本发明公开了一种微晶玻璃毛细孔钻头,其特征是:所述钻头采用长度a为50mm‑100 mm、外直径b为2 mm‑4 mm、壁厚c为0.5mm‑0.8 mm的细铜管加工,细铜管一头的长d为长10 mm‑40 mm的一截都均匀地上镀一层厚度c为0.3mm‑0.6 mm的金刚砂。细铜管比细钢管软,有一定的缓冲,镀上的金刚砂却坚硬耐磨。本发明软硬结合,非常实用。实践也证明,用本发明能钻好微晶玻璃的毛细孔,再不会钻坏微晶玻璃的毛细孔了。

背景技术
激光陀螺采用微晶玻璃加工,微晶玻璃比较脆弱,微晶玻璃内的毛细孔采用现有钻花加工,经常把毛细孔钻裂。
