better;
(9) the first spiral conveying plate with a reasonable angle design is convenient for the aluminum cover to be conveyed forwards in a vertically inclined mode all the time, and the aluminum cover is conveyed forwards in a mode that a heavier plane side leans against the wall surface of the first conical material tray as much as possible, so that the effects of orderly arrangement and stable forward conveying are achieved; the first inner wall plate with a reasonable angle design can better realize the gradual torsion of the aluminum cover until the aluminum cover is changed from a conveying state with the side part facing downwards to a conveying state with the bottom facing downwards; the third inclined bottom plate with a reasonable angle design can better enable an aluminum cover on the third bottom plate to slide in for supplementation; the first rectangular scraper can discharge redundant aluminum covers sent by the first spiral conveying plate, and only single-row aluminum covers which are regularly arranged enter the second spiral lower plate; the first spiral feeding plate with reasonable angle design is convenient for the aluminum cover to be conveyed forwards in a vertical inclined mode all the time, and the aluminum cover is conveyed forwards in a mode that a heavier plane side leans against the wall surface of the first conical material tray as much as possible, so that the effects of orderly arrangement and stable forward conveying are achieved; the third bottom plate with a reasonable angle design can enable the aluminum cover to smoothly slide into the third inclined bottom plate; the aluminum cover electronic sensor can monitor the conveying condition of the aluminum cover in real time, and once the aluminum cover electronic sensor cannot monitor the information of the aluminum cover, the aluminum cover electronic sensor can transmit the information to the controller to control the whole equipment to stop operating; the fourth air outlet pipe can promote the aluminum cover to be smoothly separated from the output end of the fourth feeding section; the second rectangular scraper plate can discharge redundant aluminum covers sent by the first spiral feeding plate, and only single-row aluminum covers which are arranged in order can enter the second spiral feeding plate; the first pulse electromagnet and the first spring plate work cooperatively, so that reasonable power is provided for conveying the aluminum cover in the first conical material tray, and the efficiency and the effect of outputting the aluminum cover are ensured;
(10) the first spiral upper plate with reasonable angle design is convenient for the rubber plugs to be conveyed forwards in a vertically inclined mode all the time, and the rubber plugs are conveyed forwards in a mode that the heavier plane side leans against the wall surface of the second conical material tray as much as possible, so that the effects of orderly arrangement and stable forward conveying are achieved; the third conveying bottom plate with a reasonable angle design can well enable rubber stoppers on the third inclined conveying bottom plate to slide in for supplementation; the third rectangular scraper plate in the middle of the first spiral upper plate can remove redundant rubber plugs existing at the first spiral lower plate, so that the rubber plugs output by the first spiral lower plate are ensured to be in a single-row orderly arrangement state as far as possible, the third rectangular scraper plate above the second horizontal conveying plate can remove redundant rubber plugs possibly existing at the second horizontal conveying plate, and the rubber plugs output by the second horizontal conveying plate are ensured to be in an absolute single-row orderly arrangement state; the second air outlet pipe can promote the rubber plug to be smoothly separated from the output end of the fourth linear conveying section; the first spiral conveying upper plate with reasonable angle design is convenient for the rubber plugs to be conveyed forwards in a vertically inclined mode all the time, and the rubber plugs are conveyed forwards as much as possible in a mode that a heavier plane side leans against the wall surface of a second conical material tray, so that the effects of orderly arrangement and stable forward conveying are achieved; the third inclined conveying bottom plate with a reasonable angle design can enable the rubber plug to smoothly slide into the third conveying bottom plate; the fourth rectangular scraper plate in the middle of the first spiral conveying upper plate can remove redundant rubber stoppers existing at the first spiral conveying section, so that the rubber stoppers output by the first spiral conveying section are always in a single-row orderly arrangement state; the second pulse electromagnet and the second spring plate work cooperatively to provide reasonable power for conveying the aluminum cover in the second conical material tray, so that the efficiency and the effect of outputting the rubber plug are ensured;

(15) the rubber plug electronic sensor can monitor the conveying condition of the rubber plug in real time, and once the rubber plug electronic sensor cannot monitor the information of the rubber plug, the rubber plug electronic sensor can transmit the information to the controller to control the whole equipment to stop operating; the inlet of the smooth round angle structure is convenient for the rubber plug to smoothly enter the adjusting track, and the outlet of the smooth round angle structure can enable the rubber plug to better escape from the adjusting track; the small bulge can properly increase the friction force on the outer step surface of the adjusting disc, and the rubber plugs in the adjusting track can be better adjusted and conveyed by the adjusting disc; the friction effect of the small semispherical bumps of the rubber is good;
(16) the inclined output sliding plate with a reasonable angle design ensures that the bottle cap can smoothly slide into the bottle cap collecting box through the inclined output sliding plate after the assembled bottle cap is separated from the inclined notch; the inclined output sliding plate with the gradually reduced width from top to bottom enables the width of the output end of the inclined output sliding plate to be smaller, and assembled bottle caps can be directly conveyed into bottle cap collecting boxes with different specifications and sizes;
(17) the linear surface and the arc surface enable the poking plate to be in a fruit cutter shape, the arc surface end of the poking plate can be in smooth contact with the side surface of the assembled bottle cap, and the assembled bottle cap can be smoothly separated from the inclined notch to the inclined output sliding plate under the action of the arc surface and the first linear section;
(18) the safety mechanism can prevent the assembled bottle cap from being brought up by the lower end of the third guide column and not in the inclined notch, prevent the bottle cap hung at the lower end of the third guide column from damaging subsequent work and equipment parts, and pull the bottle cap hung at the lower end of the third guide column accidentally; the safety plate is rotationally arranged on the support plate through the torsion spring, so that the bottle cap hung at the lower end of the third guide column accidentally can be pulled down and then can be returned quickly; the elasticity alarm can better monitor the torsion force at the torsion spring in real time, when the torsion force exceeds a set value, the elasticity alarm can give an alarm in time and transmit information to the controller to control the setting and stop working, so that the equipment is prevented from being damaged more greatly due to continuous working, and a worker can also detect the condition forward in time and check and maintain the condition after hearing the alarm sound;
(19) the triangular connector can realize stable connection between the first driving disk and the second driving disk and the rotating shaft, and completely transmits the rotation generated by the rotating shaft to the first driving disk and the second driving disk.

The medicinal aluminum cap plugging apparatus as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6, fig. 7, fig. 8, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 11, fig. 12, fig. 13, fig. 14 and fig. 15 comprises a bracket 1, a plugging mechanism 2 provided on the bracket, an adjusting mechanism 3 provided on the bracket to cooperate with the plugging mechanism, a first feeding mechanism 4 contacting with the plugging mechanism, and a second feeding mechanism 5 contacting with the adjusting mechanism;
