Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical automatic packaging, in particular to automatic steering hot-pressing and blanking integrated equipment for a packaging machine.
Background
The packaging machine is a machine for packaging products, and plays a role in protection and attractiveness; the method mainly comprises two aspects, namely, assembly line type integral production packaging, and product peripheral packaging equipment, but in any packaging mode, two ends of a binding belt are tensioned through a full-automatic binding machine and then are combined in a hot melting mode, so that the product is bound, and because the hot melting process of the binding belt is very easily influenced by the self, the hot melting temperature, the length of a joint of the binding belt and the combination tightness, the joint of the binding belt is not firm directly, and the binding belt is disconnected when bearing a little external force, so that the packaging quality of the product is directly influenced;
although the binding belt joint is subjected to secondary treatment through the semi-automatic binding belt machine at the present stage, for example, the iron sheet buckles are used for bending and laminating the binding belt joint to reinforce the binding belt joint again and avoid loosening of the binding belt joint, the iron sheet buckles are mainly manually placed into the iron sheet buckle mounting grooves of the semi-automatic binding belt machine one by one and then bent and laminated to the binding belt joint, but after the semi-automatic bending machine is used for a long time, the iron sheet buckles are not in place in a pressing mode, and a gap is generated at the contact position of the iron sheet buckles and the binding belt joint, so that the iron sheet opening cannot really exert the buckling function; meanwhile, the blanking manipulator at the present stage can only clamp a product of one size only, and cannot clamp products of other sizes, so that the limitation is large, and the blanking manipulator has a certain distance from the binding machine, so that the blanking process is long, therefore, the prior art has defects and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides automatic steering hot-pressing and blanking integrated equipment for a packaging machine, which solves the problems.
In order to solve the above problems, the technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:
an automatic steering hot pressing and blanking integrated device for a packaging machine is provided with an operating platform, a PLC (programmable logic controller) control device is arranged at the lower part of the operating platform, an iron sheet buckle feeding device and an iron sheet buckle conveying device are arranged on the operating platform, the input end of the iron sheet buckle conveying device is connected with the output end of the iron sheet buckle feeding device, and the automatic steering hot pressing and blanking integrated device further comprises a main supporting frame and an automatic steering hot pressing and blanking integrated mechanism; the automatic steering hot-pressing and blanking integrated mechanism comprises an assembly lifting cylinder, an assembly reinforcing top plate, a front spacing adjusting cylinder, a front adjustable blanking clamping device, a hot-pressing lifting cylinder, a hot-pressing steering cylinder, a hot-pressing clamping device, a rear spacing adjusting cylinder and a rear adjustable blanking clamping device;
the fixed end of the assembly lifting cylinder is arranged on the upper portion of the assembly supporting frame, the working end of the assembly lifting cylinder is downwards fixedly connected with the upper portion of the assembly reinforcing top plate, the fixed ends of the front spacing adjusting cylinder, the hot-pressing lifting cylinder and the rear spacing adjusting cylinder are all arranged on the lower portion of the assembly reinforcing top plate and are sequentially arranged from front to back, the working end of the front spacing adjusting cylinder is connected with the fixed end of the front adjustable blanking clamping device through a first L-shaped connecting plate towards the front side, the working end of the rear spacing adjusting cylinder is connected with the fixed end of the rear adjustable blanking clamping device through a second L-shaped connecting plate towards the rear side, and the lower end of the front adjustable blanking clamping device and the lower end of the rear adjustable blanking clamping device are symmetrically arranged front and back and matched with each other so as to clamp products;
the working end of the hot-pressing lifting cylinder is downwards connected with the fixed end of the hot-pressing steering cylinder through a circular cylinder mounting plate, the working end of the hot-pressing steering cylinder is downwards connected with the fixed end of the hot-pressing clamping device through a hot-pressing reinforcing plate, and the output end of the iron sheet buckle conveying device horizontally dials the iron sheet buckle into the working end of the hot-pressing clamping device through an iron sheet buckle pushing device;

The working principle is as follows:
the iron sheet buckle conveying device conveys the mountain-tip-shaped iron sheet buckles provided by the iron sheet buckle feeding device to the right, and the iron sheet buckles are shifted into the working end of the hot-pressing clamping device one by using the iron sheet buckle pushing device; the clamping lifting cylinder works to drive the first upper connecting rod assembly to move up and down, the first arc-shaped rotating part and the second arc-shaped rotating part rotate around the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, and then the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are opened and closed to buckle and fold the tip-shaped iron sheet and are tightly combined with the X-direction arranged ribbon joints through hot melting; the hot-pressing steering cylinder works to drive the hot-pressing clamping device to rotate 90 degrees, so that the ribbon joints arranged in the Y direction of the product are welded again, and the working efficiency of the product is improved; and then the working ends of the front adjustable blanking clamping device and the rear adjustable blanking clamping device work simultaneously to clamp the product by using the two groups of corresponding clamping jaws, so that the blanking process is realized.
According to the iron sheet buckle pushing device, the iron sheet buckles on the iron sheet buckle conveying device are sequentially pushed into the strip-shaped bosses at the lower parts of the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate at the lower end of the hot-pressing clamping device, then the clamping lifting cylinder works to drive the first upper connecting rod assembly to move up and down, the first arc-shaped rotating part and the second arc-shaped rotating part rotate around the first rotating shaft and the second rotating shaft, so that the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate are opened and closed to fold the mountain-tip-shaped iron sheet buckles and are tightly combined with the ribbon joint through hot melting, secondary reinforcement of the ribbon joint is realized, and the stability of the ribbon joint is ensured; the upper ends of the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw are respectively connected with the lower parts of the third arc-shaped rotating part and the fourth arc-shaped rotating part in a sliding mode through the two horizontal positioning assemblies, the two strip-shaped sliding grooves of the adjusting and pushing sliding block slide along the sliding gap between a group of tooth parts through the operation of the pushing part, and the two bending parts of the trapezoidal elastic sheet are meshed with the tooth parts to realize locking, so that the distance between the first clamping jaw and the second clamping jaw is flexibly changed according to the size of a product, the position setting of the front spacing adjusting cylinder and the rear spacing adjusting cylinder is flexibly adjusted according to actual conditions, the spacing between the two groups of clamping jaws is flexibly adjusted according to actual conditions, products with different sizes can be clamped conveniently; the front adjustable blanking clamping device, the hot-pressing clamping device and the rear adjustable blanking clamping device are compact in structure and position, namely, the iron buckle can be folded into the binding belt joint and then immediately clamps a product through the front adjustable blanking clamping device and the two groups of clamping jaws at the lower part of the rear adjustable blanking clamping device, the time of the blanking process is shortened, the operation efficiency is improved, and the good market application value is achieved.
