功能性面料及其功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域，涉及一种功能性面料及其功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺。
背景技术
面料经拉毛处理后，能带来独特的美观视觉效果。现有的面料拉毛通常是通过拉毛装置对面料整体进行拉毛处理。
针对需要对面料局部拉毛的要求，现有的处理工艺无法实现。
发明内容
本发明的第一个目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题，提供一种局部拉毛效果好且稳定性高的功能性面料及其功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺。
本发明的第二个目的是提供上述功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺。
本发明的第一个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：
一种功能性面料，其特征在于，包括表层、中间层和底层，上述表层和底层均为无纺布材料，上述中间层固连在表层与底层之间，所述中间层为绒毛布，上述表层上具有若干贯穿的通孔，上述中间层由通孔处部分伸出表层。
由于中间层只是部分伸出表层，在进行拉毛处理时只有伸出表层的中间层得到拉毛处理，从而能达到面料稳定局部拉毛的效果。
同时，表层和底层为无纺布，其成本比较低，而且具备足够强度。
绒毛布的中间层经拉毛处理后能在其表面稳定的形成拉毛部，其拉毛稳定性比较高。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述表层包括若干横向设置的布条一和若干纵向设置的布条二，若干布条一和布条二连接在一起后形成栅格状的表层，表层上的栅格孔形成上述通孔。
这样的结构能保证整个表层强度，且结构简单。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述布条一和布条二的连接处具有一连接件，上述连接件同时穿设在中间层和底层上。
连接件有两个作用：
其一、将布条一和布条二稳定连接在一起；
其二、将表层、中间层和底层三者稳定连接在一起。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述连接件呈U形，连接件的U形端口处部分伸出底层，连接件的U形底部处抵靠在表层外侧。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述连接件的U形端口处具有凸出的挡沿，上述挡沿抵靠在底层的外侧处。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述挡沿与连接件的U形侧部垂直设置。
这样的结构能使连接件将表层、中间层和底层三者稳定的连接在一起。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述挡沿与连接件为一体式结构。
在上述的功能性面料中，所述挡沿位于连接件的外侧处。
本发明的第二个目的可通过下列技术方案来实现：
一种功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺，所述功能性面料包括表层、中间层和底层，上述表层和底层均为无纺布材料，上述中间层固连在表层与底层之间，所述中间层为绒毛布，上述表层上具有若干贯穿的通孔，上述中间层由通孔处部分伸出表层，功能性面料还包括呈U形的连接件，上述连接件穿设在表层、中间层和底层上，连接件的U形底部紧压在表层外侧，连接件的U形端口处与底层外侧相平齐，所述连接件为磁性金属材料，本工艺包括以下步骤：
A、准备：将功能性面料放置在磁铁材料的输送板上，在磁力作用下连接件贴靠在输送板上；
B、拉毛前处理：将具有功能性面料的输送板放置在具有输送平台的机架上，机架上部还轴向固连有滚筒，所述滚筒外侧具有若干呈钩状的拉钩，上述拉钩位于输送平台上部；
C、拉毛作业：匀速推动输送板，输送板在输送平台上平移过程中滚筒外侧的拉钩拉拽部分伸出的中间层，从而将整个面料的局部部分进行拉毛处理。
在上述的功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺中，所述步骤A中连接件的U形端口处与输送板正对。
本拉毛工艺创造性的通过连接件与输送板之间的磁性吸力，保证功能性面料稳定的贴附在输送板上。
当然，整个功能性面料上具有若干连接件，这样就能保证功能面料能平整且稳定的连接在输送板上。
由于滚筒位于输送板上部且滚筒与功能性面料接触，因此，输送板在机架的输送平台上平移过程中，滚筒上的拉钩能对部分伸出的中间层有效的进行拉毛处理。从而在功能性面料的局部位置稳定的进行拉毛处理。
与现有技术相比，本功能性面料由于只是伸出表层的局部中间层具有拉毛，中间层又被紧紧的连接在表层和底层之间，因此，其稳定性比较高，结构紧凑，具有很高的实用价值。
同时，本功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺只需要推动输送板即可完成拉毛作业，其工艺简便且拉毛稳定性高，易于实施。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本功能性面料包括表层1、中间层2和底层3，上述表层1和底3均为无纺布材料，上述中间层2固连在表层1与底层3之间，所述中间层2为绒毛布，上述表层1上具有若干贯穿的通孔，上述中间层2由通孔处部分伸出表层1。
所述表层1包括若干横向设置的布条一1a和若干纵向设置的布条二1b，若干布条一1a和布条二1b连接在一起后形成栅格状的表层1，表层1上的栅格孔形成上述通孔。
所述布条一1a和布条二1b的连接处具有一连接件4，上述连接件4同时穿设在中间层2和底层3上。
所述连接件4呈U形，连接件4的U形端口处部分伸出底层3，连接件4的U形底部处抵靠在表层1外侧。
所述连接件4的U形端口处具有凸出的挡沿4a，上述挡沿4a抵靠在底层3的外侧处。
所述挡沿4a与连接件4的U形侧部垂直设置。
所述挡沿4a与连接件4为一体式结构。
所述挡沿4a位于连接件4的外侧处。
如图1和图2和图3所示，所述功能性面料包括表层1、中间层2和底层3，上述表层1和底层3均为无纺布材料，上述中间层2固连在表层1与底层3之间，所述中间层2为绒毛布，上述表层1上具有若干贯穿的通孔，上述中间层2由通孔处部分伸出表层，功能性面料还包括呈U形的连接件4，上述连接件4穿设在表层1、中间层2和底层3上，连接件4的U形底部紧压在表层1外侧，连接件4的U形端口处与底层3外侧相平齐，所述连接件4为磁性金属材料，本功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺包括以下步骤：
A、准备：将功能性面料放置在磁铁材料的输送板6上，在磁力作用下连接件4贴靠在输送板6上；
B、拉毛前处理：将具有功能性面料的输送板6放置在具有输送平台的机架5上，机架5上部还轴向固连有滚筒7，所述滚筒7外侧具有若干呈钩状的拉钩7a，上述拉钩7a位于输送平台5a上部；
C、拉毛作业：匀速推动输送板6，输送板6在输送平台5a上平移过程中滚筒7外侧的拉钩7a拉拽部分伸出的中间层2，从而将整个面料的局部部分进行拉毛处理。
所述步骤A中连接件4的U形端口处与输送板6正对。
由于中间层只是部分伸出表层，在进行拉毛处理时只有伸出表层的中间层得到拉毛处理，从而能达到面料稳定局部拉毛的效果。
同时，表层和底层为无纺布，其成本比较低，而且具备足够强度。
绒毛布的中间层经拉毛处理后能在其表面稳定的形成拉毛部，其拉毛稳定性比较高。
本拉毛工艺创造性的通过连接件与输送板之间的磁性吸力，保证功能性面料稳定的贴附在输送板上。
当然，整个功能性面料上具有若干连接件，这样就能保证功能面料能平整且稳定的连接在输送板上。
由于滚筒位于输送板上部且滚筒与功能性面料接触，因此，输送板在机架的输送平台上平移过程中，滚筒上的拉钩能对部分伸出的中间层有效的进行拉毛处理。从而在功能性面料的局部位置稳定的进行拉毛处理。

Claims (2)

1.一种功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺，所述功能性面料包括表层、中间层和底层，上述表层和底层均为无纺布材料，上述中间层固连在表层与底层之间，所述中间层为绒毛布，上述表层上具有若干贯穿的通孔，上述中间层由通孔处部分伸出表层，功能性面料还包括呈U形的连接件，上述连接件穿设在表层、中间层和底层上，连接件的U形底部紧压在表层外侧，连接件的U形端口处与底层外侧相平齐，所述连接件为磁性金属材料，本工艺包括以下步骤：
A、准备：将功能性面料放置在磁铁材料的输送板上，在磁力作用下连接件贴靠在输送板上；
B、拉毛前处理：将具有功能性面料的输送板放置在具有输送平台的机架上，机架上部还轴向固连有滚筒，所述滚筒外侧具有若干呈钩状的拉钩，上述拉钩位于输送平台上部；
C、拉毛作业：匀速推动输送板，输送板在输送平台上平移过程中滚筒外侧的拉钩拉拽部分伸出的中间层，从而将整个面料的局部部分进行拉毛处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的功能性面料的局部拉毛工艺，其特征在于，所述步骤A中连接件的U形端口处与输送板正对。
