After the doctor ties up patient's thigh on first mounting panel, the doctor can insert the second screw hole with the bolt for L shape poles are hugged closely to the bolt, reach the effect of fixed L shape pole, thereby fix patient's thigh better, when need not pull for patient, the doctor can unscrew the bolt slightly, make the bolt no longer with L shape pole contact can, so can prevent patient and disorderly when carrying out the shank and pull, influence treatment.
After a patient lies on the bed body, a doctor can enable the patient to hold the handrail by hands and then pull the legs of the patient, after the traction is finished, the doctor can rotate the handrail down, so that the patient can conveniently get on or off the bed, the patient can get on or off the bed, and before the doctor pulls the patient next time, the doctor can turn the handrail up again, so that the patient can conveniently hold the handrail in the treatment process.
When a doctor needs to adjust the traction angle of a patient, firstly, the doctor can upwards rotate the first connecting rod and the support frame, then the ratchet body anticlockwise rotates, when the support frame upwards rotates to a proper position, the doctor stops rotating the ratchet body, the ratchet body is clamped and matched with the movable ratchets again under the action of the gravity of the first connecting rod and the support frame, then, the doctor pulls the legs of the patient, when the doctor needs to reset the support frame, firstly, the doctor can leftwards move the pull rod, so that the movable ratchets leave the ratchet body, the pull rod leftwards moves to drive the guide plate to leftwards move, the second compression spring is compressed, then, the first connecting rod and the support frame downwards rotate, then, the ratchet body clockwise rotates, after the support frame downwards rotates and resets, the doctor loosens the pull rod, under the action of the second compression spring, the guide plate drives the pull rod, the movable ratchet is clamped and matched with the ratchet body again to further fix the support frame, so that a doctor can adjust the traction angle according to the condition of a patient, and the treatment effect is more remarkable.
The leg traction device has the advantages that the screw sleeve is rotated by a doctor to move leftwards, so that the feet of a patient move rightwards, the legs of the patient can be pulled, the effect of effectively stretching the legs is achieved, the doctor can accurately control the pulling force to achieve a better treatment effect by arranging the tension meter, the L-shaped rod is fixed by arranging the second threaded hole and the bolt, the effect of fixing the thighs of the patient on the first mounting plate is achieved, and the doctor can adjust the pulling angle according to the illness states of different patients by arranging the ratchet wheel body and the movable ratchet wheel, so that leg traction treatment is more effective.

After a patient lies on the bed body 1, the doctor can hold the handrail 48 with the hands of the patient and then pull the legs of the patient, after the pulling is finished, the doctor can rotate the handrail 48 to bring convenience for the patient to go up and down, and then the patient can go up and down from the bed body 1, before the doctor pulls the patient next time, the doctor can rotate the handrail 48 to go up to hold the patient conveniently in the treatment process.
When a doctor needs to adjust the traction angle of a patient, firstly, the doctor can upwards rotate the first connecting rod 2 and the support frame 3, then the ratchet body 49 anticlockwise rotates, when the support frame 3 upwards rotates to a proper position, the doctor stops rotating the ratchet body 49, under the action of the self gravity of the first connecting rod 2 and the support frame 3, the ratchet body 49 is clamped and matched with the movable ratchet 55 again, then the doctor pulls the leg of the patient, when the doctor needs to reset the support frame 3, firstly, the doctor can leftwards move the pull rod 54, so that the movable ratchet 55 leaves the ratchet body 49, the pull rod 54 leftwards moves to drive the guide plate 52 to leftwards move, the second compression spring 53 is compressed, then downwards rotates the first connecting rod 2 and the support frame 3, then the ratchet body 49 clockwise rotates, after the support frame 3 downwards rotates to reset, the doctor releases the pull rod 54, under the action of the second compression spring 53, the guide plate 52 drives the pull rod 54 to move rightwards to reset, so that the movable ratchet 55 is clamped and matched with the ratchet wheel body 49 again, the support frame 3 is further fixed, and therefore a doctor can adjust the traction angle according to the condition of a patient, and the treatment effect is more remarkable.
