Abstract

本发明公开一种胶套同步切割装置,其特征是包括底架、保护罩、切割装置和控制装置,底架安装在胶套生产线上,保护罩切割装置控制装置安装在底架上,所述切割装置有架板、伺服电机、切割刀片和固定压板。本发明能够将胶套切割分离,切面平整,切割速度快,效率高,结构简单,适合在胶套生产切割过程中推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割设备或切割组件技术领域,具体属于一种胶套同步切割装置。
背景技术
冰箱门封是用在冰箱门体和箱体之间用来密封的一种冰箱配件。门封的生产过程主要包括挤出、冷却、切割、穿磁、焊接等生产工序,门封由胶套和磁条共同组成,胶套切割是胶套诸多生产工序中的重要组成部分,胶套切割装置切割胶套速度的快慢及切面的整体质量,直接影响着整条门封生产线的整体效率和胶套质量。目前普通的切割装置在实际使用时存在以下问题:1,气缸带动电机位移进行切割,切割速度慢,生产效率低,满足不了高效生产需要;2,由电机带动刀片不停旋转,气缸再带动电机运行对胶套进行切割,电机始终处于不停歇高速运行状态,同时一个切割周期气缸需要运行两次,使得普通切割装置噪音大,结构复杂;3,切割生产过程中需要对切刀部位进行喷水冷却,严重影响环境,同时还会对胶套产生二次污染。为此,本发明提供了一种胶套同步切割装置。
发明内容
本发明提供一种胶套同步切割装置,能够解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。同时本发明能够将胶套切割分离,切面平整,切割速度快,效率高,结构简单,适合在胶套生产切割过程中推广使用。
为实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种胶套同步切割装置,其特征是包括底架、保护罩、切割装置和控制装置,底架安装在胶套生产线上,保护罩切割装置安装在底架上,保护罩切割装置控制装置安装在底架上,所述底架有底座和面板,底座安装在胶套生产线上,面板安装在底座上,面板上有两条端部相互连接的通槽,两条通槽之间的夹角为90°,所述保护罩安装在面板上,切割装置安装在保护罩内侧面板上,所述切割装置有架板、伺服电机、切割刀片和固定压板,架板安装在面板上,架板上有通孔,通孔外围有凹槽,凹槽一侧有换刀槽,凹槽底部有走刀缝,伺服电机安装在架板背面,伺服电机输出端穿过架板上的通孔与固定压板连接,固定压板将切割刀片固定在伺服电机输出端,所述切割刀片能够在凹槽底部走刀缝及面板通槽内旋转,所述底架面板上与切割装置之间安装有胶套导块,所述胶套导块左右两侧面有通孔连接,所述控制装置安装在底座上,控制装置通过线束与伺服电机连接。
所述切割装置有两个,分别安装在面板的上面和下面,面板上面的切割装置安装在面板右侧通槽正上方,面板下面的切割装置安装在面板左侧通槽的正下方,切割装置水平纵向中心线分别与面板通槽水平纵向中心线相互重合。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过对底架、切割装置和控制装置进行优化设计组合,制造出了一种胶套同步切割装置。解决了普通的切割装置在实际使用时存在以下问题:1,气缸带动电机位移进行切割,切割速度慢,生产效率低,满足不了高效生产需要;2,由电机带动刀片不停旋转,气缸再带动电机运行对胶套进行切割,电机始终处于不停歇高速运行状态,同时一个切割周期气缸需要运行两次,使得普通切割装置噪音大,结构复杂;3,切割生产过程中需要对切刀部位进行喷水冷却,严重影响环境,同时还会对胶套产生二次污染。同时,本发明两个切割装置通过伺服电机直接驱动切割刀片,切割刀片之间的夹角为45°,工作时能够实现在胶套不停顿的情况下,在0.2s时间内完成切割动作,快速对胶套进行角度为45°的同步切割,切割完成后伺服电机带动切割刀片同步旋转,切割刀片停止在初始点,等待下一次动作;胶套导块的使用能够防止胶套在切割时发生位移,保证切面平整;保护罩的使用能够避免在切割过程中对工作人员的误伤,或是工作人员对切割装置的误操作。本发明能够将胶套切割分离,切面平整,切割速度快,效率高,结构简单,适合在胶套生产切割过程中推广使用。

参见附图:一种胶套同步切割装置,其特征是包括底架(1)、保护罩(2)、切割装置(3)和控制装置(4),底架(1)安装在胶套生产线上,保护罩(2)切割装置(3)控制装置(4)安装在底架(1)上,所述底架(1)有底座(101)和面板(102),底座(101)安装在胶套生产线上,面板(102)安装在底座(101)上,面板(102)上有两条端部相互连接的通槽(1021),两条通槽(1021)之间的夹角为90°,所述保护罩(2)安装在面板(102)上,切割装置(3)安装在保护罩(2)内侧面板(102)上,所述切割装置(3)有架板(301)、伺服电机(307)、切割刀片(303)和固定压板(305),架板(301)安装在面板(102)上,架板(301)上有通孔,通孔外围有凹槽(302),凹槽(302)一侧有换刀槽(306),凹槽(302)底部有走刀缝(304),伺服电机(307)安装在架板(301)背面,伺服电机(307)输出端穿过架板(301)上的通孔与固定压板(305)连接,固定压板(305)将切割刀片(303)固定在伺服电机(307)输出端,所述切割刀片(303)能够在凹槽(302)底部走刀缝(304)及面板(102)通槽(1021)内旋转,所述底架(1)面板(102)上与切割装置(3)之间安装有胶套导块(103),所述胶套导块(103)左右两侧面有通孔连接,所述控制装置(4)安装在底座(101)上,控制装置(4)通过线束与伺服电机(307)连接。
所述切割装置(3)有两个,分别安装在面板(102)的上面和下面,面板(102)上面的切割装置(3)安装在面板(102)右侧通槽(1021)正上方,面板(102)下面的切割装置(3)安装在面板(102)左侧通槽(1021)的正下方,切割装置(3)水平纵向中心线分别与面板(102)通槽(1021)水平纵向中心线相互重合。
使用时,通电开启本发明,待切割胶套由胶套导块(103)上的通孔穿过,待切割胶套穿过胶套导块通孔到设定长度时,控制装置(4)通过线束控制两个切割装置(3)的两个伺服电机(307)工作,两个伺服电机(307)输出端分别带动位于初始位置的切割刀片(303),切割刀片(303)同步旋转对待切割胶套进行同步切割,切割后的胶套向下道工序传送,待切割的胶套继续通过胶套导块(103)通孔传送,同时切割刀片(303)完成切割后,由控制装置(4)控制伺服电机(307)停止工作,将切割刀片(303)停留在初始位置,等待下次切割,待切割胶套穿过胶套导块(103)通孔到设定长度时,控制装置(4)通过线束控制切割装置(3)的伺服电机(307),伺服电机(307)输出端带动切割刀片(303)重复上述动作,直到待切割胶套切割完成。

1.一种胶套同步切割装置,其特征是包括底架、保护罩、切割装置和控制装置,底架安装在胶套生产线上,保护罩切割装置安装在底架上,保护罩切割装置控制装置安装在底架上,所述底架有底座和面板,底座安装在胶套生产线上,面板安装在底座上,面板上有两条端部相互连接的通槽,两条通槽之间的夹角为90°,所述保护罩安装在面板上,切割装置安装在保护罩内侧面板上,所述切割装置有架板、伺服电机、切割刀片和固定压板,架板安装在面板上,架板上有通孔,通孔外围有凹槽,凹槽一侧有换刀槽,凹槽底部有走刀缝,伺服电机安装在架板背面,伺服电机输出端穿过架板上的通孔与固定压板连接,固定压板将切割刀片固定在伺服电机输出端,所述切割刀片能够在凹槽底部走刀缝及面板通槽内旋转,所述底架面板上与切割装置之间安装有胶套导块,所述胶套导块左右两侧面有通孔连接,所述控制装置安装在底座上,控制装置通过线束与伺服电机连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种胶套同步切割装置,其特征在于所述切割装置有两个,分别安装在面板的上面和下面,面板上面的切割装置安装在面板右侧通槽正上方,面板下面的切割装置安装在面板左侧通槽的正下方,切割装置水平纵向中心线分别与面板通槽水平纵向中心线相互重合。
