Detailed Description
The production process of the spiral winding rolling brush comprises the following steps: a. preparing materials: preparing a rolling brush shaft and a woven belt; b. making wool tops: spraying glue, drying, carrying out hot melting gum and die cutting on the woven tape to obtain wool tops; in this embodiment, the wool tops are made by the prior art, and the PU glue available in the market is sprayed on the wool tops by spraying glue, so as to better connect the fibers at the bottom of the woven tape together after the fibers are cured; c. assembling: and winding, rolling, dispensing and shearing the wool tops and the rolling brush shaft through an assembly system, so that the wool tops are spirally wound on the rolling brush shaft, and a finished product of the spirally wound rolling brush can be obtained.
By adopting the process, the production of the rolling brush can be finished through the operations of material preparation, wool top manufacturing, assembly and the like, and the process is very simple in steps and convenient to produce.
The rolling brush shaft comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of ABS resin, 18-36 parts of nano glass fiber, 3.5-4.5 parts of toughening agent, 1.2-2.5 parts of plasticizer and 0.2-0.8 part of heat stabilizer; in this embodiment, the roller brush shaft is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 69 parts of ABS resin, 22 parts of nano glass fiber, 3.9 parts of toughening agent, 1.6 parts of plasticizer and 0.3 part of heat stabilizer.
The amount of the sprayed glue is 40-80g/m2In this embodiment, the amount of sprayed glue is 45g/m2
The drying temperature is 100-120 ℃, and the drying time is 20-30min, in this embodiment, the drying temperature is 110 ℃, and the drying time is 24 min.
The hot melting back glue comprises the steps of rolling and coating hot melt glue and pasting release paper.
As shown in fig. 1-13, the assembly system includes a workbench 1, a conveying device is disposed on the workbench 1, and a winding device, a rolling device, a dispensing device, and a shearing device are sequentially disposed on the workbench 1.
