In the embodiment, one side of the tray supporting rod (27) is fixedly connected with an auxiliary supporting rod (26), the auxiliary supporting rod (26) is L-shaped or U-shaped with a downward opening, and the free end of the auxiliary supporting rod (26) is also relatively rotatably connected with a universal wheel (25).
The outer side of the waste liquid collecting box (11) is fixedly connected with a lifting sleeve (12), and the lifting sleeve (12) is movably sleeved outside the bracket supporting rod (30) up and down.

The horizontal projection of the waste liquid collecting box (11) is circular, and the upper end of the collecting box supporting rod (29) is connected to the lower surface of the center of the bottom wall of the waste liquid collecting box (11).
The bottom wall of the waste liquid collecting box (11) is hermetically communicated with a liquid discharge pipe (10).
