Abstract

本发明公开了高强度耐压抗形变胶合板,包括板材本体,板材本体内设有若干平行设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋,板材本体包括有位于其两侧端面处的外基板,两侧处的外基板内侧端面处分别开设有上压合层和下压合层,且上压合层和下压合层端面处紧密压合,上压合层和下压合层波峰面处均插设有横向支撑筋,纵向支撑筋上固定连接有若干骨架。本发明结构紧凑,使用方便,通过交叉设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋可以对板材本体起到良好的支撑固定作用,同时通过骨架对横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋进行连接加固,通过膨胀缓冲层可最大程度避免由于空气和水分进入板材内使其膨胀所带来的鼓裂,保证了板材稳固性的同时,提高了其抗形变的能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶合板,具体为高强度耐压抗形变胶合板,属于建筑材料技术领域。
背景技术
胶合板是由木段旋切成单板或由木方刨切成薄木,再用胶粘剂胶合而成的三层或多层的板状材料,通常用奇数层单板,并使相邻层单板的纤维方向互相垂直胶合而成,胶合板是家具常用材料之一,为人造板三大板之一,亦可供飞机、船舶、火车、汽车、建筑和包装箱等作用材。一组单板通常按相邻层木纹方向互相垂直组坯胶合而成,通常其表板和内层板对称地配置在中心层或板芯的两侧。用涂胶后的单板按木纹方向纵横交错配成的板坯,在加热或不加热的条件下压制而成。层数一般为奇数,少数也有偶数。纵横方向的物理、机械性质差异较小。常用的胶合板类型有三合板、五合板等。胶合板能提高木材利用率,是节约木材的一个主要途径,现有的胶合板在长时间使用时板材会出现松动形变甚至断裂的问题,大大降低了胶合板的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供高强度耐压抗形变胶合板,通过交叉设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋可以对板材本体起到良好的支撑固定作用,同时通过骨架对横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋进行连接加固,通过膨胀缓冲层可最大程度避免由于空气和水分进入板材内使其膨胀所带来的鼓裂,保证了板材稳固性的同时,提高了其抗形变的能力。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明高强度耐压抗形变胶合板,其特征在于,包括板材本体,所述板材本体内设有若干平行设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋,且所述横向支撑筋和所述纵向支撑筋呈上下均匀分布结构,所述板材本体包括有位于其两侧表面处的外基板,两侧表面处的所述外基板内侧分别设有上压合层和下压合层,且所述上压合层和所述下压合层紧密压合,所述上压合层和所述下压合层压合界面处开设有波形面,且所述上压合层的波峰和波谷面与所述下压合层的波峰和波谷面紧密契合,所述上压合层和所述下压合层波峰面处均插设有所述横向支撑筋,所述横向支撑筋上下两侧处均分布有所述纵向支撑筋,且所述横向支撑筋和所述纵向支撑筋呈交叉纵横排列,所述纵向支撑筋上固定连接有若干骨架,且所述骨架另一端穿过所述上压合层和所述下压合层与位于所述板材本体内中部的所述横向支撑筋连接;所述横向支撑筋和所述纵向支撑筋之间还填充有膨胀缓冲层;所述板材本体一侧端面处开设有连接头,所述板材本体另一侧对应端面处开设有连接口;所述连接头包括有与所述板材本体自成一体的第一卡块,且所述第一卡块的两侧、于所述板材本体上开设有第一卡口;所述连接口包括有于所述板材本体端面中部开设的第二卡口,且所述第二卡口的两侧设有与所述板材本体(1)自成一体的第二卡块;所述第一卡块与与其对应的第二卡口契合,所述第二卡块与与其对应的第一卡口契合。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述上压合层与所述下压合层契合面处设置有粘黏层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述膨胀缓冲层由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制成。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明结构紧凑,使用方便,通过交叉设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋可以对板材本体起到良好的支撑固定作用,同时通过骨架对横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋进行连接加固,通过膨胀缓冲层可最大程度避免由于空气和水分进入板材内使其膨胀所带来的鼓裂,保证了板材稳固性的同时,提高了其抗形变的能力,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,适宜推广使用。

如图1-5所示,本发明高强度耐压抗形变胶合板,其特征在于,包括板材本体1,所述板材本体1内设有若干平行设置的横向支撑筋2和纵向支撑筋3,且所述横向支撑筋2和所述纵向支撑筋3呈上下均匀分布结构,所述板材本体 1包括有位于其两侧表面处的外基板7,两侧表面处的所述外基板7内侧分别设有上压合层10和下压合层11,且所述上压合层10和所述下压合层11紧密压合,所述上压合层10和所述下压合层11压合界面处开设有波形面,且所述上压合层10的波峰和波谷面与所述下压合层11的波峰和波谷面紧密契合,所述上压合层10和所述下压合层11波峰面处均插设有所述横向支撑筋2,所述横向支撑筋2上下两侧处均分布有所述纵向支撑筋3,且所述横向支撑筋2和所述纵向支撑筋3呈交叉纵横排列,所述纵向支撑筋3上固定连接有若干骨架9,且所述骨架9另一端穿过所述上压合层10和所述下压合层11与位于所述板材本体1内中部的所述横向支撑筋2连接;所述横向支撑筋2和所述纵向支撑筋 3之间还填充有膨胀缓冲层8;所述板材本体1一侧端面处开设有连接头4,所述板材本体1另一侧对应端面处开设有连接口5;所述连接头4包括有与所述板材本体1自成一体的第一卡块12,且所述第一卡块12的两侧、于所述板材本体上1开设有第一卡口13;所述连接口5包括有于所述板材本体1端面中部开设的第二卡口15,且所述第二卡口15的两侧设有与所述板材本体1自成一体的第二卡块14;所述第一卡块12与与其对应的第二卡口15契合,所述第二卡块14与与其对应的第一卡口13契合。所述上压合层10与所述下压合层11 契合面处设置有粘黏层6。所述膨胀缓冲层8由聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制成。
具体的,使用时,板材本体1内设置的交叉纵横排列的横向支撑筋2和纵向支撑筋3,使得板材本体1在受到横向和纵向压力时具有良好的抗形变能力,保证了胶合板的坚固性能,通过骨架9来连接横向支撑筋2和纵向支撑筋3,避免了在板材本体1受到压力时横向支撑筋2和纵向支撑筋3发生偏移,影响其稳固性能,通过连接头4和连接口5使得板材本体1在进行连接时更加方便和稳固,通过膨胀缓冲层8可最大程度避免由于空气和水分进入板材本体1内使其膨胀所带来的鼓裂,从而进一步提高而板材本体1整体强度。
本发明结构紧凑,使用方便,通过交叉设置的横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋可以对板材本体起到良好的支撑固定作用,同时通过骨架对横向支撑筋和纵向支撑筋进行连接加固,通过膨胀缓冲层可最大程度避免由于空气和水分进入板材内使其膨胀所带来的鼓裂,保证了板材稳固性的同时,提高了其抗形变的能力,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,适宜推广使用。
