Abstract
The invention relates to a multifunctional operation box for safe operation and environment-friendly recovery of mercury-containing devices, which comprises three working areas, wherein the three working areas are sequentially divided into a disassembly area, a hot water cleaning area and a deep cleaning area, the three working areas are respectively provided with treatment tanks, the treatment tanks are mutually communicated, a water outlet pipe is arranged at a position which is one third of the tank body away from the top end of the tank and is arranged from left to right, and water discharged from the deep cleaning area is connected to a mercury adsorption resin box through a pipeline.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of manufacturing of safety and environment-friendly equipment, in particular to a multifunctional operation box for safety operation of mercury-containing devices and environment-friendly recycling of mercury liquid.
Background
Since mercury-containing devices are still widely used in the fields of chemical industry, metallurgical casting, medical treatment, etc., and mercury forms very fine small particles after being inadvertently sprayed onto the ground, and adheres to walls, clothes, and the ground, if not treated, it is always present for several years or even decades in the future. The current common method for treating the scattered mercury is to scatter a layer of sulfur powder on the removed mercury to form mercury sulfide so as to reduce the volatilization of the mercury sulfide. However, the method has the great disadvantages that mercury is not easy to recycle, the treatment is not clean and thorough, and part of mercury still volatilizes into the air. Mercury can enter the body through skin, respiratory organs or digestive systems to harm human health, and can poison people through high-concentration mercury vapor in air, and is a main mode for causing human mercury poisoning. Even if a ventilation device with good performance is installed, the discharge of mercury vapor to the outside can still pollute the external air, and the concept of environmental protection of a illegal laboratory is provided. In order to standardize the safe use of mercury, national occupational safety and health, environmental protection agencies have established regulations and standards applicable to the health and safety of practitioners exposed to mercury.
At present, a set of safe and reliable method and device are not suitable for safe operation of mercury in a laboratory. The international known mercury porosimeter manufacturer does not have a matched mercury liquid operation and recovery device. Therefore, developing a set of device which can safely and conveniently disassemble and wash the mercury porosimeter to thoroughly avoid volatilization and scattering of mercury liquid and effectively recycle the mercury liquid is a very meaningful work.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the multifunctional operation box for safe operation of the mercury-containing device and environment-friendly recovery of mercury liquid, which has the characteristics of easy operation, suitability for the device for safe operation and environment-friendly recovery of the mercury-containing device and realization of safe operation and recovery of mercury liquid.

The multifunctional operation box for safe operation of mercury-containing devices and environment-friendly recovery of mercury liquid comprises three working areas, wherein the three working areas are a disassembly area, a hot water cleaning area and a deep cleaning area in sequence, the three working areas are respectively provided with treatment tanks, adjacent treatment tanks are mutually communicated, a water outlet pipe 15 is arranged at a position which is one third of the tank body away from the top end of the tank, the treatment tanks of the disassembly area, the hot water cleaning area and the deep cleaning area are arranged from left to right from top to bottom, and water discharged from the deep cleaning area is connected onto a mercury adsorption resin box 11 through pipelines.
The water outlet pipes 15 of the treatment tanks are all arranged in an upward inclined way by 15 degrees.
And the side of the water outlet pipe 15 is provided with a flow stabilizing plate 7.
The treatment tank is made of transparent organic glass, the upper part of the treatment tank is a cube with the thickness of 400 multiplied by 400mm, the lower part of the treatment tank is designed into a conical collection area, and all edges in the treatment tank are subjected to round corner treatment.
The bottom of the conical collection area is provided with a valve 13, a mercury collection container 14 is placed below the groove, the left side of each treatment groove is provided with an oil drain port 3, and the height of the oil drain port is flush with the position of a water outlet pipe 15 on the right side; the greasy dirt discharged from the oil drain port 3 is collected and flows into the mercury adsorption resin box 11, and a greasy dirt collecting container 12 is arranged at the bottom of the mercury adsorption resin box 11.
Both the mercury liquid collection container 14 and the greasy dirt collection container 12 are placed on a lifting table 19.
And the water outlet pipe 15 and the oil drain port 3 are respectively provided with a control valve 20.
The processing tanks are internally provided with a supporting arm 4, a clamp 1 and a spanner 5, wherein the supporting arm 4 is used for fixing a mercury-containing device 6, and the clamp 1 and the spanner 5 can be used for mounting and dismounting the device; a plastic partition plate 10 is arranged in the middle of the treatment tank and is used for placing the operating tool 5 and the vessel 8.
The mercury discharging beaker 8 and the mercury-containing sample beaker 9 are placed in the disassembling zone treatment tank.
The treatment tank of the hot water cleaning area is filled with an aqueous solution doped with a detergent, and a hot water shower head 17 is arranged above the cleaning tank.
The deep cleaning zone treatment tank is filled with pure water or deionized water, preferably deionized water, and a pure water shower head 18 is arranged above the cleaning tank.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The immersed water seal design is adopted, so that the volatilization of mercury exposed to the air in the operation process is completely avoided, and the scattered mercury in the operation process is directly recovered in the water seal, so that potential safety hazards are avoided;
(2) The design of the support arm integrated with the water tank is adopted, so that slipping and breakage accidents (such as an dilatometer in a mercury porosimeter) caused by hydraulic oil stuck on the outer wall of the device are effectively reduced. Even if a break accident occurs, a large amount of mercury liquid flowing out can be directly recovered in the water seal, so that waste and environmental pollution are avoided.
(3) The special oil stain discharge port can directly recycle the adhered oil stains and the mercury drops wrapped in the oil stains, and completely avoid secondary pollution of the oil stains and the mercury drops wrapped in the oil stains and the mercury drops.
(4) The design of the steady flow plate and the overflow type water outlet prevents the upper oil dirt from entering the drainage pipeline, and meanwhile, the mercury drops scattered in the water can have sufficient sedimentation time in gentle water flow, so that the mercury drops are prevented from flowing out along with the wastewater.
(5) The water outlet pipe adopts an upward 15-degree inclined design, so that the deposition of residual mercury in an outlet pipeline is avoided, and mercury drops in the water outlet pipe can directly flow back to the bottom of the tank.
(6) The disassembly groove and the washing groove are made of organic glass, so that the observation operation is convenient, and the cost is low.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1:1, disassembling, cleaning and deep cleaning of mercury-containing devices are realized through three working areas; 2, realizing the recovery of mercury through a conical area at the bottom of the treatment tank; 3, by adopting an immersed water sealing operation mode, the volatilization of mercury directly exposed to air is completely avoided; 4, enhancing the adsorption of mercury by arranging a mercury adsorption resin box on the water outlet and the oil outlet; 5, by arranging 15-degree water outlets and current stabilizing plates in the three communicated treatment tanks, the full precipitation of mercury liquid in the current treatment tank is ensured; and 4, the treatment tank uses transparent organic glass as a main body material, so that the operator can observe the treatment tank conveniently.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
The operator first fixes the dilatometer on the support arm 4 in the processing groove of the disassembly area, uses the tool to unscrew the sealing ring and the metal cover, and can avoid the sample tube from being broken due to slipping. After the metal cover of the dilatometer is opened, the pressure is reduced, and most of the mercury liquid in the tube flows into the mercury discharge beaker 8 arranged right below the mercury discharge beaker, and the mercury liquid can be directly recycled. Not all of the pressed mercury is expelled during the depressurization, however, a small amount of mercury remains or is trapped in the sample, which, together with the experimental sample, is poured into the mercury-containing sample beaker 9 for further cleaning and recovery. The disassembled dilatometer is moved to a treatment tank of a hot water cleaning area, the treatment tank of the area is filled with an aqueous solution mixed with a detergent, and a hot water shower head 17 is arranged above the cleaning tank and is used for cleaning greasy dirt and residual mercury of all parts of the dilatometer after being emptied. And then transferring the dilatometer to a deep cleaning area, wherein a purified water shower head 18 is arranged above the treatment tank of the area, and the dilatometer can be directly taken out for drying treatment after being further cleaned for later use. During the cleaning process, mercury liquid which is inadvertently sprayed into each water tank can be deposited to the bottom of the water tank, and when a certain amount of mercury liquid is accumulated, the control valve 20 at the bottom of the water tank can be opened to recover mercury liquid. The collection container of mercury liquid and greasy dirt is placed on a lifting platform to ensure safe taking and placing.
