As shown in fig. 10, a cigarette 1 is smoked for 3 seconds, the smoke generated by the cigarette 1 is trapped by the trap a in the smoking machine detection system, that is, the cigarette 1 corresponds to the trap a, then the cigarette 2 and the trap B are switched to simultaneously, the smoke generated by the cigarette 2 is trapped by the trap B in the smoking machine detection system, that is, the cigarette 2 corresponds to the trap B, … … the cigarette 6 corresponds to the trap F, and the first smoking and trapping of the smoke of 6 cigarettes is completed within 30 seconds of smoking interval time (that is, a small cycle of 30 seconds); after repeating the small cycle 5-20 times, the traps a-F are sequentially weighed while the filter discs are replaced (taking 72 seconds), in this case a large cycle (30 seconds x (5-20) times +72 seconds, i.e. 222-672 seconds); this large cycle was repeated 40-10 times (i.e., 8880-6720 seconds), averaging 1 cigarette 1480 seconds (24.7 minutes) to 1120 seconds (18.7 minutes).

Claims (7)

1. A smoking machine detection system which is characterized in that: the device comprises a feeding unit (3), a capturing unit (4), a weighing unit (5) and a pivoting unit (1), wherein the feeding unit (3), the capturing unit (4) and the weighing unit (5) are respectively adjacent to the pivoting unit (1), and the feeding unit (3) provides initial materials for the catcher to the pivoting unit (1); the trapping unit (4) receives the initial materials of the trap in the pivoting unit (1) and traps the smoke, and the weighing unit (5) receives the trap which finishes trapping the smoke in the pivoting unit (1) and weighs the trap;
the pivoting unit (1) comprises a plurality of trap fixing positions (2) which are arranged along the circumference, the feeding unit (3), the trapping unit (4) and the weighing unit (5) are arranged corresponding to at least part of the plurality of trap fixing positions (2) so that at least two of the feeding unit (3), the trapping unit (4) and the weighing unit (5) can be in a working state at the same time;
further comprising a visual unit (6), the visual unit (6) being adjacent to the pivot unit (1), the visual unit (6) receiving and identifying image information of the trap in the pivot unit (1); the drip catcher in the pivoting unit (1) has an identity marking which can be recognized by a visual unit (6);
the pivoting unit (1) comprises an axially rotatable carousel (107), on which carousel (107) the plurality of substantially circumferentially arranged trap fixing stations (2) are provided;
the trap unit (4) comprises: a first suction assembly, a second suction assembly and a suction pump (401);
the first pumping assembly comprises: the first suction head (402) is positioned right above a vent hole at the upper end of the catcher in the catcher fixing position (2) at the corresponding position and is used for adsorbing and fixing the catcher in the catcher fixing position (2) from the upper side; and a first cylinder (403) in communication with the first suction head (402); and a suction nozzle (404) in communication with the first suction head (402);
the second pumping assembly comprises: the second suction head (405) is positioned right below a vent hole at the lower end of the catcher in the catcher fixing position (2) at the corresponding position and is used for adsorbing and fixing the catcher in the catcher fixing position (2) from the lower part; and a second cylinder (406) in communication with the second suction head (405); the second suction head (405) is in communication with the suction pump (401).
2. A smoking machine detection system according to claim 1 wherein: also comprises a discharging unit which is adjacent to the pivoting unit (1), receives the weighed catcher in the pivoting unit (1) and transfers the catcher.
3. A smoking machine detection system according to claim 1 wherein: the central axis of the catcher in the catcher fixing position (2) is parallel to the rotation axis of the turntable (107).
4. The smoking machine detection system of claim 1 or 3, wherein: the pivoting unit (1) comprises a turntable supporting plate (101) and a turntable top plate (103),
the turntable supporting plate (101) is positioned below the turntable (107) and is fixed,
the turntable top plate (103) is positioned above the turntable (107) and is fixed,
the edge of the periphery of the turntable supporting plate (101) is provided with turntable flanges (102), the inner wall of each turntable flange (102) is adjacent to the outer edge of the catcher (201) on the catcher fixing position (2),
at least three supporting columns (104) with the same height are arranged on the turntable flanges (102), and the turntable top plate (103) is fixed on the at least three supporting columns (104) with the same height.
5. A smoking machine detection system according to claim 1 wherein: a catcher stop bar (407) is provided below the turntable top plate (103) between the first suction head (402) and the second suction head (405).
6. A smoking machine detection system according to any one of claims 1-3 or 5 wherein: the weighing cell (5) comprises:
the weighing scale (504) comprises a weighing platform (506), a clamp (505) is arranged on the weighing platform, and the clamp (505) is positioned under the trap (201) in the trap fixing position (2) at the corresponding position and is used for clamping and placing the trap (201);
the lifting support strip (501) is positioned below two sides of the trap (201) in the trap fixing position (2) at the corresponding position and is used for supporting the trap (201);
the lifting plate (502) is arranged below the lifting support strip (501) and is fixedly connected with the lifting support strip (501), a through hole (507) is formed in the middle of the lifting support strip (501) of the lifting plate (502), and the clamp (505) can penetrate through the through hole (507);
the lifting cylinder (503) is arranged below the lifting plate (502), is fixedly connected with the lifting plate (502), and is used for adjusting the height of the lifting support strip (501);
the highest position of the upper surface of the lifting support strip (501) is positioned at the lower ends of two sides of the trap (201) in the trap fixing position (2), and the lowest position of the upper surface of the lifting support strip (501) is lower than the upper surface of the clamp (505); the distance between the highest position and the lowest position of the upper surface of the lifting support bar (501) is larger than the vertical distance between the position point of the catcher (201) supported by the lifting support bar (501) and the position point of the catcher (201) supported by the clamp (505).
7. A smoking machine detection system according to claim 5 wherein: the feeding unit (3) is arranged beside the turntable (107),
the weighing unit (5) is arranged below the turntable (107),
the visual direction of the visual unit (6) is downward and is arranged on the turntable top plate (103),
the turntable top plate (103) and/or the turntable support plate (101) are provided with through holes at corresponding positions of the turntable (107) rotating to the feeding unit (3), the capturing unit (4), the weighing unit (5) and the vision unit (6);
the trap fixing position (2) is a circular arc-shaped opening with the diameter equal to the maximum cross section diameter of the trap (201).
