一种访问资源的方法、装置和系统，能够提高访问资源的效率。包括：轻量型分组网关接收服务网关通过第二承载发送的用户设备UE的访问请求，访问请求用于请求访问轻量型分组网关对应的目标服务器中存储的资源，第二承载为服务网关与轻量型分组网关之间的对应于UE的承载，其中，服务网关与第一分组网关之间具有对应于UE的第一承载；轻量型分组网关通过第二承载向UE传输资源；轻量型分组网关向第一分组网关发送UE访问资源所产生的计费信息，以使得第一分组网关进行计费。
