本发明实施例提供一种数据传输方法、装置及系统,涉及通信领域,非蜂窝接入设备能够为UE分配非蜂窝网的资源,使得UE通过非蜂窝网的资源向蜂窝接入设备发送上行数据。该数据传输方法包括:蜂窝接入设备发送非蜂窝接入设备增加请求信息至非蜂窝接入设备;蜂窝接入设备接收非蜂窝接入设备发送的非蜂窝接入设备增加响应信息;蜂窝接入设备接收UE通过非蜂窝网的资源发送的上行数据。
