Abstract
The invention discloses an IT information asset management system, which belongs to the technical field of IT information management and comprises a client, an asset management platform and a database, wherein the asset management platform is respectively connected with the client and the database; the asset management platform comprises a file server, an application server deployed in a cluster mode and a data processing server; the database comprises storage equipment, a database server A and a data server B which are arranged in a dual-computer hot standby mode. According to the invention, an integral operation environment is built based on an internet cloud platform, and the IT information asset management system is used for realizing the efficient circulation of various information submission, audit and analysis of assets.

The invention relates to the technical field of IT information management, in particular to an IT information asset management system.
Background
With the rapid development of the internet +, the construction requirements of various industries for informatization are increasing. the inventory management module is used for managing inventory information of the asset equipment.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the present embodiment discloses an IT information asset management system including: the system comprises a client, an asset management platform and a database, wherein the asset management platform is respectively connected with the client and the database;
the asset management platform comprises a file server, an application server deployed in a cluster mode and a data processing server;
the database comprises storage equipment, a database server A and a data server B which are arranged in a dual-computer hot standby mode;
the file server is used for dumping files in the system;
the application server deployed in a cluster mode is used for carrying out IT information asset management;
the data processing server is used for processing, caching and converting data;
the platform storage device is used for backing up structured and unstructured data at regular time;
database server a and data server B are used to provide data services.
It should be noted that, the system deploys the application system in a cluster manner by using a plurality of application services, and resources of each server can be switched at will, thereby greatly reducing the number of single-point failures and realizing high availability of clustered resources. By utilizing two database servers and adopting a dual-computer hot standby mode (shared storage equipment), when the main database server fails, the standby database server can quickly and automatically take over the endurance, so that the database service is ensured to be uninterrupted.
In the aspect of data security, one storage device is adopted, and structured data and unstructured data can be backed up regularly. The structured data refers to data stored in a database, the unstructured data refers to files uploaded by users stored in an application system, and the files in the system are dumped by being equipped with a file server.
Further, the asset management platform also comprises a firewall and a data interface front server; the data interface front-end server is used for realizing data sharing exchange with an external system.
The data interface front-end server is equipped (configured according to actual conditions as required), and data (structured and unstructured) sharing exchange with an external system is realized.
Specifically, the system is required to be designed according to the design thought of platform software, has openness and expandability, is convenient to integrate with other application systems and transmit data, is based on an international advanced enterprise-level application development platform J2EE, adopts technologies such as a B/S three-layer architecture, an SOA and the like, adopts an MVC design mode, is designed and developed based on a MySQL database management system, follows technical standards such as Web Services and standardized codes, supports secondary application expansion, and meets the requirements of flexibility and expandability of the system with customizable basic data and business processes. The method is convenient for integration and data transmission with other application systems, and can realize unified identity authentication and single sign-on application with each application system.
In the aspect of database type selection, the system is developed based on a MySQL database, which is a relational database management system and is used for storing data in different tables instead of putting all data in a large warehouse, so that the speed is increased and the flexibility is improved. The method has the characteristics and advantages of small volume, high speed and wide application range, and MySQL is the best RDBMS application software in the aspect of WEB application.
In the embodiment, the Web Service/restFul interface technology is used for realizing the cooperative application and data exchange between the systems in the platform and between the systems and the external linkage system, the technology has the characteristics of independence on the platform, the systems and the database, and the like, and the interface is realized without concerning the implementation details in the systems, so that the difficulty of system butt joint is greatly reduced, and the loose coupling property and the stability of the whole architecture of the system are ensured.
In addition, the system realizes flexible customization of the system business workflow through the workflow engine, ensures that the flow change can be easily realized without modifying software under the condition that the business flow is changed, and ensures that the system has strong vitality and expandability.
Further, the system comprises a chart component which is used for combining with the AJAX application program or a JavaScript module, calling a hot spot link of a JavaScript function and making dynamic JSON data to the database.
In the embodiment, report design is performed through a graphical report middleware (hereinafter referred to as "ECharts"), and the report designer is a visual report design tool for "what you see is what you get", so that design work of various reports can be easily completed. ECharts is a schema component of HTML5 that can be used to make data animated diagrams, and the scripting language available for any web page is similar to HTML,. NET, ASP, JSP, PHP, ColdFusion, etc., providing interactive and powerful diagrams. ECharts combines the graph with an AJAX application or JavaScript module, calls a hot link to a JavaScript function, or requires dynamic JSON data to be made to a server without involving any page refreshes. The ECharts graphical report also provides data drill-in functionality.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the application server includes an asset information management module, a contract information management module, a two-dimensional code information management module, and an inventory management module;
the asset information management module is used for managing the asset information added by the client;
the asset information management module is linked with the contract information management module, and the contract information management module is used for adding corresponding contract information to the asset information added by the asset information management module;
the two-dimension code information management module is used for managing the two-dimension code bound on the asset equipment, and the two-dimension code carries asset equipment information;
the inventory management module is used for managing inventory information of the asset equipment.
The asset information management module comprises an asset configuration management unit and an asset class management unit;
the asset configuration management unit is used for managing the asset information added by the client; specifically, the asset list data is subjected to adding, modifying, deleting, Excel importing/exporting and screening query operations;
the asset type management module is used for managing the asset types added by the client, specifically adding, deleting and modifying the asset types.
The client comprises a system management module, a configuration management module and a two-dimension code management module;
the system management module is used for managing the organization of the enterprise;
the configuration management module is used for adding contract configuration information of corresponding assets;
the two-dimension code management module is used for adding two-dimension code information of the asset equipment, each two-dimension code can be bound with one asset equipment, a user can scan the detailed information of the asset equipment after binding, and the user can not check the detailed information of the asset equipment if not bound.
Further, in this embodiment, the asset information management module, the contract information management module, the two-dimensional code information management module, and the inventory management module are encapsulated by using an SOA technology to provide a unified access interface to the outside. SOA technology, i.e., Service-Oriented Architecture (Service-Oriented Architecture). And packaging the functional modules into individual services by using an SOA technology, and providing a uniform access interface for the outside. Applications built by this technique facilitate application expansion and reorganization, and seamless application integration with heterogeneous external systems can be easily achieved.

further comprising: packaging the asset information management module, the contract information management module, the two-dimension code information management module and the inventory management module by adopting an SOA (service oriented architecture) technology so as to provide a uniform access interface to the outside;
the system also comprises a chart component which is used for combining with the AJAX application program or the JavaScript module, calling the hot point link of the JavaScript function and making dynamic JSON data to the database.
